I've visited Modern Vet JVC last week and I must say, I'm extremely impressed with the level of care and attention given to our English Bulldog Scarlett by Dr. Patrick and nurse Kathy. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of our baby girl and did everything in their power to prevent surgery which is what the Vet clinic we went to first suggested. They said surgery was the only option but luckily Dr. Patrick took the time time to check my email and call me back suggesting an alternative more holistic approach. I am beyond grateful to him for caring so much and not just pushing for the most expensive procedure which is also the most risky. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that both Dr. Patrick and nurse Kathy truly care about their patients. They were warm, welcoming, and took the time to get to know Scarlett before proceeding with the exam. Dr. Patrick also took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns throughout the 7 days of treatment even at the time when they might have seemed repetitive or silly. He is clearly passionate about his work and goes out of his way to ensure that all animals are treated with the utmost care and respect. Dr Marta spend a good 60 min or so with me discussing my dog’s chronic digestive issue. She changed his medications, and my pet is already showing improvements. She was also very friendly and warm with my pet. Her passion for her work shows very clearly. The clinic was maintained very neat and clean , and the reception staff is very friendly. They always ask if you would like to have a glass of water and even bring it for you. Thanks Modern Vet JVC!

I visited tonight for an urgent appointment when my kitten fell over a staircase - I’m so glad I chose this clinic for urgent care. I couldn't recommend the Modern Vet JVC more highly. They were absolutely brilliant. They fit my cat Figaro in on the same day and his vet, Ramona, was amazing with him. She helped him feel at ease, took his temperature, cleaned out his ears, took a sample, and gave him ear-drops and be barely noticed any of it! Thank you for a great first experience at this vets!

Simple booking, great service and lovely staff. We were seen quickly by the vet, Dr. Marta, she was very warm and loving to our anxious dog and put him at ease within a couple of minutes. Very knowledgeable and informative, assisting us with the reason for our visit and also giving advice for future reference. Would definitely recommend!
