Officers from this station came to my home looking for my low life brother. My wife and two young children were home at the time. My wife explained that my brother does not reside with us and is not welcome. Two of the 4 officers decided to walk into my home guns drawn with my two children inside and searched my house. My wife and children were terrified. When I called the station, the female officer who took my call was curt and in a hurry to get me off the phone. When i requested a detective to get back to me in the matter, she said OK and hung up on me without taking my number down. In hindsight I should have filed a complain. What irk's me the most, is that I'm basically paying for armed thugs to come to my home and terrorize my family.

I am an Uber driver, I found a lost cell phone in my vehicle. I went to return the cell phone at the police station where I had the unpleasant encounter with officer Sandwick. I held up a cell phone and showed her that this is what I will be returning, she responded what is that? She was very rude to me when I told her Uber does not have personal phone numbers of our riders and that Uber does not give us an exact telephone number to call them, we have an app for that. I understand that that is hard to understand however as an officer of the law she should at least be respectful and understanding to the fact that I had a very rude and disorderly Uber passenger to which police had to be called.

Have you ever felt like you or your children were in danger and said let me call these people who as they say “protect and serve”. I placed an emergency call that they took almost an hour to respond to. Had me waiting for ever outside in a hostile environment. I had to relocate they say I missed them they did nothing even thought they had the description of the suspect. Called back no one answered me. Called Monday no one called me back. Went today and no one could locate the call i had made. They placed a 415 man over my call which is someone causing a disturbance rather than mine that placed children in immediate danger. No one has answers but ask for excuses and you get them all.

I filled a report with officer Randolph. He seemed like he didnt want to take my report and had a very bad attitude. He sighed in frustration throughout the whole time he scribbled down information. And once he finished the report he threw the report at me on the table. I politely said thank you and he said yeah. He was by far the worst officer I have ever encountered everyone else is very helpful and kind.

Called in to report a constant nuisance in my neighborhood and no answer, regardless of the time I call I never have answer day or night. Every time I call, which I have throughout the weekdays I have no answer. Serving the community? It’s absolutely absurd and awful to have to wait so long to be heard. Regardless of the crime small or big all individuals deserve to be heard and to be kept safe.

Called because someone was blocking my driveway and Officer Primo gave me a number to call that was unavailable to accept calls even though in the voicemail they said their hours were 11-7 M-F and it was 5 on a Thursday, absolutely rudest person ever. I called back when the number wasn’t working and he hung up on me, glad this wasn’t a real emergency or else we’d be dead thanks to officer Primo.

I have visited this police station a few times and every time I have been there there is no waiting to be helped. The officers are very personable professional and hopeful. Their exemplary service to our community makes it a pleasure to live here. Thank you for taking care of us!

Dispatcher is rude could not be bothered and had the worst attitude! The cops are GREAT. The dispatch is HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY WAITING FOR THEIR PAYCHECK AND NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Good luck getting any help with that lady on the front line taking the info. Awful!

The is the worse police dept that i have ever delt with. first they take hours to get to you when you call them and some of the officers acted like they didn't really care about my problem. there customer service is very poor when you call in.

Horrible service . Came in to ask a question about a fix it ticket . The guy gave me the run around ,felt like he yelled at me to answer my question maybe because I was hispanic but he was really nice to the white lady . Really disappointed.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! NO HELP AT ALL FROM THESE USELESS "law enforcement officers" I won't go into my whole story, but don't bother calling THEM or 911, they will not help you, even if you tell them you are scared and alone!!!

I got tickets from them... My family got nailed too. No reason to hate onem tho. If they wasn't here we would be dealing with the criminals ourselves. They don't get enough money or manpower or help from the city politicians.

reported a request for an elderly gentleman who has not been seen for days mail not pick-up newspaper piled up on porch. No one came out for 2 hours. had to recall and still no response too many rings to get them to ans.

Called three days in a row. No one answers the phone, no matter what number you press and no matter what time of the day you call. Was told by Fire Station on Polk that Mission Hills Station was open 24 hours. Not so.

I have never had a problem with this departments service or attitudes. They have been responsive to our calls and informative I directing our inquiries correctly. I feel safe with them so close by.

Very unprofessional, kept hanging up on me and transferring me and didn't end up helping me and I was calling and being put on hold for over an hour. Calling for a reason and it's their job to help

I come in waited for ever because people coming after I did, was ignored and kind of laugh at when I started explaining the reason that went there for, sadly is the station where am supposed to go

not good had auto break in had to come to mission hill station to make report did not want to come and take report or pictures and take prints had to wait for 2 hour to make report

Phone rang and rang until a wonderful community serving officer picked the phone off the cradle and hung it up on me. Thanks Mission Area Community Police Station!

They just don't care. Don't call them if somebody is stabbing you and taking limbs., they're too busy on vacation sipping pina colada.

If I could give 0 stars i would these people are laughable no good cooperation at all if you can even get them on the phone. Horrible

As I can see I’m not the only one having issues with a service that don’t work. It’s a horrible service that they offer.

I had to call 4-5 times and no answer. When they finally answered I was put on hold and they never even spoke with me.

They take FOREVER just to put me on the phone to send someone out and take FOREVER just to come out to the situation
