I have taken the loafer shoes . The seller gives the warranty for one year . But in 3 month it had broken stitches and given to exchange or repair the shoes but the shopkeeper told me that it will not be repair and you have to wear like this only .it's a cheating of the shopkeeper so be aware of the mochi shoes .I had spend approx. 7000 rs for this shoes and now its all over . So please don't take any shoes without written agreement of warranty. They cheated me and taken my money aa well. The shop is In jaipur ,gaurav tower. They talked as rudely as well. So I request you to don't take without warranty agreement.

The product and service experience has been highly disappointing and frustrating. I purchased there premium product, which cost around 7k, but after using it only twice, the sole came off. I sent the product back to them, hoping their engineering/designing team would address the issue within 2-3 weeks as promised. However, it has now been over a month, and I have not received any response or resolution and even no solution date even. I strongly advise against purchasing products from Mochi, as they seem to be of low quality and disposable in nature.

I bought shoes worth ₹ 8500 8-10 days ago and wore them only twice, threads started coming out from all around the shoes. When I went for replacement, they are refusing. There is a process of 15-20 days, now after taking such expensive shoes, they refuse to replace new shoes only twice before. The service is very bad, if possible, do not buy shoes from the mochi store, then it will be very good.

I had purchased twice from Mochi. Disappointed both the times…will not recommend anyone to purchase it again. I regret spending 10k for just two pair of footwears that too of worst quality… even I had provided both the footwears for repairing, not satisfied with their repair too… I hate mochi Brand #worstbrand #Mochi

Good store, staff is good and helps in solving issues promptly. I personally had some issues with my footwear and i called the store staff for support. The same day I got help from the staff member and got my footwear replaced within 15 days. And shoes, floaters, bags, clutches, and crocs's collection is good

Really, they have great shoe collection. From a wide range of gems in your footwear to simple fabric work.. They weave it effortlessly. Great work. However, the pricing part is higher compared to other brands like bata or Liberty.

Very bed experience After sale thats behaviours not good And product quality very bed. Sole pasting remove in 5 days And then replaced in 25 days.he tell me parshal send me my home and today hi say send silps send id’s

I personally love mochi brand. they are little expensive but very comfortable to wear. This store in Malviya Nagar keeps good stock of shoes and bags. they have kids , women and men shoes. they have crocs too.

Avoid Mochi products. I had a terrible experience with Mochi's premium product. The sole came off after just two uses. They collected it for repair, but it's been over a month with no response.

Avoid purchasing from them. The product and service provided are abysmal. There is no warranty or support, and if the product is faulty, you won't receive any assistance or solution.
