Bad experience. Avoid visiting this place otherwise you will get robbed one or the other way without even knowing that you have. They will charge 500-600% more even for a pouch of wiper washer liquid. Brake pads they installed do not seem genuine Hyundai parts. Upon confronting the manager, he had nothing to say. Find a good local mechanic and get all the services done from them. Do not visit this place. Do not waste your hard-earned money. Another incident that happened here which I remember. I had taken my car here to do some denting-painting work after three years of purchase. When I received the car, the display of the central console was not working. When I complained about this they said its an electronic item and it can stop working at any point of time. I asked for repair price, they said it can't be repaired it can only be replaced. So I asked for replacement price, they said 11-12K plus service. And guess what they had the parts ready in their inventory and they could be replaced then & there and they started their formalities for the replacement. I checked my warranty certificate and the car was still under warranty which I think the service center guys did not know. When I informed them about the car being under warranty, suddenly the whole replacement formalities stopped and parts were not there in their inventory and nobody wanted to have any further discussion with me. Again I had to confront the manager and eventually I got my central console display unit replaced

BEWARE of MODI HYUNDAI BHANDUP !!!'n I went for insurance related repair. It involved painting. First of all is te waiting for parts for 4 days. This is still fine. And then paiting was as if it is done from a road side garage. Absolute bad quality. They accepted and again went for re paint. In the process got a couple of marks in the back body of the car. Their cleaning which they charged me 1000 rupees, absolutely sucks. My car when i gave them was much cleaner than when i got it. After 2 days now i observe that auto lock in my car is not working. They are just hungry for points and careless about customers. I am going to escalate this to modi hyundai, hyudai customer service center at infia level and in every social forum i can. Eveey year from my company we order atleast 5 cars and the service center is just pathetic. Today I got call from the servicecenter about feedback of my car Creta . I regret to say that i am not happy with the service. First time quality is not assured. Cleanliness with the car is not at all upto the mark. Now after the service my doors auto lock is jot working. This is pathetic. So friend even if it takes a hit of drive, dont go to modi hundai service bhandup. They are real cheat.

Totally disappointed with their service. They took one month to repair my accent executive and always bought time from me by giving false time estimates. They originally agreed to give my car within 20 days, so i didnt bother them much to give delivery before that period but after that whenever i used to call them, they will ask me to wait for 3 to 4 days and confidently told me to give delivery by that time. But this period of waiting got extended to 12 more days. Inbetween i reported this issue to their service manager and workshop manager through mail but nothing happened, just a courtsey call via my advisor that they will try to deliver within 3 days but it never happened. My repair amount was 125000 approx. and still there was no accountability from their end. They have this problem of keeping your vehicle for longer periods by giving you short delivery notice so that later they can buy time from you. They are notorious for this kind of things. Earlier Asset Hyundai was the same, we expected that after Modi Hyundai took it over; it will turn out better and more efficient but nothing changed. During the extended time period if you dont call, they will also not call.

I had pathetic experience with this workshop. I visited this place 3 times in last 3 months to resolve the same issues. I changed my front bumper from insurance before 4 months and since then started getting noise from that part. Also because of some unknown problem my car was getting unbalanced, might be because of puncture or something else. I wasn't getting proper millage too. Everytime they make fake promises, spoil my time and in the end they end up with just washing my car from outside so that it looks handy at the time of delivery. They charged for engine and break oil during last free service but didn't change them. After delivering the car to me, everytime they make phone calls as routine work to know whether my car is doing well and when I express that the issues are not resolved, they ask me to bring my car over there again. I went 3 times in last 3 months and yet facing the same problems. Also note that after my last visit there, my car audio system isn't working properly. Don't know whether they have taken the original one and replace by a second hand audio. I do not recommend anybody to deal with this workshop.

Initially i was one of the most satisfied customers of Hyundai workshops. But last few services have been like they treat you a money making machine and quality is getting PATHETIC. Day before delivery, my advisor calls and tells few other works that need to be done, i asked estimate and WHOA...! He sends estimate of 38k + gst (This is apart from 9k work already done.) I denied to carry out any additional work. I don't understand why are filter cleaning billed seperately, then what do these guys do in servicing, WASHING my car for 2450 rs..!!! My Ac stops working in middle of a highway.Luckily i was able to find a person who repaired my ac for free..!! Because there was blockage in the supply air pipe..! My question is did the servicemen at hyundai even bothered to check these minute issues ? Last to last time got turbo changed for a whooping cost of 35k.. God only knows if they have actually changed it or only billed..! I am done with Hyundai authorised service centres.. Never ever going back and to folks who care about their car, please find out a reliable guy outside - you will save a bomb..!

No proper trained staff, no after Maintenance pdp, highly untrained worker, gave my car for servicing on 19june explained they the issue of Ac they just changed oil oil filter and handed over the car next day I all the way went back and solved the issue the spoc who was handling told they completely forgot to solve the issue. The very next day engine oil started leaking more over the car is just 1 year old. Handed over my car for general maintenance and some coating,. initial when car was submitted hardly any scratches were their but at the time of taking the car back to my place found 3-4 extra scratches and when asked they blame on us that you must have done it long back and you don't remember. The guys who park and take the car inside out of service center don't care about the car and dash car by corners this incidents have taken in front of me. Don’t every give your car to them for servicing or any body work. Untrained worker. Will hand over the car to you with many different crashes.

A very arrogant and unprofessional service center. I Visited to repair my roof light of i10 and the receptionist asked to wait for 10 mins and after which she comes out talking over the phone and said that the part is not available. Nobody bothered to come and see the car and check the issue. After i insisted to call a technician she called a guy and he checked it and suggested to replace the part. I asked the price of the roof light and she said 1800 plus labour charges around 650. Means 2450 for a roof light. Later, i asked her about the charges for general check up of the car (not service) and she said 2100 approx. I told her that i have enquired at Modi Thane and Sharayu Thurbe they told me the charge is around 1000 but she said that thier charge is 2100 only. This is really stupid and unprofessional. I now realise that why do many people from Mulund and Bhandup area get the car serviced at Turbhe and avoid Modi Hyundai.

I would rate zero stars because you deserve it. I have been cheated on my i10 car whose servicing charges were more than my Polo car on annual basis. Also they will fool you to change parts, in my case they gave me a quote of 50k for my axles related issues in my 5th year of ownership even after having multiple inspections at the service center. I took my car to local garage who resolved that issue in less than 1k. The inspection at the service center itself cost me more money and time. They are money minded so please be aware. A suggestion would be to focus more on consumer satisfaction rather than just upgrading your service center and keep your customers waiting there for hours to get delivery. There costumer retention program is also scammed they will keep on calling you irrationally to get your car service.. even after multiple notice they will still call you and harass you.

The worst ever customer service from Modi Hyundai Bhandup. They make customers wait for hours Inspite of calling them on a certain time. The service advisors are pathetic and have no knowledge of any of the parts. All they need is to increase the consumption of inventory and thus inflate the customer service expenses. They will make changes to the vehicle without taking a consent from the customer. I was called at the service Center at 12.30pm and was made to sit idle for 2 hours before the job card was prepared. Inspite of this, the technicians were chit chatting and were not keen on fixing vehicle issues. The supervisor Vikrant Tarkar had the most casual attitude and cared little about the waiting customers. Will never waste my time at this service Center again. And I advise fellow Hyundai owners to never visit this service Center if they really care for their vehicles.

I got a call from modi hyundai team that they have an offer for car servicing in 3700/- but I am not at all happy with the service. The advisor said if he found any issues then he will call me & discuss about it and provide me cost estimate. But no one bothered to call me. When I been to pick my vehicle that time the advisor said about the issues in car. I have asked them to check the roof light as it was hard in operating but when I collected my vehicle the roof light stopped working. The horn also not working properly. Even the clutch pedal is not working properly. When I been to collect the vehicle they were in hury to handover the vehicle to me. They clearly said if I would have given vehicle in morning before 10:00 am then the mechanic would have done all the work properly. Local car garage are better then them in service. Regards Paresh.

I had given my Hyundai Santro car for its 80k km servicing, and also had told the areas of concern which were simple enough. When the car was "ready" none of these small concerns were addressed by the workshop and I had to point it out and get them sorted out. After the car came home to date the car has refused to start and I've called another mechanic to sort out the problem. The answers given were parts were not available, so get the car back after a week or so etc... Would strongly advise Hyundai car owners to avoid as far possible from giving their car for servicing or any other job. They will fleece you but nothing will get done. All in all my car came back worse than when it was given. Avoid it like plague. Complaining to Hyundai will not get you any response either.

very very very bad experience with hyundai car. almost 1 year back battery of my car was not working so i have visit to modi hyundai at Bhandup they have given me service battery and told me that your new battery will be come within 8 days. i was waiting from 1 year for call. 2 times i have done the servicing of car still they are not confirmed me to battery is comes or not. It is very shocking to me how much more days required them to give new battery. now my car is at one place from 4 to 5 days i have informed that pls told me that why it will give so much time the reply was sir mg tumhi ka nai phone kela battery nai ali tr. this is so bad experience i am facing i am travelling by ola from 4 days only 63000 km done axel broken very high maintanence.

Try to persuade you to carry out additional works which are not needed. I was told that the clutch system needs urgent replacement else the vehicle will be under breakdown in a matter if days. I have travelled approximately 2000km without any problem though I have not got the clutch system replaced. The cost indicated was in the range of 30000.00 Secondly during servicing I requested for new rear reflectors. I paid advance for the procurement as it was not available. When the material was procured, I was told that the bumper needs to be replaced at an additional cost of 13000.00 This cost was not intimated to me earlier. So I took back my car. So based on these two incidents, I feel that one feels cheAted at this service centre.

3rd Class Service Purchased 3 Creta SUV But Cheated 1 Cresta Alloy Wheels Removed . All 3 cars FasTag Money Cheated. No reply to Complaints. Staff Forced us and most customers to put 5 stars in Customer feedback form. One Creta was returned with noise at back all the 2 appraisers told me to keep Pillóws on the Backseat Tray..i told them show this solution in Huyndai Manual..? Thereafter I checked myself and found back seat screws missing...Shameless People totally untrained Roadside garage better .Don't get carried away by free coffee and decor...These are decoys to fool you...My matter is still unattended. Not replying and purposely keeping quiet so the issue is forgotten..I am approaching Hyundai India with this complaint.

It's very scary experience, I am going through with Hyundai workshop Bhandup. For car no. 5726 jerking servicing, I visit here after an appointment then employees here first coordinate sweetly with you once they come to know customer can be manageable so employees starts misleading you with unnecessary services & without getting/taking confirmation or approval work starts & it goes on, "more than talking about correct solution, they thinking only MONEY" & employees/service providers like this branch takes advantage of your money more than this customer(our) faith. I suggest, even though It's your first car then also do not bring here, will loose trust. Really awful experience.

I have noted that after servicing they have used Wurth Paint Restoration polish with foam applicator pad(darkened due to dust) on whole car are rubbed with cloth. When I asked what's this? They said it's Wax polish. Come on for that you need to do professional work first like smoothing out clear coat. It will do more damage(light scratches) in the name of polishing if used paint restoration polish without prep...... Anyways I'm not blaming service. I'm more than happy and appreciate your work. But these minor mistakes can make disaster with paint jobs if used not professionally.

The service was good. But the staff is fraudsome. My bill had an amount of Rs.3,300 approx extra. On asking is to why was that amount added? They told me it was for cleaning & washing. I had never asked for it. And I had mentioned it clearly that I only wanted a part to be changed. Had I not checked the bill thoroughly, I could have been looted by them. Also, their rates are extravagantly blatant. I don't recommend going here. I felt cheated literally and I could only imagine the looting of clients that don't even check the bill for what they are paying. Please avoid going here..

Good service center. Advice is given as per the issue in car. But as always be a vigilant customer and try to research on the issues your car is having so that you do not end up doing and paying for extra unnecessary work. Some road construction going outside it so the entry road and entire alley leading to the service center has become narrow. Need to be careful here. Also the number of cars here have increased over time and has become a bit crowded but nowhere as crowded as Maruti service. Overall till now it has been a good experience dealing with Modi Hyundai Bhandup.

Shabby, they do not do anything , just wash the car and give it, My engine oil was leaking since months but they could not detect it while servicing. Moreover, my car had a puncture when i took my car out of the center. That means sabotage as i guess while wheel balancing , they should have detected the puncture, which means that they did not do any wheel balancing and charged for it. Each time the mileage worsened and the car was eventually in a shabby condition till i got it repaired by a reliable mechanic. Do not go to this service center...

Extremely disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff for the 2nd time ... last time I left it but again this time it’s beyond horrible ... had given for overall servicing of my car , but they bought it bck with the vipers not working, wich were fine before , sound from the a/c unit and wat not ... horrible horrible horrible ... after paying almost 20000 for opting for their service this is wat v get in return ... My God ... I think horrible is an understatement ... Hyundai ull better buck up !

Had given car for 3rd servicing on 11th Oct. The mentioned complaint was not closed as the part was unavailable. The staff Swapnil Chavan mentioned that he will call " Samne se phone karunga" . Till waiting for the call. Today called the staff Savina was suppose to come back. Still waiting for today's call. No idea about the part as well as the call. After posting this complaint, will receive call that the part is still not come. This is the difference with the brand the service provided by Modi Hyundai.

Never have been satisfied with their service. It's 4 years I own Hyundai vehicle and none of the time, servicing has been up to the mark. Somehow the person handling the work was better this time. Still vehicle got delivered with defects retained. This place has the service people begging for reviews above 9 Out of 10. If as a customer I want to give a score of 7, they don't want to accept that properly. Hence only motto of service station is to bluff for the point n do substandard work.

Had sent my car for a normal paint job, the vehicle interior was returned with dirt and stains on the seats. Later, noticed damages to the metal body and windshield panel. Extremely pathetic and casual approach to customer service. Even after seeing quite a few negative reviews still thought its case by case, I was really wrong. I wish I had never used their service. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! One can service their car at any Hyundai authorised dealer/workshop, but certainly not this one.

They service your Hyundai vehicles like no one else. The staff is very helpful and everyone is kind here and take care of your vehicle as if it is their own. This place can service atleast 150 cars at a time. It has a perfect repair shop. Paint booth is very professional here. Do take your Hyundai car over here and you'll like it as well. They even have a customer lounge here which is very cosy and you can have a look at what is being done to your vehicle from there itself.

Loot is the only word to explain this place 1) my name us not chavan. 2) your advisor keep forcing me to take wheel alignment service 3) your estimation was too high for a single service.. 4) you offered me a reduced price when i denied for service. Why cant you offer cheap price at first 5) your center didnt have glue to stick car door strip. 6) your staff didn't check tyre pressure.. Any many more disappointed from. Please avoid this place. Got my car serviced twice from here and every time they charged me for 8-10 things they have done in that round of servicing, but my car stopped running as usual so I changed the service center in my recent servicing round and they revealed, on the official system that modi Hyundai bhandup haven’t done more than half the things they said they will do or what they promised! I have seen the proofs and these people are absolute cheats

It's my first car and the first experience matters a lot. The service center offered me pick and drop facility , which allowed me to get my car serviced without the hassle। Further, my car got damaged in an accident and I chose to utilise my insurance.Chetan, a friendly employee offered all the services possible and made my insurance claim easy. I would also thank HDFC ergo for that. Overall, they deserve 6 stars for making my experience memorable.

Hyundai Bhandup is very keen in providing service to their customers. When I told them about an issue relating to the fog occurring on the windshield, they were quick to send Mr Pandurang and do a physical check. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was quite aware of it and fixed it in no time. In my experience up till now, I have found Hyundai Workshop Bhandup quick and helpful in its services. I gave Car for service. MH01 BB 2308. AC and window switch was to be repaired which got done after 3 days. I was charged a total of 18000 rupees. That is fine. On the very next day, it started giving irritating noise and I lodged complain. I was asked again to pay 29000 rupees to stop noise. When I gave for service, there was no such noise. I am still wondering whether I gave for service or for introducing faults? Can anyone help please?

Wonderful difference i have experienced within Last 6 months at bhandup service. First of all ambience has changed and now feel more comfortable sitting at customer lounge and enjoying my tea. Advisor approach towards client is thorough professional feels good. I would like especially thanks Mr. Guru and Sushas Patil for explaining each and every detail. I would like to rate them 10/10. I send my car for servicing and some clutche Issue ,they kept the car for two days ,that fine,but sent the car like ghadi pe dry cloth mar ke bhej diya ho,dirty from inside,dirty inside bounet where blower can be used for dusting the dust .I FELT LIKE ROAD SIDE PETROL PUMP SERVICE IS FAR FAR BETTER THAN THEIR SERVICE EVEN AFTER PAYING 2400/-,WHEREAS PETROL PUMP SERVICE CHARGE IS LIKE 650 only.IT WAS WORST EXPERIENCE

It is very huge facility for Hundai cars after sale service. It is always full of cars. They try to accommodate every customer requirement and needs. Seems to be equipped with all necessary instruments has very good strength of staff. But it is inside from road. Very difficult to come out of service centre of you try to come out during pick hours. It is possible only to locate with the help of Google apps.

Also when asked have given actual time of delivery with details of work carried out. My Experience with Hyundai Modi is great so far... This is my car's first service and I am really happy about the professional way they approach with the customers.

Had a really bad experience with the whole team there. Even for free services they add on additional cost and send you a bill of 4000 to 5000 rs later which you have no option but to pay later. Their repair work and spare installations is really bad as well and they don't entertain you even if you warrenty on parts repaired. If you have a option I would suggest you to look for other dealerships

This showroom of Hyundai is smaller than one might expect but in Mumbai we cannot complain about space. The sales staff are welcoming and friendly. I had been to the store for vetting a vehicle. Ended up not buying, but had almost finalised. Reason for not buying is nothing related to the Showroom or staff but the Brand.. Looking at Hyundai as an option?? This place is definitely a must go..

BAD SERVICE. Not support RSA in lockdown period. If i will pay then RSA support available. More than 2 hours i am waiting for RSA Support at Vikhroli Highway but Modi Hyundai say after 2 hours we are unable to support in lockdown period. Why are you wait for 2 hours for making decision. Without giving one star i can not post. So one star. Please consider my NIL star.

Till date i was very happy with hyundai services not now My car service was done at promised time but 3 hr wait for wash & they missed other small issues .

I had the worst experience of my life with a service center.. My car's parts have been changed and have been replaced by broken parts.. example: the silencer of my car has been tampered with... My humble opinion and advice to all Hyundai Car owners: PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ANY MODI HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER.. Get hold of a local mechanic if need be...

very Bad service experience.. everytime i get my car serviced from them they charge me extra money. And on top of that they will promise you a delivery time which they won't follow. Every time it's the same story, you have to wait 3 hours over the delivery time for your car to get serviced and reach you. Super angry at Modi Hyundai

Located inside the lane next to Gopala Restaurant, it's not a spacious place. Often the servicivable cars are parked chaotically and difficult to drive inside. They have good place to sit inside. Though they good in follow-up of service schedule, yet need improvement in service quality especially for map update in new cars.

Worst service provider for Hyundai. My old car was given for servicing with some specific problem areas. Next day car was washed and returned without fixing the problems. When contacted again car was taken for service and again returned without fixing the problems. Will not recommend for servicing and repairs.

Ruined the interiors of one month old car under the name of cleaning. My car was much better when I handed over. Tweaked my car's AC and now it doesn't cool at all. They kinda do it on purpose so we have to go for repair. Stay away if possible

I was facing the issue of water accumulation in the dicky of my car Hyundai xcent. Took it to the Modi Hyundai service centre Bhandup. The service was very good, the attendant Javed understood and tried to resolve the issue to the fullest.

High Labour charges , GST different for each spares, Executive give good support. All I won say Hyundai service will cut your pocket double or triple than local mechanic. If need quality work go for it with selective options only.

Based on my experience with other service centres, found them doing critical repairs satisfactorily. However some of the jobs are little pricey and need to be choosy on the repairs or service recommendations one wants.
