We had a terrible experience with Mill-Creek. The first crew that was sent to paint our house took over double the quoted time and made an absolute mess of our home. Paint all over the trim, switches, floor and doors. The only reason we’re not giving a one star review is that they did send two different crews to clean up the mess and thankfully they were able to get 90% of it cleaned up, overall the quality just isn’t there though. Every day we find new spots where the old paint color is seeping through, or the texture is very bumpy and looks amateur. The cherry on top: we were offered 10% off to make up for the mess + delay and today, a couple of weeks later, they sent out a 10% off voucher to all their newsletter subscribers. The price doesn’t match up with the quality.

Be careful they don’t do all the painting themselves, they sub out the work to other companies that don’t care. They had to come back and re do the job again correctly. My brand new roof is covered in paint spatter and roller touches in other spots . Do not recommend this company at all , Owner seemed legit but not legit at all never stopped by to do walk around just texted to hound to be paid,

Had our cabinets painted 3 weeks ago. They turned out pretty good considering they are the originals from when the house was built. The painters were awesome and we are happy with the outcome. Communication and responses to texts and emails could be improved, but overall we are happy.
