I asked Minh Anh to colorize and old black and white photo of my grandfather in front of his WW2 fighter he flew, and crashed into China with. I tried to have it colorized, with poor results. I sent Minh Anh the photo, and several full color pics from the period, and fighter photos to give inspiration for a color painting. I just received the photos of the painting - and it is WELL BEYOND anything I thought possible based on what I sent over. I have a painting at home a friend had done for me by Minh Anh and I loved it, so reached out to have the fighter done, and both things I have are insanely perfect! I could not imagine better work. I highly recommend for anyone looking to save memories to a painting. I will be using Minh, and recommending to many people to use for a black and white to color option. Shop owner Nguyen & his colleagues are very good with their painting skills. This is probably my 5th time buying and/commissioning art works with his shop and he never fails. Anyone with a need to paint family portraits can look for him by emailing good resolution photo and emailing him in advance before arriving in HCMC. Time is needed to paint and to dry before rolling up and packing in tubes for easier air transport. His prices are reasonable and he comes highly recommended!

Had the most incredible painting of our dog done! I just took in a photo when we were in Vietnam and a week later it was done! So helpful and happy to copy a style I liked. Amazing value too! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a painting done from a photo! He can send it to you when it is done if you are not in Vietnam. Everything can be done by email.

My friend recommended this place, infact I already have one custom painting from them, it was a gift. Now I happend to spend a few days in HCM and got a custom painting done myself, also as a gift for someone. This is an outstanding Galerie, with lots of original artworks from over 20 different vietnamese artists. While I was looking at the art, I felt very welcomed, not feeling pushed to buy something. Very nice atmosphere. I am happy to have supported local artists. PS: they also take orders from your own photographs

The paintings are really made perfekt. The artists are good skilled. They send us the paintings with the airplane and it was very very quick, because we live in Austria. Again and again. Thank you for your wonderful work.

Extremely disappointing experience ! Poor artist and absolutely unprofessional in approach. I would go to the extent of calling them rouge. Fleeced over $125 for a painting worth $25. Beware before dealing with them .
