You WILL get towed if you park to ride trolley from this station stop. Parking area is ONLY for shoppers of the stores there; not for trolley use. Signage is HORRIBLE & you are not properly warned. $352 later, you will realize this. Very disappointed in MTS’s signage & will be contacting them further so hopefully others don’t have this happen to them. Store security made the call to Western Towing 1.5hrs after I parked. They are watching people getting out of their cars & where they go. Very subjective. BE WARNED

Nice shopping plaza located right next to the Mission Valley Plaza Center Trolley stop, going to downtown or Santee every 15 minutes. Sammy's Woodfired Pizza, Kebab shop, and a breakfast republic store that is set to open. walking distance to the Mall too

Great location near the shopping malls and restaurants. Beautiful too next the San Diego River. Lots of trees. Just some of the people hanging out at this station and in this area are suspect.

It's located next to the river bike path. Homeless live underneath the bridges in mission valley. I once got a citation by a transit officer here. Bad vibes.

This station has plenty of free parking that is in close proximity. The trolley system in San Diego is amazing, much better than fighting the traffic.

Need to do a better job policing and securing the area during the day and night! Dangerous, but even more so as a woman!

Typical of the unmanned stations throughout the county. This one always is very clean, unlike others tend to be.
