Unprofessional -I had an appointment for 10am & arrived at the shop for 9.57. The door was unlocked & so i pushed it open & entered. Normal Humans would ask you to take a seat till they were ready to see you or suggest that you were perhaps 3 minutes too early but not here. I faced a barrage of Foreign abuse as well as having to absorb a heightened frustrated scream. We open in 5 minutes they shouted. When another customer walked through they told me that was my fault that too. I took back my dress material & thus cannot comment on their tailoring skills. What i can say is that they are ill mannered, Illiterate, pathetically trivial peasants running this shop. Many other dressmakers !

If the tailor makes a mistake (that can happen), they change the real fact to say (in other words) that the client had the fault, not them. They invent stories about the mistakes done, the tailors criticize, make bad comments about the client in their mother language and in front of the client!, which is really rude and unprofessional. Their tailor skills and prices are fine (overall) but the service is not so good.

Couldn't actually help me as such as the item would not be ready in time but the lady I spoke to was very forward in giving me details of other tailors who might be able to help. Even texted me the number and address of 1.

Highly professional and skilled seamstresses. Have used many times. They adjusted the body and shortened this dress which had the most intricate material. Beautiful work and reasonable price
