Though the guys were friendly and polite they seemed to be quite slow, I was shocked at 5.5 hours for my 2 bed apartment especially as my son and I carried most things down stairs and offered to help drop things beside the truck but were declined. One fellow in particular was pretty rough with the gear - he even punched my son’s stand-up boxing bag while the base was empty knocking it over. There were a lot of bumps and knock sounds as they moved things and as someone who has worked this role myself it was painful to observe. I left to open the new place when there was only a few things to load and it took them 1.5 hours to finally arrive - three of my neighbours reported that they stopped working for a long time after I left and weren’t seen working again for ages. They also blasted the stereo which upset all the neighbours, hence why they were all watching. It’s nearly double the price I’ve paid for similar moves in the past. It would be sad if anyone were taken advantage of, but I’m a single parent watching every dollar. I appreciate that they discounted the cost of the heater they reported to me when they broke it. I hope they can clean it up for the people using MiniMovers in the future. I’ve been stewing about this and discussing it with people at work. I was surprised they all had heard bad things about minmovers and would never use them. Seems to be out of sorts with the google rating. I’ll make sure to ask around next time first.

When I had been badly let down by a well booked other company on the morning of the planned uplift, I rang MM to see what options were available not hoping for much. Luckily they had a crew and truck available and uplifted at midday and completed the download by 4.30pm. Daniel and William were just fabulous and best I have ever used over many past moves with their clearly professional work. I was also impressed cost wise as even though the hourly rate was a bit high in comparison to other companies , the speed at which they worked made the cost so comparable anyhow. Highly recommend their removal service and friendly and professional attitude.

If you are looking for a removalist company that are professional reliable and reasonably priced, Mini Movers are the way to go.We recently used them and from the beginning with dropping off all our packing materials, to the guys that did the heavy lifting to the end clean on the place we vacated, I couldn't fault them and they took the stress out of our move. Particular mention to the guys who did the heavy lifting, they were great to work with and worked incredibly hard. Thank you for making the horrible job of moving house a little more bearable.

I’m totally impressed with the quality of customer service provided by Moh and Johnno. They were both very careful and caring (careful with my furniture and caring of me - a stressed customer!) That’s what impressed me most - how they treated me with such compassion, such humanity. I think the concept of customer service is ingrained in their DNA - it comes to them so naturally. What can I say, fantastic service. I rang today to organise a removal truck for my daughter and the boyfriend. Didn’t think I’d be able to get one today and I did. The 3 guys arrived at the time arranged, they were very efficient, worked together to move the 5 bedroom house of furniture, taking care with all items. They made 2 trips to our new home and placed the furniture where we wanted, taking special care with a very expensive marble dining room table. Danijel, Matthew and Martin are a credit to Mini Movers, and I would recommend Mini Movers Rocklea to anyone requiring a removelist.

Our movers were great but they took a really long time. Very friendly and helpful. We packed everything appropriately for an easy move but it took double the time our last movers took to move less things. The fridge was packed close to first and unpacked close to last so all of the food was out for way too long. Some damage to furniture (fragile ikea stuff) which they have offered to mend rather than replace.

My wife & I had a very helpful & much easier move than what it may have been. Right from the word go Daniel & Jackson easy to get along with ,explained everything in detail, nothing was to much trouble in every way .For Elaine & I ,it was a great move. From start to finish Mini Movers have been exceptional. The constant contact and prompt arrival to the no fuss and quick service. Danijel and Edward were fantastic. I had a couple of heavy/awkard items to move to the second level of my home and the boys did it with no fuss. Dan and Ed were very professional and took a lot of care with the move.

Only organised this yesterday morning and mini Movers were able to help me to swab beds around a few doors apart from one another. I was thankful we didn’t have to walk down 5 flights of stairs with a bed that wouldn’t fit in the lift. Mini movers did this for us with a great deal of speed- thank goodness for strong workers !

Moved from our home in Brisbane down to Sydney for work. Danijel, Marlon and the team member whose name I didn’t catch were all great! MiniMovers we’re the only team I could find who would move our stuff in a dedicated truck and drove down to Sydney the same day as us, unloading the following morning.

Danijel and Jackson moved all our furniture quickly and efficiently and with good humour. We especially appreciate them getting everything upstairs to our highset house! They took good care of everything, no breaking or scratches, even with the difficult stuff.
