Move On did a tremendous job for us yesterday. Darius was a fabulous crew chief—he was on time, organized, thorough, and a great leader. His crew (Jamal, Jacob, Paul, and Colando) were friendly, polite, and had great attitudes all day long. They exhibited wonderful teamwork and hustled from the minute they arrived up until the time they left. It was extremely hot and we had a LOT of heavy things to move, but they did not complain. Everything arrived intact and the men took extreme precautions to protect both our belongings and our home. We would use MoveOn moving company again and we would definitely request this particular crew for any future moves. This was one of the best moving experiences we have ever had! PS- There were no hidden costs or surprises with this move. Move On did everything they said they would and they were completely transparent in what they charged us.

Move On has made our whole moving experience seamless! Communication has been spot on since the beginning, including someone reaching out a couple days before to confirm all of our details. #TeamTouchdown showed up at our house right on time and get straight to work. Everyone was kind, professional, and extremely hardworking! They loaded up our house and storage unit and packed everything into our new house in eight hours, which is an hour less than the estimate. They were laughing the whole time and you could tell that they truly enjoy working together and don’t mind doing it in 89° TN heat. We don’t plan on moving again for a while, but we will definitely be telling our friends to go with Move On when they need movers. Huge thanks to Touchdown in his team!

Touchdown and Tim were a great crew. Friendly, polite, efficient. They safely moved our furniture for our cross town move. They were short staffed that day so they gave us a heads up that they were running late, and our price was adjusted to reflect the smaller than expected crew, so even though the job took longer, the price was still what we were expecting. They wrapped and unwrapped all our furniture and there were no issues, for which I was very grateful because we have some very nice pieces of furniture. There was some very very minor scrapes on my desk (easily fixed with a furniture marker) but it was an inexpensive desk that isn't made of fancy solid wood so it was no big deal. We will definitely use them again and will recommend to our friends.

Hired Move On after hours of online research. After waiting 10 months on my new home to be finished, I didn't want to take any chances with the final move. Let me tell you... this company DID NOT disappoint! Great communication, attitude, and work ethic! I met "Touchdown" and his crew at 9:30 sharp to do the walk through. That team spent the next 8 hours moving furniture in 100+ degree temperatures and never once complained... makes you rethink your attitude at your own job. We were looking at several moving companies to assist us with our move. We received a flyer from Move On and decided to give them a call. They gave us the best deal and we’re very flexible when it came to scheduling. On move day, we had Ricky and Nate show up promptly during the arrival window. They have been the best moving crew I have worked with thus far! They took care moving/wrapping my items and I would love to work with them both again. Seth was very professional when I called to schedule the move and patiently answered all my questions. What a great experience we had with Aidan and Cortney. They came, introduced themselves and were very professional throughout the move. They handled every pieces of furniture with care and had a sense of urgency around getting the job finished. This is the 2nd time I've used Move On, this time for a cross country move. From beginning to end, it was a very positive experience! Terrific experience from start to finish. Seth and Morgan were friendly knowledgeable and quick to respond when needed. And most importantly, the entire crew was amazing. We scheduled a 3-day project that included packing the entire home and moving. Keeton was the team lead each day, and every single member of the team was professional, polite and friendly, and they worked non-stop until the job was done. I've used Move On four times moving around the Middle Tennessee area and have always had a great experience. As a Realtor and a Move On client I wouldn’t use anyone else or refer my clients to any other moving company. The Move On movers were amazing from beginning to end. The call was taken with care as were all the details of packing and moving our belongings. We had a great move this past week. Not only were the guys faster than they had predicted (both with packing and moving out), but they were the nicest crew. Ricky, Eric & Justin packed all of our belongings in less than a day, and then Ricky returned with Nate, Odell, Tristan, Red, Eddie, and Joe to move us out. We can only hope to get the same crew back when we move back in next year!

I cannot say enough good things about the team I worked with at Move On. The movers were polite, on time and took care of my belongings as if they were their own. They went above and beyond and got the work done in less than the estimated time. Moving is so stressful and they showed up trying to make the day a little less so. Move On has moved me twice and both moves went smoothly without a single problem. The movers were quick and careful. All of my furniture arrived in good condition and they were willing to rearrange items more than once, so that I could see how the living room looked with different arrangements. So great, again! Ceilo and team moved us from our huge home to our new condo. Then, when we were settled, David and Triston got all our treasured art out of storage and delivered it. This company did not repair the damage that was caused during my move by their moveres. They promised to compensate me for a large broken frame and 3 months have passed with no compensation or response from the company. I would definitely not recommend using them due to if you have any damage in the move, they will not make it right.
