Brilliant service from our salesman, Cobi Arnett. We initially enquired about a keenly priced, almost new, low mileage Renault Capture. Cobi confirmed the details of the vehicle over the phone then put the vehicle aside pending our visit that weekend for a test drive. Unfortunately we were unable to attend that appointment but Cobi told us not to fret about it and hoped he would see us on another occasion. The following weekend we travelled to Motorpoint without an appointment and we were surprised/impressed that Cobi not only recognised us from out phone conversation but also remembered every detail of our wishlist from memory. He gave us each a coffee and the key to the vehicle and invited us to take our time alone with the car then let him know if we had any questions or were ready for a test drive. The vehicle was just as described (as new) so we went back to Cobi who took us out for the test. On returning to the showroom we agreed we liked the car but not the colour. Cobi assured us the group had the same vehicle in any colour we wanted. We picked our favourite colour from a selection of similar vehicles from their online database, then Cobi arranged for the vehicle to be delivered from another branch within a few days. The next weekend we viewed the next vehicle and were about to buy it when we had our heads turned by an AMG line A160 Mercedes. We asked if we could test drive that car too. Cobi must have thought we were tyre-kicking timewasters (this car was more than twice the price of the Renault), but he happily took us for a test drive. Needless to say, we fell in love with the Merc. We tested a white A160 but my wife wanted a silver one so Cobi assured us he could source an identically specified car in our chosen colour. Sure enough, within minutes he had our dream car in our favourite colour, 6 months old at 1/3rd off list price. He again agreed to have it delivered to his branch within days from their Derby showroom. The next weekend we came to inspect the car which had just been beautifully valeted. It was in brand new showroom condition with 27 months left on the manufacturer's warranty. We had a test drive then went through the thorough handover procedure. The showroom handled the registration and tax for us there and then. Within 30 minutes we had driven away in our lovely new Mercedes. We later received a lovely email from Cobi wishing us all the best with our new car and offering to help in any way with any queries. This has been the most pleasurable car purchase we have ever had. A very personable salesman who never showed us any pressure. Cobi was very knowledgable and helpful. We never felt like we were too much trouble (even though we had given him plenty of reasons to think we might be time-wasters). We will definitely be using Motorpoint in future. Terrific service. All is great with sales and service UNTIL you have already bought the car. Then it all goes out the window. Was told I couldn’t get the car on pcp and had to go HP. Wasn’t given a reason m, later I find out it’s because the car has been remapped and has also had ILLEGAL parts fitted !! The car also has mismatching tyres on the back wheels which I’ve looked up and is really not recommended in some cases also illegal. The checks necessary clearly haven’t been done before I collected the car. So what else could be wrong The one thing I specified before coming to view the car was is it going to be machine polished as I don’t want it to have swirl marks. I was assured all cars which come in get prepared as they should do 100%. Of course when I arrived it still had swirl marks all over it and tonnes of other scratches. Had a little look through the back to the valet bay and you can clearly see why. The girl who went through all my information with me also laughed and said she would never get her car cleaned with them. So why should the customers.?? Told the salesman ALEX butcher and he gave me a really short response saying not his problem he’s passed the information across to customer service and I haven’t heard anything since. Every few days the listing price of the car would go up and I was told it was due to market fluctuation. What a hundred pounds every few days? Paid my reservation fee to hold the car and on the phone I was told I would receive it back when collecting. Only when collecting to be told it would be taken off the price of the car… which on paper it was but it made no difference to my monthly payments So clearly wasn’t. Overall would not recommend this dodgy garage. Don’t do their checks don’t do proper preparation and the staff are rude and don’t care once they’ve secured your money.

Fairly poor experience I won't be repeating: - Arrived for a pre-booked collection, no one really had a clue what was going on or where the vehicle was. Given the site is rather small it was a little interesting that it took around 30 mins for someone to "find" the vehicle - The process in general was very disjointed with multiple different salespeople involved, it was never clear who to speak with - Things got worse when the vehicle did appear, it was disgustingly dirty inside and very clear it did not appear to have been cleaned. To the extent that dried sweat and dirt was visible on the steering wheel. The car was then taken to be cleaned and came back in better condition, albeit all they had done was to focus on the areas highlighted instead of actually a proper job - The vehicle was missing an isofix cap on the back seat, we were assured this part would be ordered and delivered...lo and behold (and predictably looking back) we have had 0 communication regarding this since purchase (update - to my surprise this part has actually since materialised) - Ultimately ended up taking the vehicle, the buying process was simple, although the salesman involved at this point seems disinterested, but he was efficient at least - Things got a little funnier on arrival at my property, where to my surprise both the front and rear numbers plates fell off the vehicle on my driveway. It then became clear that they were stuck on using some cheap double sided pads Would I return? Never Update: Unfortunately the farce continues. Nearly 2 months have gone and I am still yet to receive a log book, contact Motorpoint customer services, receive an automated email saying a reply will come in 24-48hrs...it comes as no surprise that we are now over 7 days in and still have...no reply

WORST experience ever with Motorpoint. If I could give them 0 stars I would. After dealing with the online team (nearly 2 weeks ago now), they made it sound like a straightforward deal in purchasing a car. They phoned me during the week to say that my car was ready and the finance had been accepted. I then went on the weekend to pick up the car, however, I had a 5 hour wait only to be told there has been an error made on the finance paperwork and I couldn't take the car. I then phoned the following day and I was told the paperwork was sorted and I could collect the car. So I went back to Motorpoint that day only to be told once again that the error had not been resolved and I couldn't take the car again. I then phoned the following day again and spoke to 3 different people (including the manager) from the online team who assured me the problem had been resolved by the finance company and I was able to pick up the car on Thursday. So today I went back to Motorpoint, waited another 3 hours(!!) to be told once again that they couldn't fix the problem on the finance form and I couldn't take the car. There's poor communication between the people who work in the online offices and the people on site. To date I have not received any compensation for my time, petrol or temporary insurance I had to take out on my own car as they told me to transfer my insurance to the new car. All in all a terrible and highly stressful experience. It has taken away the excitement of purchasing a car.

I bought an Abarth Essesse in May of 2022 and was initially happy with the purchase. This summer of 2023 marks and discolouration started to appear on the wheels. Turns out Motorpoint had been doing the "used car salesman trick" on the wheels where they shave down the wheels where there is any slight curb damage. They then spray the wheels with whatever paint they have to make the wheels look "like new". The trouble witht this practice is that it completely damages the intregraty of the wheels and they WILL eventually fail. I initially thougtht it was damage caused by using AutoGlyms products so I contacted them and they sent out there expert to inspect the wheels. It took him seconds to identify what had occured and I got a full report from them. The pictures below are from them. Motorpoint admitted to the work having been done but the trouble with these kinds of dirty tricks is that they often last past their one year warrenty. I asked if they would accept this as underhanded practices and make amends but they refused. The wheel that they did not do their "work" on is completely unaffected so I know it is not an issue with Fiats wheels. Not sure how to respond to a response to the review except edit this one, The license plate number is HS 21 NHN and the order number is 1502894

I would highly recommend Motorpoint Chingford to anyone looking for a low mileage, great value used car. Their friendly, laid back and non-pushy approach was evident from our first visit there, giving us the keys to various vehicles to look at them and make up our minds in our own time. This was partly the reason we chose to buy our car with Motorpoint rather than elsewhere. The other (huge) part of the reason that we purchased our car with Motorpoint Chingford was Raj. He is an absolute star! Again, not pushy in any way at all, providing us with information and advice when we wanted it and allowing us the time and space to make up our own mind. All members of Motorpoint staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. A great example of this was with a small chip in the windscreen of our new car which we didn't notice until we arrived home. Raj investigated this with their team of mechanics and their honesty in admitting that this had been noticed during their inspection but that the repair had not been carried out, and their immediate action to rectify this, was very much appreciated. Thanks again Raj, and all at Motorpoint Chingford.

The process of buying the car is quite simple - but their ethical standards are compromised. I went to purchase a car at Motorpoint and they didn't disclose that the car had been smoked in. I had a cold and my sense of smell wasn't great, but on inspecting the inside, I could smell what I thought was a distinct smell of smoke - I enquired with the salesperson and he said "no, that's the smell of the valet - all our cars smell the same." Needless to say, when I got the car home, my wife and kids could smell the smoke and my kids even refuse to sit in the car. Quite disappointing that the salesperson would be that unethical to sell the car. Also, they charge £99 to valet and prep the car - worst valet job ever. There were crumbs all over the seats and mats. Once I brought the car home I called in a valet service and they confirmed that the car hadn't even been properly hoovered, let alone valeted. I've made these complaints to the dealership and no one even has the decency to call back - a customer service representative is emailing me, as opposed to a manager calling me.

All good, eventually, i hope!! First collection appointment cancelled as car hadn't arrived from Birtley store. We paid £99 to have car brought to Chingford, which was refunded. When on route to collect car, was told the cover that goes over the charging socket was missing. After my mood was deflated, i eventually decided to go ahead. I saw the car and asked to test drive it, only to be advised thst there was no charge in the hybrid battery. Now i was gutted. I then agreed to return later after it was charged which i understand was at a local supermarket. There is no EV charger on site!! Finally returned at 5pm and tested the car. All good, and as a gesture gave a full tank of fuel. All good so far but still waiting for the cover after 10 days. I guess we will see..... Was served wonderfully by Taylor. Very polite and professional, a good ambassador for your company. He and the manager got the deal over the line finally.

Asked to check out a car from that branch on their website and the guy who served me went to check if they had it in stock, which they didn't (fair enough - there was no picture for it). I asked about another car and he insisted he couldn't check if that one was in stock without taking my details. I call bull. By all means if I'd got as far as taking it for a test drive, but it's the first dealer I've found where I've not even been able to sit in a car before being asked about my details. They say they value customer experience, but the other dealers I've been to actually provide customer service rather than just telling you that they do. Not a place to buy a car if you want to give even the slightest thought to what you're doing - they seem to specialise in quick sales to people who haven't put in any research and don't intend to, and when you're talking about car money, that's not ideal!

Sold me a bmw i3 a few months ago. I thought everything was fine, until I noticed a chip in the windscreen, annoying, but I ignored it because everything else was fine. Now, I’m trying to sell the car and bmw have told me there’s no service history for the car. The motorpoint salesman had advised me that you don’t need to service these cars for 4 years because it’s electric, which is a lie. Unfortunately I didn’t know much about evs so I believed him. When actually purchasing the car, had an issue with the payment going through because there system was playing up, and I had to wait 2 hours for the head office to call and confirm the payment went through before I could take the car. Overall, extremely helpful before you buy, as soon as you sign the contract they don’t care. The service history lie annoyed me the most. Won’t be using this company again!

I initially had a positive experience with the Sheffield team when inquiring about the car. However, things took a downturn when I dealt with the Chingford branch. During a test drive, we found issues with the car, including a malfunctioning back window and unmentioned scratches. We raised concerns with Rayhan, who promised to resolve them but left us waiting for hours. Sehran, the manager, also failed to provide timely updates as promised. On the second visit, the poor customer service continued, with staff prioritizing others over us. A junior staff member, Joe, eventually helped resolve the issues swiftly. While Motorpoint offers competitive prices, the Chingford branch's abysmal customer service left a bitter taste. I doubt I'll make another purchase from them, as they failed to meet the service standards I expected, given the price of the car.

When I arrived I waited over an hour to be seen , I then received a phone call asking if I was picking my car up and they were shocked that I was in reception - as no one had told them. The car supposedly had a £329 coat of Williams Paint protect on but was obviously a very rushed job as the Sales assistant had to polish the car before I could see if there were any marks on it, I had also requested the badges to be removed, which they confirmed via email they would, and no surprise - they weren't and the workshop was now shut so couldn't be done. After washing my car this week as it had been attacked by bird dropping, the paintwork has been marked - I now have to drive a 56 round mile trip, take half a day off work to return it to Chingford for them to look at it - which is a 3 hour job. The car is great, the service leaves a lot to be desired.

The first gentlemen to greet us had a welcoming smile and was very helpful to our needs. We was handed over to a sales rep called Nick who was the complete opposite to his colleague. No smiles, his interest was only to close the deal and when we told him that we hadn't test drove the car we wanted he displayed a discouraging attitude to us doing it. He was annoyed that his colleagues had not informed him about us not having test drove the vehicle. He spoke to us in a rood way that we had not updated him with certain bits of information before arriving. These are comments that we do not need to hear as customers. This person should be retrained in customer care and communication. I give credit to Motorpoint management who immediately apologised on his behalf and offered a good will incentive. Purchased a car for my daughter All seemed OK until after 6 months water was leaking into the boot and mould on back seats drivers door making knocking noise when opening and closing Having purchased an extended warranty We contacted the warranty company and booking the car in for leak detection 2 weeks later the warranty didn't cover any leak issues and door issue not fixed either Contacting motorpoint at Chingford was so time consuming and most times not getting put through Motorpoint didn't want to help sort this out saying my daughter had the car for 6 months and hadn't reported any issues with leaks We had to pay for a temporary repair £555.00 as my daughter was without a car for 2 weeks and she needed her car back for work After sales was poor and kept saying nothing could be done to assist with any repairs

I purchased my car today from Motorpoint Chingford and can honestly say, after looking at different companies, Motorpoint was by far the most straightforward, stress free, reasonably priced and most enjoyable experience. I have purchased from Motorpoint before, as have many people I know. I will continue to recommend to friends and family. I spoke to 2 members of staff, Gokrem and Erkan who were very helpful, and on the day of purchase I was greeted by Marvin who dealt with me and completed my purchase. Very lovely customer service from the get go. An amazing asset to the staff at Chingord Motorpoint. No dilly dallying, straight to the point. Wasn't pushy at all, very honest and went above and beyond for me even though he seemed rushed off his feet. So a massive thank you to Marvin!

Very poor experience at Motorpoint Chingford! I wasn't allowed to test drive the vehicle which I have reserved. Reason provided by the salesperson is that I haven't had my licence for more than 1 year and they couldn't put me on the insurance. But I've uploaded my driving licence information (a photo of the licence + DVLA check code) through their website prior to my visit but I WAS NOT NOTIFIED of the driving licence requirement for test drive. Such information was also NOT stated on their website. My request for a member of staff to drive the vehicle (with me sitting in the passenger seat) was rejected because of COVID reasons. The salesperson was extremely unenthusiastic and repeatedly mentioned that there was nothing they can do about such situation.

I am placing a review on here just because my current experience has been somewhat different from the ones I've read. I have been a customer of Motorpoint for about 10 years and have bought at least 5 cars without a complaint. I bought my latest car about 3 months ago. Since that purchase I have discovered I was misled as to the service history and previous owners. I have raised this with the company and they are being very reluctant to resolve this to my satisfaction. Had I been told the correct information about the car's history I wouldn't have bought it. As I have tried to get a resolution without a satisfactory conclusion I felt I have no alternative but to post this review. I look forward to a positive response from Motorpoint.

Due to my mum getting a new car, I went on the hunt to see where offered the best price - Motorpoint offered this, the car was in excellent condition so we selected that, it was 5k more than webuyanycar, and over 3k more than other dealerships! As always we were very pessimistic on what would be offered after inspection, but we had our appointment at 11:00am we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception, missed her name. She took all the documents and took the car out for a quick drive. She came back and by 11:30 all paperwork had been complete, they offered exactly what was offered online. It was a seamless experience and the lady was an asset to Motorpoint - As a bonus by 11:40 the money was in our account!

My sister bought a nearly new Fiat 500X from Motorpoint Chingford and has asked me to reflect her experience in a review. She was dealt with by Ben the Sales Executive who was excellent and very patient and professional. Rob Jones the Sales Manager was involved with the transaction and made her feel very welcome and reassured. The transaction was agreed in principle and pending approval from the finance company she returned the next day to collect her car. The collection was stress free and went without hitch and she was made to feel special. I am very happy that she was looked after in this way. Recently bought my car from motor point Chingford and the whole experience was top class right from the the initial phone call right through to the service provided at the shop. Our sales rep Osman Ali provided us with excellent care and gave us 100 per cent attention from the start of the purchase right through the end. He provided us with all the assistance we required and managed all paperwork to ensure we were completing all necessary forms to ensure a smooth sale. I would definitely recommend Motor point if you want to receive excellence and ease of buying a car and with top quality sales reps. Never again! Buyer beware The sales team were really good and attentive but the vehicle had ISSUES. They took responsibility for nothing and on a wild goose chase I went for months on end. Be warned and be careful because they are not signed up to the Motor Ombudsman. I ended up at the main dealer with a quotation for nearly £2k and that's not including the car being with them for almost 3wks and them throwing in extras because they could see the lack of service. Not sure what their 100 point inspection entails but it's nothing to do with the mechanics of the vehicle. If you're not looking for a banger to be written off in 6mths then steer clear of this place.

Overal I can't fault the individuals whom we spoke to, from start to finish they were very attentive, all was well explained and car recieved in excellent condition. The only reason for 4 stars over 5 is that we had an appointment at half 5 on a Friday, we turned up on time had a look around the car and then had to wait 30 minutes for someone to speak to us to progress the purchase. Worth noting that the prices are generally very competitive, motorpoint do not discount at point of sale or entertain haggling. They have a price match policy... find the same vehicle with compatible features and state at a lower price and they apparently match it.

Thank you to Coby from Motor point Chingford not only did he help us find the perfect car for our needs, he supported us through completing all the insurance, tax and everything needed so we could buy our first car. He was amazing and so natural, we didnt feel rushed or pressured and spent several hours with him taking us through all the options and he stuck to our budget.We had gone with an idea of car and he actually found us a better, big car for our money. I came in to sell my car following an online valuation, however, the price was reduced another £1,000! The main issue i had was it declared online in the valuation that it has a partial service history so the price reflected that, however, the manager reduced the valuation even more because he said it needs a service! He also said two front tyres would need replacing but failed to show me why/how/where. I felt as though number was plucked out of thin air because they knew i was desperate to sell the car. Poor customer service from the manager who is also very arrogant. I will be taking this complaint further.

Great sales service from Cemal! BUT a huge delay in processing with the paperwork department which was extremely annoying as we returned 3 times and spent 6 hours waiting for paperwork to get done (could have all been done online for us to pickup when everything is ready to go!). I initially removed one star for this but now we have had issues with out key fob acting up and Motorpoint aftercare sent AA to fix this but the issue arose again and they sent me to Audi and covered the costs. Overall a very good service which I have never received at any other car sales company. We would 100% recommend and return!

From the phone call with the sales person (Alex W) to the handover at the showroom in Chingford (Ibrahim), expérience was 10 on 10. Car was in immaculate condition and both the guys mentioned were very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5* if I didn't have problems with the Mercedes me app, which is still in the previous owners name and have to wait until Monday for them to sort it. We rang Mercedes dire however they said it's the dealers responsibility so make sure these things are checked before you leave. All other aspects was perfect. Great value for money for sure

We visited the Chingford branch today to purchase a new family car. We had made an appointment for opening, with team member, Osman. Upon arrival our selected car was all ready and waiting for us. The whole atmosphere of the branch is very professional and friendly. We never felt any pressure and all our questions were happily answered. Osman went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and arranging for our car to be taken away the very same day. Extremely happy with the service overall. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing any future cars from here!

Made an appointment online was super easy to do. Staff were friendly however, the car I was looking at had a sticky noise coming from the peddle. They checked it over and stated it just needed a simple part change but as the car was in warranty to get it done through Vauxhall- which I thought was fine. However, after booking my car into the garage my 20 plate car with only 7000 miles on needed a brand new clutch and wall fitted due to parts moving and rubbing on each other which shouldn’t have been. £1200 later the car is now in working order. Very disappointed

Great customer service from start to finish. On arrival we were greeted Nikhal, he explained the process and left us to browse at our leisure. Nothing was too much trouble and a test drive was arranged in minutes. We decided on a car and the process took just under an hour, this included a full inspection and valet of the vehicle which was then taken for fuel to be added and we drove home there and then. All the staff were very friendly and were all following government guidelines on social distancing etc. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars from me.

What can I say. I sold my car to motorpoint in chingford last week and it has to be one of the easiest, quickest stress-free things I've ever done. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I sold my Mercedes Cla 250e to them. The staff are really nice and make you feel comfortable. They make the whole process seem effortless! Very welcoming and professional! They also offered me the best price on the market and the money was transferred to my account within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this company especially the chingford branch. 10/10

We purchased our Dream Range Rover Evoque today and can’t explain how amazing the experience was with the Representative at Motor point Chingford - called Andy. We came to the office to exchange our previous car and we running late due to traffic on the motor way; with that Andy still manage to ensure that we were able to take our car home!! We’re extremely excited to be driving away with our car and having it just in time for Christmas!! So, customer service amazing and pricing was very reasonable - with great condition of the car!!

Wonderful experience this afternoon, I went for a test drive, I received a phone call prior the appointment and met Nik, whom delivered excellent customer service. Even though i didn't buy the car, but the experience was very good, no pressure at all, unaccompanied test drive. Reasonable warranty offer and good fixed finance rate, the cars might seem a bit overpriced, but they all have low mileage and not more than 4 years old. If i find something within my budget, i do not think i will go elsewhere.

Had a trip to Motorpoint today as car was due its first service. After a horrible drive courtesy of the M25 I was greeted by the staff, keys handed over and asked to wait by the cafe area. All good as tea/coffee/water is provided free of charge. Andy was amazing, very attentive, great customer service skills, I would like to think his boss reads these reviews as I truly think he is a credit to the team. I went to pick up my car I had reserved and paid a deposit for yesterday (Sunday), only waited a few moments before I was seen to by the friendly and helpful Marios who, gave us the assistance we needed, and his customer service was great, cannot be faulted. Got to share a few laughs with him, never for one second while I was there did I think I'd have any issues or problems and I left thinking I'd make sure, that these guys would be most definitely recommended. NO TEST DRIVE & Waste of time If you would like to test drive the car that you’re thinking of buying. Do NOT come here and waste your time. I rang ahead and was told that the car would be ready for me to test drive. Once arrived. I wasted 1hr 30mins sitting about (and being ignored) being told lie after lie to finally end up being told that they can’t insure EU licenses. Other places here in London have had no issues with my EU license. Stay away if you value your time and respect.

This is my 2nd time purchasing a car with Motorpoint and the experience has been appalling. Delivery dates for my car have not been confirmed with me and i received confirmation dates via email which were just false hope! No one seemed to know where the car is and what had happened with the delivery of the vehicle. Only when i had called up was i given an update that the car cannot be delivered for the second time!! Super annoyed, not sure if i’d buy a car with motorpoint again.

Recently purchased a vehicle within a month battery in both vehile keys seem to be dying and no help from motorpoint. Spoke to a lady on Tuesday said she would send out batteries to me today is Friday and nothing! Calling calling calling and cannot get through to anyone. Worst customer service ever!!! Lady lied to me as nothing was put on my file and no batteries were sent out me. Absolute worst customer service ever!! would definitely NOT recommend.

Quality of service has drastically changed for the worst since my last car purchase here. Representatives don’t seem to care much about customers needs and timeline - keep getting passed from person to person and no one seems to know anything. Not willing to do minor repairs either based on the “we price the vehicles accordingly” standard phrases. So don’t expect your £30k to mean much in terms of quality or reflect in the cars maintenance history.

Motorpoint Chingford is the ONLY place where I felt like I was treated like an equal and this was very important to me. They listened to me and helped me find the perfect car. The service was great. Giving one star as it's not possible to give none. Went in ready to buy a car I'd seen online and which looked great, but sadly I wasn't important enough even to be spoken to by the person who I had an appointment to see. Bizarre. He called me at 10.15 to confirm our 11.00 appointment, and then ignored me for 30 minutes after arriving. Helped me decide at least that there's no way that I could trust these people enough to buy a car from them.

I made an appointment online, very easy and efficient. Osman sales advisor called me on the day to confirm. Osman is a first class sales advisor. Very knowledgeable and professional. He really cares and goes out of his way to find the car you want, with all the requirements (even though this is not always possible). There is no pressure to buy a car either and they have a few other locations you can check. Overall experience was 5 star!

Just awful. Sold me an electric car that wouldn't charge. Dragged their feet over the rejection/refund, took weeks for them to repay the finance company. I spent hours on hold with customer services getting nowhere, and they still haven't responded to my complaint after a fortnight. If you're thinking of buying a car here, try getting through to customer services before you try calling sales.

Just picked up new car today, couldn't fault the customer experience. We were met by Marlon, lovely manner and managed everything very professionally. We should also mention Chantelle who looked after us when we first visited the dealership few days ago. Part exchanged a car for new one but couldn't find log book so held a deposit of £250 repayable when I found log book. Gave them log book 10 days ago still waiting for my refund sent emails,no one answers phone now have to go there yet again to get my money they are holding which will probably take another so called 3-5 days.
