Amna name ki larki ny mery ball check kiye aur kaha k ap ka dark brown colour hy one month k baad ap k hair dye hn ge. Then she suggest me k filhal ap root touchup krwa lain i said ok. Us ny mjh sy 3000 liya aur koi raseed nhn bna k di recption wali ny kaha raseed hm nhn dety. Mjhy hairat hoi phr main ny Amna sy kaha k main protion treatment krwana chahti hn she said 4500 hm lety hn ap ko 500 less krwa doon ge. Jbky main un ki price list py protein treatment k charges 3000 daikh chuki thi. bht froud hy bhai wahan aur jo root touchup k liye product use kia us sy mjhy pora half an hour head py jalan aur itching hoti rhi jb tk colour wash nhn howa.. so thats my experience so agy ap ki Marzi.

Friend went, the facial was a decent experience, however the staff according to her is very prying and lacks the proper customer service skills. They make snarky comments and attack you so you buy their products and did not do the job appointed to them. The girl in doing mani and pedi didn't even cut her nails correctly. The nails on the hands were cut unevenly, furthermore, the girl also managed to damage her cuticle. The pedicure girl did not even cut her nails. The products now offered are seemingly not genuine and overpriced for services. Would not go again, poor experience.

Very pathetic services. I went there, booked my appointment and told them my services. First of all, they don't know how to remove the white heads! When I reached back home and saw my face, whiteheads were still there. The staff is so short that I had to cancel my three services because I was running short of time despite the fact that I spent three hours there. Their hair shampoos and conditioners are so bad that after a hair wash, my hair was still frizzy. The staff is not fully trained, if I had the option of giving zero rating, I would have given that

Got the makeup done by this salon. Only the hairstylist is good there. That's why giving 2 star. Otherwise the makeup was bad. Base was cakey and tooo much. The artist just put that stick on face and did the makeup in 5-7 minutes. Didn't ask about if I want to wear kajal or white pencil. She just did the normal makeup that I could have done by myself. They should at least use good makeup products so that I doesn't look cakey at all. Not recommended for Makeup

Mirrors is quite accessible being near the centre of the city. There services especially hair cuts and hair treatments are unparalleled. I do have reservation with the new receipt system which puts the onus of the tasks on the client. You need to run around try to find people who will do the task for you. I don't think that's the most efficient way of doing things.

3rd class services,,, extremely expensive,,, no soap/ hand wash for male / husbands in washroom,,, Customers aren't even worth 20rs of soap??? Also no proper seating arrangements for male attendents

Excellent service.. Be it facial /massage or hair stuff.. Very polite and courteous staff.. You can also earn and save from points if you are regular customer.. Sometimes they offer tea as well
