Despite some disappointment with my 1st purchase 2 years ago (the package didn't ship and the owner said there was a "glitch" in the system), I decided to give it a 2nd chance this year. I had paid for express shipping but... 1) The package didn't ship. Again. A glitch in the system, according to the owner. 2) The promise to immediately ship it after my claim and to refund the shipping costs was not kept. 3) I only received my refund months later, after multiple attempts to contact her. And guess what? Apparently there was... a glitch in the system! No gift wrapping, no birthday note as requested and very poor after-sales service.
