Found this company on Google and seen the reviews so I decided to use them for my move. I did my initial estimate was quoted for only two movers. The day of the move three movers show up. Not on my request nor was I informed. During my move I signed my initials on their iPad With the gentleman confirming the price, moving agreements etc. The following day I was charged an additional $200 because an extra mover decided to show up. Now after all my Original paperwork Was signed, They now are stating, I have to pay for that additional mover. Which is not what I asked for nor quoted from the beginning. Now, as I look at my estimate, it’s completely changed price wise and also my initials have been signed! This was a complete scam for them to get an additional $200. I verbally stated I do not authorize this charge authorize that charge, but they still charge me anyways. Refusing to let me speak with a manager, pick up my call, or return my messages. I am extremely taken advantage Of by this company, truly scammed. ** UPDATE! 01/08 still have not spoke with a manager, after several requests and calls or anyone who has authority. Say the sup will call back b/c they are in a meeting but don’t. Days later Customer service person called on behalf of a sup and apologized, admitted wrongdoing but still nothing! They said they would speak to billing department but still NOTHING.

Another great move from Moving Proz! I have usued them 3 times now and they always do an amazing job! Today I had Jeremiah, Richie and Bradley and they were my favorite crew yet. These young men went above and beyond with some difficult and heavy pieces of funiture. They wrapped everything beautifully and even wrapped my walls, doors and banister to further ensure no damage occured to the furniture or my home. Moreover, they worked so quickly and efficiently that they finished over an hour early. Plus they were just a delighful group of guys! Highly reccommended company and crew!

Moving Proz were very nice and efficient. They moved a treadmill downstairs in about 15 minutes for me. I was quoted and paid for more than I received. I was told the would protect the equipment, walls and carpet when moving none of which happened. They just carried it down the stairs. They didn’t touch any wall so it turned out fine but I paid for the added protection. All said they did a good job and I would recommend them if you don’t mind paying.

We just moved from Kansas City to Orlando, and I’m so glad we hired Moving Proz! Shout out to Jeremiah and Richie for all of their help! They’re professional, fast and know what they’re doing. Our stuff arrived in two days without any damage, and they took care to unload everything in the right place in our new house.

Mike, Tony, and Shiv were a fantastic team that was so fast and friendly throughout the whole move process. The company was also much cheaper than the other companies that we got quotes from. All of our furniture made it to our new home in great shape, too. We will definitely call them again if we were to move!
