WORST STAFF ENCOUNTER. Screen 4, A-10/ Movie : Animal. Date 10/12/2023 I dont know why recliner seats are having issues with the placement. I was not able to watch the movie because of the height of a man in front. The staff THEMSELVES GAVE ME A CUSHION. Post the interval, there was another person who was sitting on a recliner chair behind me asked me to shift. I denied because I already tried shifting multiple times. Then the staff came and THEY LITERALLY STARTED TO YELL AT ME THAT THE CUSHION IS FOR KIDS AND THE DISTURBED EVERYONE AROUND ME. I was forcefully shifted again and this was so embarrassing because they themselves had given me the cushion. I am never coming back here again. I anyways prefer INOX or PVR. This cheap rude staff is something that should be strictly taken note of. I wish it was the US i could at-least get that rude guy off his job by suing him because he does not deserve to work here.

What to tell about this place! Given that this is one of the only well-known theatres in the areas of Ulhasnagar and Ambernath, they should maintain this place in a way that gives people a good experience. But this place Idk what is up with the staff, they are so rude. I requested one of the staff members to move the juice box so that the menu is visible. He denied on my face and said that this is not possible and asked me to stand in the queue to know about everything. I mean I wasnt even given the chance to have a look at the menu. There is always one ticket counter that functions. The seats are extremely dirty. The theatre is so dirty. The place is not at all managed.

Ashok Anil Cinema is another Miraj Cinema theatre with decent quality of movie experience. I am saying this because the screen quality is a little problematic as you have to struggle with visibility. The viewers may find it difficult to watch low light scenes on the screen. The recliner seats are comfortable and leg space is enough for a tall man to stretch his legs in reclined position. Sound quality is also decent although not impressive. Overall they are trying to provide good movie experience in Ulhasnagar. The washrooms are clean. Two wheeler parking is available and there is space for only 5 cars. Parking charge is 30 rupees for 3 hours for 4 wheeler.

First of all we took coke which was for 250 and which was tasting watery more and there was no soda in that. And even after informing the staff that the coke was tasting just sugary and more like water their attitude towards us was bad so she took the glass and gave the money back with the such a bad attitude and rude behaviour. Also the space between seats are so less spacious you just can't walk easily through the seats."I WON'T RECOMMEND TO COME HERE". JUST WASTE OF MONEY. Also the AC was not on for whole time they kept switching it off most of time. It was very inconvenient seating in theatre without AC. They are least interested about their customers.

The downfall of the cinema has begun. Though the theater's seating and screen is reasonably good but the service offered here is pathetic to say the least. Taking customers for granted won't last for long and the theater seems to be capitalizing on the previously built image. Had ordered food on the seat after payment successfully done we didn't receive the food and on enquiring they were highly unsupportive, after wasting out time and heated discussion with the manager while the movie was still running, they served us our food as if they were doing favour on us by serving us the food. Extremely pathetic way to treat your customers.

Worst experience ever in this movie theater, was in screen 3 , very congested seats and some of the seats were not reclining also left side speaker was faulty and making noise all the time even in silent movie scenes it was noisy. I was watching Nun 2 a horror movie and had a very bad experience because of faulty speaker all the time.Better not to watch movie here its just waste of money and time as well. Very disappointed. Also they gave interval in middle of movie and after resumed and again interval scene and lots of ads. Advise to go to other movie theater like pvr dont waste money here.

The service of the cinema has become worse! There are 3 windows for cinepass , but just 1 window is operational. We were here for 10:15 show but more 15 minutes we were in the queue.. Isnt that wrong? If we are paying 250 for a ticket dont we have a right for the pricing we are paying? Also about the food service, there are no salted popcorn available ..no combos available …even the staff doesnt behave ethically .. Staff dont care if you didnt get 3d glasses Very disappointed @mirajcinemas

1) The executive seats (Screen-4) and staircase were not clean and had popcorns everywhere 2) The snacks corner at the 3rd floor was not operational, you have to go all the way to 1st floor to get the snacks. 3) Seems like the AC was not working 4) The staff at the snacks corner was confused and charged me extra for the same stuff 5) The ladies washroom had no locks, no soaps and had a very pathetic stench

Ashok anil multiplex .... it's just a name but reality its a bad more than a single screen theaters.. very much bad and bad..experience we had while watching every movie such as the screen is very bad not even washed properly, so many dot of screen AND SPECIALLY NO GOOD CARE OF CLEANINGAND HYGIENE-while watching jawan, pathan , tiger 3 . Screen 4 was pathetic ☹️‍️ 20rs. Jyada de Dena ya next day show dekhna magar screen 4 ki ticket mat lena na ac. Kaam karta hai na hi aawaz sahi hai aur to aur seats pr sahi na na hi no. Public toilets in the cinema hall are not maintained properly. Rest all is ok, tickets are pocket friendly, popcorn and stuff is expensive as always. I will suggest don't eat here, not money's worth. Cinematic experience is okay for the money that they are charging. Dont expect a wow experience, but overall okay.

The screen 4 is an abomination. In today's age of futuristic cinema halls, this screen still resembles the old stall and balcony. They charge more for stall! The rows are all at the same level instead of every subsequent row being at a higher pedestal. The luxury seats are inside a cave! Come on! Renovate!

One of the baddest experiences. No drinking water facility at Screen 4 Executive Floor. Immensely foul smelling atmosphere inside screen 4 hall at ashok anil multiplex. Morning show of 8:30am at 7th September 2023. No cleaned seats and dust all around the hall at most of the places wherever touched

This was good back in the days but now this threatre is not good ,if there are less people in a screen then they don't even on the ac's at all this happened many a times today also this happened n when I complained then ac's were on but then too only one i guess,the service is so bad won't go again

The screen had visibility issues during the entire movie as the project room lights were on.Water dripping sound as well as music from other screens were constant. Upon that the speaker from our screen was cracking for a good half an hr . Would not recommend if you want to have a good experience

I am giving a minus rating. Very bad experience about theater. It is cheap theater and not good qualityscreen.. toilet was not clean. Movie's time was 7:20 p.m., but after 8:10 p.m. movie got started. Also, we have not informed anybody what the issue was. Theater's manager was not supportive.

Service is bad. Zero concern for their behaviour, literally made me picture the whole Ulhasnagar that way. I am sorry but yes you do representing your city. It was 1st time I visited this place and I even disappointed by people as well. Now I can understand more about negative comments.

Pathetic place. Poor seats, poor washroom. There's no hand wash in the washroom. No cleanliness. Screen 2 is stinking and so is the washroom. Screen quality and colour is average. Prices for snacks and beverages are exorbitant. Worst experience and would never come here again.

We booked ticket excutive, on 4th floor, there is no lift for senior citizens & for handicap person, upper koi running canteen nahi hai. Kuch b khana hai toh niche Jana padta hai, & suffocation area NO AC is working in outside & inside no AC cooling properly

Far better than big Miraj in the vicinity. Seats are comfortable and relaxing. Worth spending. Although the food and beverage charges are very high. But that's the case with almost all cinema halls now. So it's upto you to spend that much or not...

Theatre experience is good. Service is very poor. The staff is not that supportive. Even though they have a good amount of staff working, they keep only 1 counter of snacks running at a time. They are not giving quality service to customers.

The hall has a limited parking area so it is better to take public transport. The hall is not well maintained. Audio in the hall is not well calibrated. Waiting area AC not functional. Needs improvisation. The waiting area feels congested.

This is a decent option for Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur people’s for cinema. 3 number screen is very small near like home theatre . So when you select screen for watch movies careful about screen no 3 . Overall Good option . …

Toilets were not clean, 3rd screen interior was too old.there was visibility issue in screen. There was no proper maintenance. Chairs were broken. Crowd was too cheap. This multiplex is going to be future Vinus and Aman talkies.

Very Good Place for Movie but service is very bad. Very very bad experience in last visit. Booked tickets for screen 4 executive class which was mas big mistake as no proper seating arrangements and food stalls are also close.

Its pioneer in Ulhasnagar, i use to travel from Kalyan to ULH for movie every friday.... almost all types of movies they play. nice ambiance. supportive staff with good hygrine standard thy keep. love their screen1.

Bad seating arrangements...No leg space....Hand rest and seats fate hue hai....Cotton bahar aa raha tha waha se...20 rs for bike parking but they will not take any responsibility...To 20rs kyu dena hai...

No air condition is ON and mid of the movie they turn off the AC & very cheap seats not comfortable very rude behavior of staff at 3rd floor at 4th screen staff name hitesh harun this is very unexpected

It's nice place. Miraj cinemas has 2 theatre nearby. I have been in both only problem in both places is cleanliness in restrooms. No effort are taken even after informing problem.

This is one of the best place to visit with Family. I have watched lot of movies here and the experience is really great. Infra is very clean and Screen quality is best too.

Worsted Quality of Screen 4. Air conditioners are not working. Taking too much Charges, if we consider the Money and maintenance I will not recommend this theatre anyone.

Situated in the middle of bustling ullas nagar city. This movie cinema hall can be reached from shahad, ullas nagar, kalyan, ambernath station.

Screen is somewhat good sound is perfect, just some chairs don't have QR for food order and the food section people are really slow..

Movie toh chalu ho jati he but lights jaldi band nahi hota, Movie ke starting time pe bhi n interval me bhi....

Atmosphere is good, tickets are very costly, but it is ok to spent money on good movies like "Jawan"

Ashok anil multiplex is always first choice, hygiene and well managed

Snacks are a bit expensive but the hall is overall good.
