Pretty nice places for sale and rent, you must do your research and ask plenty of questions. Modest lot rent, most mobile homes are electric here they do have a small playground for children the owners are pretty nice and personable they have many many homes. They allow dogs and there are many restaurants near here that serve good food and we are on the border of Indiana which is great too there is a rent-to-own option, and a simple renting per month option and a buy option where you just paying the lot rent which I think is pretty cool mobile homes are really modern places to live vs an apartment because you get more space and more for your money and you are more a part of a community. Open houses from 10 to 3 everyday except Sundays call in and see what they have available you won't be disappointed

some run down trailers, they give you a story about having to wait for new used trailers to arrive and rehab before sale. but they really rehab the existing trailers that are sold to them by existing exiting trailers that are in various stages. But it is an option for people who have limited resources.
