We hired Micro Moves for a very unique task... Hauling about 800 cubic feet of gear (furniture, sound gear, boxes, decor etc) from Vancouver to Squamish (and back) for our wedding. We were blown away with the quality of service we received. The correspondence over email leading up to the move was timely, detailed, incredibly organized, friendly, and transparent. With both trips (delivering to, then picking up from the wedding site), the movers (Willy and Cesar), showed up on time like clockwork, load-in was quick and efficient, and in both cases, they beat us to our destination, ready to unload as soon as we arrived! Not a minute was wasted. On top of that, Willy and Cesar were so friendly and a joy to work with. I would work with Micro Moves again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable moving company. 10/10 service.

I used Micro Moves on October 31st for almost 2 hours to help me move (no furniture) only exercise bike, road bike, 28 boxes and 5 luggages. Hugo and Cesar were very professional, they communicated when they would arrive, used moving blankets to properly protect walls and areas when applicable and moved in a timely manner. I appreciated that they tried everything they could to move a wardrobe down the stairs but it just wouldn’t turn the corner. Everything went very smoothly with the move and they even maximized my time by helping me move some items from my car and to where a wanted it in the new place when they finished with everything from the truck. I would definitely use this company again!

I needed help unloading my U-Pack pod, and couldn't have asked for a better service than Micro Moves! They quoted me a very reasonable rate, and were able to fit me in their schedule despite my last minute inquiry Willy and Rodrigo did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to unload everything (which kept the cost down!). They were very careful with my belongings, and did a great job playing "Tetris" to stack my belongings that I intend to keep in storage. All while being very friendly and personable 5/5, amazing service and will definitely be my top choice for future moving needs!

During flooring renovations in August, I booked the services of Micro Moves three times. From the first contact with the Operations Team to the moving team to the final payment, the whole process was seamless and professional. Rates are fair and reasonable. Hugo and Diego arrived on time in uniform and were personable and friendly, working fast and efficiently. Micro Moves was helping me move my furniture within hours of me reaching out to them! Alan and Cesar were punctual, efficient, and very nice to work with! They even inspected the items when they picked up the furniture at the shop to check for pre-existing damage. I had two large pieces of furniture (antique couch and huge heavy desk with drawers) that had to be moved through a narrow walkway and maneuvered into a side entrance-- Alan and Cesar worked very quickly to figure out how to transport the bulky items through the small space while making sure they were not damaged or dirtied. I had to accelerate my moving process and Micro Moves was able to accomodate me the next day. Their entire customer service team is very responsive and kind. During the move, my team consisted of Diego and Hugo. They were super friendly and efficient. Amazing local service! They gave me a quote very quickly and there were no surprises! I like that there aren't additional hidden fees. The movers, Willy and Diego, were fantastic! We had a heavy couch shipped to our condo building which was way too heavy for us to bring upstairs to our unit. I was very happy with my service from Micro Moves. From the moment I enquired about moving, the process was seamless. Another mover quoted me almost $1100 to move a studio apartment with very little stuff. These guys did it for just over $300. Diego and Hugo were wonderful and on-time. They moved my stuff in two hours. I will always use them to move in the future and highly recommend.
