Moody is a park with historic roots in our community. The park has had improvements in recent years. It has a community center, pool, baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, soccer field, and a playground. There are plenty of lights and parking.  In the evenings the park is buzzing with activity. Whether you are actively participating in a sport or simply being a spectator; this park has a lot to offer. When I was younger, I came to play basketball on the courts. Now as an adult, I come to the community center to vote. I also bring my children to participate in the free HPARD tennis program throughout the year. This park is also home to the Lindale Little League. My children also participate in their baseball and softball program during the Spring and Fall. Its an awesome and fun way to stay active and form friendships. Definitely come and check out this park once the sun has ended its fury

This park has a gym, swimming pool, and fields for baseball and soccer. There's a lot of shade and plenty of picnic tables as well as a small playground for the kids. A great, relaxing time here....

I go there often to sit and watch the squirrels jump from limb to limb
