He rentado en más de una oportunidad, sin inconvenientes. La última ocasión tenía pagada una reserva para Agosto 29 en la mañana, mi vuelo era la noche del 28. Al llegar al aeropuerto de mi ciudad American me informa que el vuelo se canceló y debíamos volar al otro día, 12 horas después de lo programado. Me comuniqué con Miles y me atendió Angelica Usma, me indico que debíamos anular la reserva, que no era factible modificar la existente ya abonada, y hacer una nueva. Que debia abonar la nueva reserva y que en unos días me regresarían el pago de la reserva cancelada. No tuve más alternativa que creer en su palabra. Han pasado 18 días y el dinero no se ha regresado a la tarjeta. Y ahora los telefonos de Miles se encuentran desconectados. Nadie responde y no hay forma de comunicarse. He puesto un email a la dirección info@ de miles y no responden. Todos los números de telefono indican que están desconectados. No hay una oficina ni dirección fisica de la compañía.

Muy atenta Daniela Villalobos nos atendió muy bien envió la oferta de US$267 con seguros y doble conductor por una SUV pequeña, ella nos explicó las condiciones y las precauciones, se siente compromiso y buen acompañamiento. Tuvimos congestión en la fila en Budget en Miami Airport y un cambio de vehículo a último momento, nos dieron una Blazer de mejor categoria con buen espacio para maletas y tragona de combustible, importante que revisen esto en el modelo y al recibir el carro checarlo bien por golpes rayones o manchas o desperfectos internos. Por lo demás se portó bien sin novedad, se recibió tanque lleno y se entregó igual y sin cargo. Lo de los tolls aún no tengo claro cuál era la mejor opción, optamos por prepagarlos para no enredarnos y aplicaron un cargo extra que con impuestos fueron US$74.

My experience with Luz Quique from Viajemos / Miles Car Rental has been absolutely superb. I have spoken to her on the phone a few times and also via email. She is always quick to repsond and has been so helpful in sorting out my problems and questions. I really couldn't recommend this company enough and I have been completely delighted with the service i have received so far and Luz's customer service has been outstanding. She is professional, polite and very attentive and has really made me feel like a very important customer. My hire car is booked for July so i will post back when i return with an update on my experience but so far my whole dealings with this Company has been fantastic so than you very much Luz - you are a real credit to the Company :-)

Absolutely appalling service. The address where we were told to pick up the car did not exist and no one answered the phone despite me calling a dozen times. We ended up having to get taxis to various different points which was extremely stressful. Despite pre paying for the car there was more to pay when we finally got to the hertz telephone booth. To say that this was a stressful experience was an understatement. I would never use this company again and expect that nothing will be done to make up for 2 hours wasted and the cost of getting taxis because of the incompetence of this company.

I have never experienced such bad customer service. I made a reservation for a car rental and then had to cancel it (the same day), and I was told I'd receive a refund. Almost a full two weeks has gone by and I've had to call multiple times, still have not received my refund. Every representative I speak to says something different. Worse experience I have ever had. Their cancellation policy are not clear and their staff members are not well trained. I would not advise booking through this 3rd party site.

I have rented a car for 31 days, ALL COSTS included (meaning insurance, second driver, local taxes and fees, etd etc etc - a list of things), the rental company was BUDGET. After the car return, BUDGET debited and additional amount claiming for unpaid local taxes. The voucher I received from Miles mention in the REMARKS that takes were included, BUDGET says NO...... so,.... at the end, I am charged twice....... Be carefull with thirs party rental car companies......

Pilar Castillo muito atenciosa. Tivemos um voo cancelado e foi possível cancelar por telefone, todavia sem utilizar o valor já pago. Tive que fazer uma nova reserva e pagar por ela, mas a empresa prometeu o reembolso total do valor anterior (sem multa de 20% pelo cancelamento, já que fiz nova reserva). A empresa já providenciou o reembolso dentro do prazo prometido. Valor ficou semelhante ao anteriormente pago, mesmo sendo reserva de última hora para o dia seguinte.

I would like to highly recommend Cindy Salazar as one of the best customer service representatives at Viajemos and Miles car rental company. She is very patient and particular about how she executes her duties. She goes above and beyond. She is very diligent and reminds me a lot of Tatianna whole worked at Viajemos and also Daniella Manricae who is a very good worker. Like Daniella I think Cindy should be promoted to the post of Supervisor.

I went to Miami and was tired of spending money on Uber. I tried to use services like Kayak and Expedia but their rates were too expensive. I came across this company and was hesitant at first because there was not a lot of information online about them. However, the process was easy and legit. The only complaint I have was that it was very difficult to try to find information to contact them when I had to modify my reservation.

I was very disappointed with the service I received today especially as an international traveler. I missed my original reservation time due to an unforeseen circumstance that was far beyond my control and the agent was not trying to understand the situation. Andrea dealt with me and was very rude during the interaction. It was almost as if I was a bother to her. It was not the best first time experience.

I'm in vacation in Miami and I rent it a car at Miles Car Rental. I had my doubts since the price for the rentalwas so affordable and it saidon the website that the rate would include insurance, gas and GPS. It sounded too good to be true, however, I picked at the car at the airport and indeed the rental car had all those inclusions. I strongly recommend renting with them.

This is my first time using this company. So I am a bit afraid because I am not sure what to expect. I am quite disappointed with my reservation in May, 1st because I have did it considering a Nissan Rougue as category model but when I arrived at Hertz they informed my car was from a lower category (Trax model). I tried to resolve this issue by e-mail and chat but no one anwsered me untik now.
