I'm very pleased with my shopping experience despite a small issue. I bought a jacket which arrived quickly but didn't fit. I got in touch and asked for an exchange to a different size. They were very helpful, and after sending it back, I quickly got a replacement. This company was excellent at communicating with me during this process and I am very happy with my purchase. I'm sure I'll use them again.

I made an appointment to collect an item. When I arrived the item given to me was faulty: it is supposed to be a mask to protect eyes from dust but air goes through as the part that should be in contact with the skin has large cut / wholes in it. The owner refused to give a refund and left the goods on the car park... on the tree.

The original item was damaged in the post. A replacement was sent out very quickly with an apology. Good personal service.
