I visited this location because I wanted the outside/inside wash. After leaving I noticed there were little scratches all over my window tint. I returned to the location spoke to someone who told me they were the manager, he did a report & explained that the regional manager would contact me in the next few business days. After a week of no call I tried to call the location multiple times with no answer. I then found the customer care number online. They then told me I had to have an incident number, which I wasn’t given & told me that they would have the manager contact me. A few days later I was contacted by Ronald the actual store manager, he asked me to drive 20 minutes back to his location to have him look at the vehicle because he couldn’t tell anything from the photos the guy took the day of. I drove there to have Ronald be rude & basically call me a liar & tell me that it looked like “I had hit my window with something.” When I said no, he proceeds to say in a very rude tone, “do you know the logistics of what we do? Because these are not long scratch marks we couldn’t have done it.” I then got angry & said “the logistics of it is, my windows did not look like this when I got here & they looked like this when I left!” He then throws his hand up in the air & says “I’m done with you!” I said fine give me my incident report number I will contact corporate again. He walked into his office, shut the door in my face & waited about 5 minutes before returning with an incident report card, which I should have been given the first day. I then contacted customer care again who put me in contact with the regional manager. He was very nice & apologized & offered to meet me at a tint shop that was 30 miles from my home the following day at 3:30, to look at my vehicle & pay for whatever damage was caused. I then receive a call at 12:30 that day saying that he is unavailable to meet me & just to go there & they will take care of me & that he has already paid for 1 window. Mind you I had scratches on both front windows. After being upset with him on the phone he said I’ll call & have them look at it & if both need to be done we will pay for them. I drove 30 miles back & forth in rush hour & waited over an hour to get my tint replaced. So, they scratched my windows, called me a liar to my face, had me make multiple phone calls for over a month to even talk to someone who would help me, had me drive back & forth 15 miles to the location, back & forth 30 miles from the tint place and did NOTHING to compensate me for my time, gas, days spent dealing with this matter. Not even offered me a free car wash. I will never use or recommend them to anyone.

I pay extra for a wax with my car wash as a monthly member. On one occasion, I had a stubborn residue on my car, and washed my car two times a day for two days, and, it was not getting clean. I finally took it to smith brothers a few miles down the road. Better than mister, they scrubbed, and, removed the residue with one wash. During one of my four visits, I asked the worker to scrub the front of my car (this is what they did when I became a meme we and one of the reasons why I joined), he told me they were told they weren’t allowed to scrub anymore. I went through the car wash, and, then I asked to speak to someone. The person I spoke with said they hadn’t gotten them memo they couldn’t scrub the front , and I also spoke to a manager. He was nasty and rude and had a condescending answer for all of my concerns. His explanation was that they had a scientist come in and said the the chemicals from the soap don’t react right with the big spray they scrub with (such bs, but I let him think he was out smarting me...) he then got smart with me about how much they have to pay (600$) when peoples paint jobs are ruined (what this has to do with me requesting a scrub is beyond me), and also insulted my husband because his car was backed into in the line by saying “we aren’t here to direct traffic”. My pony to him was that my husband’s car had more than 609$ in damage when he was hit, not about who was responsible. On a side note, the workers could pay more attention to funding people in the car wash, or be like smith brothers and do it themselves. So may times they just guide you in without paying attention to how close the cars are, or if the wheels are lined up on the rails. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that they cut corners by removing services that they offered to get me, and still charging the same price , but now they don’t offer them. No one pays money monthly to have a smart mouth manager speak to them that way. Staring to feel like a rip off.

I just left this establishment around noon today /Sat, 9/19/15. It was a very unsatisfactory visit. We live in the area, have 5 cars and come there often. You must have new management or employees. I took in my almost new BMW convertible. Operating it with top down, it gets pretty dirty in summertime. When I drove in, I asked the front attendant (a black man) which package I needed to get everything cleaned inside and out. He says the $15 package. I asked, does that include everything on the inside? He rudely said, "I told you that includes Everything inside and out!" as though I were stupid. I said ok and drove through. The outside cleaning was okay. When they called me to pick up car, the interior was not even broom clean. Mats had been somewhat vacuumed, but not washed. The upholstery was still covered with dust and dirty. There was a heavyset lady with uniform who came up smearing on my car after the other boys had done most of the work on it. I asked her to let me use the spray cleaner and cloth to clean some places that were missed. She very curtly said, you can't use this. I asked why. She said do you want dressing on the leather? I said I just want it clean. I told her that I'd told the man up front I wanted everything cleaned inside and out. She said Well he should have charged you $25. Made no apology, was totally rude, and walked away. Not only was the upholstery dirty and dusty, also the windows inside and out smeared up and dirty. Terrible job, I don't like to pay $15 plus tip to have my car cleaned and then have to come home and clean the rest of it myself. I will be calling the management to see if he got this message. I really think they should send me my money back. We won't be back there again and I'd advise you to Go Somewhere Else!

A bit pricey for the unlimited plans (but similar to other places). I always noticed a bit of a difference between two different places I would go to (Madison vs Hendersonville) even though they were supposed to be the same. Frequently, the wash would not clean the some areas too well (like most car washes though) and the workers always tend to be a little lazy when it comes to scrubbing the car's front when the car is about to go in (I noticed this at the previous unlimited car wash I used to go to before, just an annoying problem everywhere it seems). The vacuums are not as strong as previous place I used to go to, but they get the job done. The sensors for picking up unlimited wash RID tag was not as fast either. I ended up canceling this service as well since it was too much to being paying $60/month for two cars.

I have been a “premium” member, still have 3 cars and have had a many as 6 on some kind of monthly plan. Only complaint I have is at the Hendersonville location, the staff is very nice, no there. Main problem is how quickly it pushes you thru the wash, rinse and blow dry, especially the dry. Rivergate location I understand is a longer line so it takes longer to go thru but Hendersonville just zips you thru, to the point where especially the rear of the car does not get clean and the blow dry does not get it even close to dry. So if there was anyway to just add a minute more to the whole process I think a lot of people would be much happier. Most of the time I drive 15 minutes further to get a better clean and dry....

I’ve been a member of this car wash for a couple years now and I’ve never been more pleased to be a frequent customer. I recently changed banks and I mistakenly brought two debit cards with no money on them not remembering the financial change I made. Of course both cards declined and they asked me to pull around the back of the building to exit. I parked at the vacuum station to check what was going on with my cards and one of the team members taps on my window and explained he was told I was having some trouble. He then gave me a voucher for a FREE car wash and wished me well. I’ve never been more “wow’ed”. The service here has always been top notch, but today really stood out! Thank y’all!

I had damage to my chrome on my vehicle. They did an insurance claim and two days later they called back and said that this was aftermarket chrome and therefore they are not responsible for the damage. I bought the truck with chrome already on it. how can they tell me that it was aftermarket. They can say what they want to but they will not help you in anyway not only did the wash it self was bad but the damage to my truck is well over $200 and they said there is nothing they can do about it, so BBB is going to hear about this. I do not recommend this car wash. I had damage to my chrome on my truck. Regardless, if it’s aftermarket chrome or not, it was still damage..

Went to this place because I kept seeing a sign for $3 car wash. My car hasn't been washed in about 3 months due to moving. Also neighbour used his weed eater and my car has grass stuck and canned on it, so it was time for a wash. Very efficient with pricing of individual items and packages. Nice staff, everyone seemed to be in good spirits, and it was 4pm. I had the exterior and interior done, and when I received it I was thoroughly impressed. It wasn't a half-@$$ job you get when you show up in the middle of the day and after the workers are all tired. They probably did a better interior job than I would! I liked the finished results and will be back.

This is for the Mister Car Wash in Rivergate: Sometimes they give my full wash to someone else and I don't get the wash that I pay for (the $16 one). Last week I was put through the wash and they had no water, no soap and no hot wax. Those scrubbers just rigged up against my truck with no liquid except for what the vehicle in front of us got. I tried to talk with them before about another issue, but it took 30+minutes and I just don't have the time before work to complain everything they mess up. Also their vacuumes have little to no suction. I have never had these problems with this companies other locations.

I’ve been here a few times now and it was good. Today though was far from ok. I paid for the top platinum package today. When I got in my car and began driving and started noticing dust spots in easy places to reach. Some on the dash and some around the handle on the door. Then noticed other spots that definitely did not get clean around my gearshift. And once I got home realized the trunk of my car wasn’t touched at all. They never bothered to vacuum the back of my car. I’m livid. If I’m going to pay for the top service I expect my car to be clean. Especially the easiest things to do like dust and vacuum.

I've been coming here for years and never had to deal with any of the rudeness or dissatisfaction that the other reviewers seem to have. Prices are fair, service is good. The wait is a thing that you'll need to contend with occasionally. BUT 1. they can only wash them as fast as the machine will allow 2. the line is clearly visible from the road. If it's backed up to the street, and you're in a rush, come back another time. minus one star because once upon a time long ago the manager (who still works there) employed some unethical sales tactics that involved lying, and that's never ok.

I can't tell you how many times I have had to run my car through more than twice and it still wasn't clean. I even asked if they would run a scrub brush across my back window at least like they are supposed to and they didn't twice in a row even after the manager told his employees to. I go here at least once a week and I thought maybe after they reopened it would be better. To be honest it seems worse. After today juggling two small children and dealing with this over and over I'm going to look for a better ran carwash. Would no longer recommend to anyone unless you are desperate.

$7 dollars for a basic car wash is not bad ... if it gets the car clean. After selling me my ticket was told they couldn't guarantee they would get the car clean. (had some tree sap on the roof). Said that I needed to buy the $15 complete car wash. There basic wash used to be $5 - and I never had that problem before. Was told "Well, we are under new management!" HOW RUDE..... I said "Well, then I would like a refund" She yells to her supervisor "He don't want to pay $15 for a complete car wash." Which wasn't true - I just didn't want to pay $7 for a partial car wash.

BEWARE!!!! I went to this car wash to get my car cleaned, came out to my bumper being peeled back! They said because I had a HAIRLINE CRACK in my bumper that they wouldn’t cover it.!I’m BIG on customer service and it was horrible! I had to call 10 times to reach someone! If you want your car in one piece I would suggest not coming here! Update : WOW, THEY ARE HORRIBLE! They didn't want to offer ANYTHING and only put that response to fool people to think that they wanted to work with me. This business is trash! Don't use this place if you value your vehicle!

1. Staff were very nice and professional and the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Also, the place was clean and looked nice. 2. Car wash is absolutely not worth the money. Out of the 6 or more people working there not one was doing spot checks. Paid for a $20 exterior wash. Car wasn't even bad. Just some road grime and 1 bird poop on the back. I left with road grime still on it and bird poop still on the back. I will post pictures if I can. No attention to the exterior finish at all. Very simple follow through that is VERY lacking.

Cars smell really good after the wash. The wash can miss some noticeable spots if it's been a long time since the last wash. It mostly misses the parts with an underside. However, if you find that your car didn't get cleaned the first run, they will allow you to run through again, which is very nice. There might be micro-scratches, but I don't really take good care of it car's exterior. The final coating is great!! It repels water very well and it keeps the car looking great even a week after the wash.

Spent 45 dollars on a wash and inside service. Didn't vacuum the seats, steaks on the windows, didn't wipe off the wheels or rims, they were supposed to armor all the dash and only got half of it. I will never come here again, nor will I send anyone here. This place has been going down hill for years, thought since the management changed it would be better, guess not. I would rate a 0 star if I could. Don't waste your money. Stay home and do it yourself.

My car really looked good until I got out in the sun and the back window that I asked them to please clean, looked like a child did it. I was disappointed in that. The tires looked really good and everything else was top notch. If I had not asked them to be sure to clean the back window, I wouldn't even mention it, and before leaving, I asked again did they clean the back window and I was assured that they did. But they did NOT.

Pretty frequent customer here. For the most part i've been somewhat satisfied coming here. Lately has been kind of lackluster, some of the workers seem as if they don't want to be there and just could care less. There used to be a gentleman at this wash that would ALWAYS come check on me after my wash or even if I just pulled in to vacuum. Can't really remember his name just know he had tattoos, and a mowhawk. Thank you

very disappointed the full cleaning service was taken away . i have 4 vehicles i pay for and i'm disabled and not able to clean the interior on my on.. i am also not happy about the entrance guy not brushing the tailgate on my pickup.... plus twice in the last month other pickups in front of me have had thing blow out of their bed of truck because the guy didn't make sure the bed of uncovered trucks was clear..

I came here close to a year ago and got full service and it wss a train wreck. The employees were so busy yelling at each other they barely cleaned the car. This trip was a 180 and wonderful. The new crew was awesome they were professional and did an amazing job they ran smooth and this was a great experience. I will start to get full service here again instead of going out of my way to another car wash.

Gets worse each time. I've had the Platinum Interior/Exterior for about 6 months. The first few months the cleaning was very good. It's never been great but very good. However, the last few times I've been I could have done better blindfolded. I pulled over to the side after the cleaning and they missed as much or more than they touched. I will have to say the quality is not worth the cost anymore.

Worse service ever. Paid $36 for “full service”. Yes I have kids in my car and that’s why I needed my car clean. It looked like they just don’t care about doing a good job. I asked the guy about the places that looked dirty including my windows and he said that they only wipe one time if it doesn’t come off well too bad basically. Horrible job. My two year old could do a better job at cleaning.

The guy directing me into the car wash was too busy on the phone and trying to do his job at the same time. My car was too far over to the left which made my side mirror hit the dryers at the end of the wash there is no reason why that should have happened. Also car wasn’t even fully dry I had water droplets left over on my car after the wash … Will not be back .

It's good if you have all the time in the world. After waiting in line, I paid for my wash and vacuum at 3:10pm. It was washed by 3:20 and then I waited in line for another Hour. Multiple cars behind me even got to go through first. 4:20 and my cars finally being vacuumed. For this amount of time, I would rather wash and vacuum it myself and save some money.

I really do love taking my Car to this Car Wash. It's not hard on your car, does a great job of cleaning it and really makes your Tires look good. I really like being able to use the Vacuum for free as well. It has great suction and doesn't shut off on you while you work. I highly recommend this place. Even though my car is older, I enjoy taking care of it!

Today my car was not cleaned as well as other times. There was dirt on the hatch and places on hatch window that NO water had touched. Also, I do believe my car was scraped on the right side near top of door by one of the machines. Just can't win! If I had known this review was coming up, I would have taken pictures before I cleaned the dirt off.

The value is in the unlimited car wash sign up for it you won't lose if you go to the car wash twice a month it's worth it. Now I wish they did soft-touch touchless so that way my paint would last longer. I do not like the cloth beating up my paint but the value for the car wash comparable to the Damage Done to the clear coat is minimal.

I loved this place and have been a member for years. Up until 3 weeks ago it was great. Now the right side of the car doesn't want to work on hatchbacks, half the sprayers don't spray. It's at the point where I cancelled my membership. I'm sure other locations are great, just not the Madison one anymore. Please fix these issues.

Poor job on cleaning inside of my car, spent under 10 minuets and they were through. I use to get good service but has steadily gotten worse I cancelled my membership. I also have not been able to get in touch was told he was out to lunch and the employees did not know when he would be back, this was at the Rivergate location

I recently had my car washed at the Rivergate Mister car wash. They really did a fantastic job. My car came out super clean, and the exterior was super shiny. There was a bit of a line, but it moved surprisingly quick, and the staff was very courteous. The waiting room is clean and quiet with free Wi-Fi, coffee and popcorn.

They are not doing interiors right now due to the super cooties circulating. But, I had the outside of my car washed because a flock of birds did some bombing practice on it. There was some still on it, so they let me run my car through again. My car looks fantastic now!! Thank you very much guys Happy New Year!!!

The service was good. The staff was good in the price on different car wash services and car wash itself. The only downside is because of the pandemic you can't pay with cash. You had to pay via card, either check card or credit card. But the staff was helpful in how to use the card to pay for the service.

The machine wash and free vacuum is adequate. However, for payment, Im confused as to why they have a tip line item when there isn't any live hands on service to my car. This isnt a restaurant. The ownership needs to adequately compensate the workers instead of passing the responsibility to customers.

I paid $90 for an interior detail because I had a soda explode in my truck. Later in the day I found sticky soda residue all over obvious parts of the interior that should have been the first places to be washed. This detail was NOT worth $90. I wouldn't have paid 90 cents for this terrible job.

This place needs better management. Rather then just sitting in the office if you see you are short handed then the management team needs to be out there to give assistance. Remember attitude reflects leadership. If I spend my money for my vehicle to be clean I expect to have my vehicle clean.

I go on a regular to get my vehicle washed at this location. On one particular day my vehicle was super sudsy and I spoke to the manager to let him know and he allowed me to rewash my car until the suds was off he also hand rinsed himself to get the suds off that was awesome customer service.

The staff is really friendly and kind, service is great, you can leave your car while is detailed and you can stay in a designated area eating popcorn and drinking coffee. The place is always very clean! Which is something that I really liked, I go frequently, I highly recommend this place.

Open another lane. It's Saturday morning and you have cars lined up to the street. Purchased the best full service wash you offer. I will never come back. I can't believe what a poor job they did. I had to get a rag and wipe down my car after sitting there for 40 minutes. STAY AWAY

Very fast, felt like the full service crew could've cleaned the windows better (they were streaky and smeared) but they have a limited time And I get that. My car smelled wonderful And the vacuum job was impeccable. The crew was exceptionally friendly, And I will be returning soon

Always a good car wash here. I don't know why but with my new car it doesn't blow it dry as well as it did the old car but I always dry it off anyway. One thing I wish this one here in Mount Juliet, Tennessee did have is the rotating shammy like the one in Decatur, Alabama has.

New to the area. Coworkers said not to go here because they had bad experiences in the past. I had been to another state during a snow storm & needed to get the salt off my car. I picked the cheapest wash. I was not disappointed! You would have thought I paid top Dollar!

Great Car Wash spot, I really like that they offer full service (interior and exterior) and not just vacuums. My truck always looks good, and them taking the time to hand finish their work is always a big perk. This is my go to spot anytime I need to clean a vehicle

A quick run-thru for $10. $20 a month gets you unlimited washes with a recharge of your card monthly. I am going to sign up for that next time thru especially during the winter. Its too cold to wash the car myself - AND they are open on Sundays !

I only used the drive through part of the car wash, they had vacuums and they looked busy, the place was full of customers who had shiny cars and it's definitely a really, really clean car wash. I wouldn't worry about being robbed there! Haha

Although the staff is friendly, they don't clean your car well. Went on Saturday,paid for full service. They didn't touch the back seats or vacuum the rear of car. Yes, I should have inspected, I trusted them . I will not be back!!

Decided to try full service for the first time. They were done "detailing" my truck in less than 5 minutes and my interior looked worse than it did before they "detailed" it. I suggest they use clean rags to detail interior.

Wash is excellent, entrance is tough. Multiple turnstiles/ vehicles fighting with pass holders and jockeying for position in a single file line. Other than that the wash is excellent and the vacuums are powerful.

My car was super dirty with lots of bugs decorating the front. The first wash didn't get everything off so they scrubbed it extra and sent it through a second time at no charge. Good service and I appreciate it!

The new upgrades do not benefit truck owners. The new brushes do not clean the hood or top of the trucks they stated it's designed that way for trucks. So why I am I paying for a half cleaned truck.

The free vacuums are great. Other businesses have them, but these are actually quality. Instead of offering the second rate machines for free. Highly recommend Mister Car Wash to any car owner.

Great service for the price. I brought my car in looking pretty rough with pet hair, etc. They cleaned it right up and it looks and smells brand new. I would definitely recommend this place.

They are ok. I prefer Camel Carwash on Clarksville Pike better. The employees are friendlier and the wash is so much better. They use Ceramic wax at that location!!
