This is the best post office I have ever used. The management and staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Rude and Arrogant. Tried explaining that a box of whisky which is clearly marked to be held upright should not be stored on it's side. Seemed simple enough to me and just wanted to advise them for future reference. Not our problem and you don't have to accept it was the reply.

Quite frankly appalled at the level of service from this so-called Post Office. Firstly, as the sign clearly reads on the outside: only four people should be allowed within the shop/Post Office at a time — this was not enforced.

Really arrogant staff. Very unhelpful, I have started traveling to a different post office a little further away but it's worth it for the good service and not being shouted at by the staff for a reasonable requests.

Always had excellent service from my this local post office. Very helpful. Hardly ever needed to queue for longer than a minute or two and always have any forms I need in stock. Very polite staff too.

I have started using this post office recently both for parcels and banking, I am always served by friendly staff who know what they are doing. Minimal waiting time which is unusual in a post office.

Every time I go to send something, the first thing they always ask is what is inside the box. It is none of their business what I am posting as long as I comply with the rules, which I do.

The lady in the cashier is very rude, She Was ordering the clients and shouting to them, because of her I left the place without doing my things and because of her won’t go there again

Post office only. Older guy is really rude. He don't want to talk or explain if you have problems. I ask him what I should do now he answered me it's not his problem anymore.

i go very often and get very good service but only when its good for them! and bc its only a franchise so survives that they do not make money on that do not help

This post office is one of the ones that appears to be expanding. It's attached shop has expanded massively and now seems to stock almost everything!

This has been my local post office since 1993 and I couldn't be more delighted. The staff are great, always helpful and friendly.

This post office is wheelchair accessible although the 2 aisles are quite narrow, so be aware of that!
