Molly Moons is literally my favorite ice cream place ever! I swear I go here like every week or so, and I always get the same thing! My go-to is the melted chocolate with hot fudge on top (in a cup), because I'm not a cone type of guy. Anyways, the smell of freshly made waffle cones is so amazing, there is nothing better than that smell, especially on a hot summer day, or even a cold winter night. Honestly, the smell of fresh waffle cones is so heavenly that it's sort of become iconic for Molly Moons. I have tried other flavors but I still love my chocolate because it is super rich and chocolatey! Then, the warm fudge adds even more richness and luxuriousness and makes it an amazing combo! The menu doesn't have many flavors, but that's because they have all the classic and iconic, and really staple flavors, that are all delicious and perfect! They also have amazing seasonal flavors as well, and I'm always excited for the seasonal flavors to come around each year. That what I love about this place because it's classic, but done to perfection! You can also really tell it's homemade and I love the textures and flavors. It is truly ice cream at its finest. Really nothing can beat Molly Moons for me, and they are my favorite ice cream spot... end of sentence.

Excellent ice cream, but the menu is sneaky and deceptive in a way that is definitely not okay... A waffle cone costs $1.50, so we chose a paper cup, but apparently paper cups come with a small waffle bowl in them that is equivalent in price to a waffle cone (despite being very little waffle!). This is not reflected on the menu in a way that people would expect, so were surprised when we were charged almost $2 extra at the cash register, but it was too late to protest. Not a big deal once, but multiplied over 1000s of customers daily and it’s easy to see how this place pads its profits with this little scheme. At a minimum they should verify that you’re okay with the waffle bowl inside the paper cup since it costs extra but doesn’t say so on the menu. Not okay to deceive people - please change this practice!

Always great quality ice cream. Sure it’s spendy compared to buying a good pint at the grocery. But the flavors are great, they pay their employees a decent wage so you don’t get asked to tip, and the product is delicious. As one who has tasted Big Dipper in Missoula, MT, where Molly once worked, I think she’s done a remarkable job at elevating that product and concept. Seattle could use even more ice cream shops, but I am really glad we have this local chain.

I stopped by Molly Moons on a Friday night in June 2022 after hearing about how iconic their ice cream is in Seattle. And wow, it certainly lived up to its reputation! I ordered their famous cookie dough in a waffle cone cup. The cookie dough is super unique with a delicious cinnamon, snickerdoodle flavor; the cone cup was absolutely delicious too! Molly Moons has a number of super creative, seasonal flavors as well (and incredibly friendly service). I will definitely be returning for yummy, delightful ice cream!!

Samples are allowed, I tried the Yeti which is one of the more popular flavors and left with strawberry shortcake and honey lavender. This honey lavender was very good. The staff were also friendly, so that helped. I’m kind of glad they weren’t sold out of all of the flavors when I got here. If you’re interested in trying all the flavors, there is a flight.

Delicious flavours and fresh waffle cones. Friendly staff were nice to my kids despite clearly having a rush of customers. Had the salted caramel and cookie dough as a combination and absolutely overwhelmingly delicious. Works out pricey for a family of 4 when everyone has double scoops and waffle cones but a worthwhile treat!

Matcha Made in heaven! I love this gem of a place. They have amazing ice cream flavors and have great seasonal flavors. I had tried YETI flavor the last time and tried the Matcha Strawberry this time and loved it. It’s right amount of sweet and you can actually taste the flavors than just the sugar. Much recommended!

  • Kwak Family

Amazing, homemade ice cream! Had the Matcha Strawberry and the Crisp Raspberry! They are both in a must try category - sweet but not overwhelmingly with great balance among many flavors of the ingredients. It is a bit expensive but big scoops and tastes worthy of the price! We'll return!

This place definitely gets busy! We visited on a late Saturday night and there was a line, but it was worth the short wait. Love the flavors they offer. My only gripe is that while the whip cream is nice and fluffy, it doesn’t have much flavor. Everything else was perfect! More

Great ice cream buy there’s usually a long line here. The cookie and cream ice cream flavor is creamy but a bit too sweet for me. The cookie is actually more of a chocolate chips, which is crunchy but a bit too sweet. Still, a recommended chained ice cream store!

I recently visited Molly Moon's that exceeded my expectations. The variety of flavors, top-notch quality, and friendly service made it a truly delightful experience. The yeti ice cream is phenomenal. A must-visit for ice cream lovers craving a sweet treat.

The ice cream was good, but it wasn’t amazing. $12 for a double scoop and $12 for a pint. Most expensive ice cream I’ve ever seen to be honest.

My family has loved Molly Moon's since it opened in Fremont. The quality of the ice cream and the flavors are outstanding. That said, you do pay generously for it hence the four stars. I highly recommend MM - just don't be surprised by the price.

  • Morgan Chien-Hale

Great flavors and generous scoops. Samples are allowed but we definitely felt a little rushed by the worker up front when there was no one behind us. Yeti and matcha strawberry were great. Always solid ice cream choice if you’re in the area.

Amazing ice cream, I always make it a point to visit when I'm in U-village. There's almost always a line, but it's worth it and it moves fast, on nicer days they'll have someone go down the line with samples to help choose the right flavor.

  • Vicki

Omg best honey lavender I’ve ever had so far! I was not expecting this at all so it was such a surprise. The blend of the two flavors was so balanced and delicious, and the little petals gave it the + to the A. Cookie dough was really more

Just like any other Molly Moon, really enjoyed the ice cream here! Loved the waffle cone as well which I would recommend everyone to try. Got the cookie dough flavor today and it was amazing, the cinnamon in combination with the cookie and

Molly Moon's is a Seattle staple for ice cream. They're known for their interesting concoctions for flavors and freshly made waffle cones. I'm a cookie dough kinda guy, and they put cinnamon in there too, so its a go to for me. They have

Tried every single flavor to sample because there are so many good choices (and the server was patient with us). Both my sister and I went with the Yeti (sweet cream with granola and dark chocolate chunks) and the cookie dough (cinnamon

Great place to grab dessert if your not full after eating the small portions at Din Tai Fung. We couldn’t resist and didn’t get pictures until it was all done! We really like the mocha chip with marshmallow flu and thin mint crumble.

  • Jose Baldonado

Friendly staff and quick service. Excellent variety of flavors. The waffle cones are thicker than what you will find at other establishments. Besides the ice cream they have a good selection of shirts and sweatshirts.

Some really unique flavors at the favorite spot for people frequenting U Village. There's a line most times but it's fast moving. The Earl grey I've cream is delicious - light with a gentle hint of the tea.

  • daniela sereni

I tried quite a few of the flavors and they were all amazing, my favorites were the cookie dough and the melted chocolate. The ice cream is super creamy and the scoops are really generous.

  • siddanth rai

Hot chocolate was good. Felt they are slightly pricy.

Pros: Service - the lady who assisted me asked if I ordered here before and when I told her no, she informed me that the cookie dough ice cream had oatmeal cookies

  • Sara S

Very cute ice cream shop with both classic and unique flavors and toppings! I ordered the mocha chip with whipped ganache and pepita brittle. It was very good!

Salted caramel: Was extremely salty… had to throw most of the scoop away. It was beyond salty that it tasted bitter. Big No for me.

  • Andrew H

Long lines, expected really good ice cream but honestly it was too overwhelmingly sweet for us (blueberry jam and cookie dough).

  • 葉祐瑜

I ordered salted caramel flavor. The ice cream was nice, but I thought that the crispy cookies were even better for taste.

  • David Chen

The limited time blueberry pie flavor was the most delicious ice cream I've ever had. Highly recommend.
