He organised 2 locksmiths, Peter and Seth to come around the next day and the safe was fixed in no time. Really great service! In our safe, we had our passports and travel cash for a trip to South America and Antartica (booked in 2019 pre-Covid). Needless to say, we were a little stressed with only 12 days before our departure. Of the 3 locksmiths that I called, Mosman Locksmiths was not only outstanding but they easily sorted out our safe problem. The other 2 didn't follow me up. I can highly recommend the people at Mosman Locksmiths and will use them again if we have any problems.

Chris came out to quote a security system and was straight out there, quote was received on the same day. Chris was flexible to work around our hours of trade not to interfere with our foot traffic and did an amazing job with camera placement and also followed up to ensure we had the right software to view the cameras remotely and what to do if the system went offline. We have used Mosman Locksmith for other smaller jobs at our place of residence and the shop subsequent to the security system install and we were given the same service on the small jobs as we were with the big one. A+++ workmanship and service on all fronts, would highly recommend to anyone that needs anything from a key cut on the go to a full blown CCTV system!

I just had Daniel get me into my house. I just moved here and have not set myself up properly with spare keys! I walked out without them and slammed the door behind me, coming home with a bunch of frozen food on a warm night! Daniel is impressively fit and managed to haul himself with ease over a high gate and gain access through my back door quite quickly. What a dedicated young man – he had been rushed off his feet all afternoon and night and was racing to get to the next job where people had been waiting quite a while. I had had 2 other local locksmiths tell me they couldn’t duplicate my car key. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care in customer care at Mosman locksmiths at Brookvale. The staff were polite, respectful, diligent and took time finding a solution. They checked and double checked the keys worked. They did not charge me extra for all the extra effort. Incredibly reasonably priced and professional follow through. I will not be going anywhere else for any lock or key issues. I cannot recommend these locksmiths enough. If there were more stars I would have given more than 5.

I was put in touch with Daniel from Mosman Lockmiths by Kevin from Instant Mobile Locksmiths. Daniel is a young fastidious locksmith. I lost my keys on the day it really counts! No worries said Daniel. Come down any time. Unfortunately my 01/07 Toyota Corrolla is a changeover year. Codes could not be downloaded. Willingly he went the extra mile to sort the problem. Took in my motorcycle panier with broken hinge. They spent time looking at it and thoughtfully considering a solution. I left it with them and was fixed beautifully within a couple of hours. The service from Mosman Locksmiths was excellent. They came the day after my initial call fitting locks on 7 doors and 8 windows. They returned on a second day with a part that I did not have on day one to allow them to complete the job.
