Mohan Packers and Movers are SCAMMERS of highest ranks. They ask you for an advance so you get stuck with their unprofessional service and cannot cancel. They came 4 hours late than promised. While shifting, our home titles and walls from a few places were damaged because they were not carefully moving the furnitures. They also broke one of our plants because the person didn't lift it properly. Their AC fitting guy took lessons from me and he had no clue how AC gets fit into the wall. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and had no expertise on AC fitting. They charged us 10000 for a small tempo within 10 KMs of packing and moving with very few things. The tempo driver shared with us the tempo charges are 700 INR only. And the two staff who packs and lifts things, get a fixed salary of 5000 monthly for working 30 days a month. That means, their cost is only 2K but they kept 8K as profit for them. This is fraud and scam. They are rude, they are expensive and they will damage your home and property please DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Horror of life dealing with the owner of this mover and Packers. So rude. Doesn't know to speak to women or any him a being. First of all before giving the quote he checked all that needed to be moved. I was moving within locality from a 2bhk to 2bhk. The owner promised full guarantee that he will eveything packed properly. Clothes in boxes and utensils in jute bags. Electronics in bubble wrap. It included installation and de installation of my a/c too.. All fake promises. They will not stick to anything they say. They spoiled my fridge. My ac wire which is supposed to be kept straight they bent and broke it. Didn't even come back for installation of it. I had to spend 3.5k extra for pipe again. All my cupboard are ruined. The doors don't close. Drawers won't stay in place. My tv screen has scratches. They pushed and pushed all my stuffs in one small tempo. When questioned on the owner started abusing n shouting at me and mom. Horrible horrible horrible experience. Please stay away.

We moved our place in july and while booking the slot we were told that the things would be packed properly. However, our sofa was not packed in the cling wrap as promised. They did pack one half of the sofa but the other half was left like this. Have attached an image below. Half of our stuff went missing and when we complained they told us that it is not their responsibility. Wasn't even the small stuff that was lost, things that were lost were big and not something one can miss. Firstly they don't do things the way they have promised. They don't even care to listen to you after they have lost your stuff. We have lost a few things. Not saying they took it but because they didn't pay attention they did misplace our items. Would never recommend their service to anyone. Book at your own risk.

I got their services on 6.3.21 from Mahim to Juhu and this was second time in last 3 years I availed their services. . They were better last time and now they have moved to best. Most professional and their staff are well behaved which normally does not happen during shifting specially while unloading, naturally they are tired, but this was not the case with Mohan Packers. Their CEO very cooperative and responsive. Safe packing and transportation. Prices are economical. I would say they one of the best packers and Movers in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

This is a totally unprofessional useless company. Hopelessly unorganised and irresponsible company. Third rate cheap material used for packaging and totally messed up chaotic mix up of all the material. Also broke my cupboard into pieces making a loss of 15000 RS. Shameless people were asking for a bakshis. They took 14 hours for creating the chaos for us and It took us 15 days to find out where the things are and our house was in total disarray. AVOID CALLING THEM.

Absolutely pathetic service with irresponsible people. Very low on promptness, packing practices, behaviour and hygiene. It was a nightmarish experience with these people. When there was inordinate delay in turning up by these guys on the day of shifting, I reached the sales guy who simply gave me the driver’s no. They turned up 3 hours late and bundled up things in most unprofessional way and dumped it at the destination.

Horrible experience with Mohan. Unprofessional and abusive behaviour of the labour. Twice 2 of the labour went off in the middle of the shifting and new people were called in. Came with Lessing packing material and half of the stuff was just taped leaving marks on furniture and kept matress just like that on floor. Kindly stay asay. Received a damaged trolley!! My trolley was picked and shipped after 5 days of pick up. It reached my location in 9 days and it's damage! I wonder if there can be a below 1 rating to this. They did not even clean the dust from the bag just packed, shipped and delivered it damaged. Moreover, you're calls are less likely to be answered. I would not recommend them.

In such a competitive space where so many movers and packers available the group did not come to provide quotation inspite of confirmed appointment 3 days in advance. No calls to confirm they will not be able to come. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. Will not recommend.

I had good experience of shifting, the same was hassel free the staff was good and co-operative and taken care of furniture and other valuables. When informed that particular box contains glass articles they have taken special care worth trying and are reasonable as well.
