Do not buy from here. I went in to purchase a bedroom set. I was the only customer in the store I asked the guy about one of the bedroom set that they had on the far right and he kept talking about another one that he said I could afford and that he assumed was in my price range without me even given him a price range. Making it clear that he though I could afford a less than $3,000 bedroom set when I make 3.4 times that a month. He also walk away when I was asking him about a bed that didn't had a price on it and he didn't wanted to answer my question. He kept going on about how the product that he was showing me was better than what I wanted even after I told him that I don't want what he wanted me to buy because I've had that set before and it don't last, He kept pushing for it. And he also kept talking down to me like I couldnt understand what he was saying or like I was some uneducated person. So I decided to leave, and all I said was I'm just going to keep looking and he walk away and said whatever. The funny thing is i had my friend on the phone and she recored everything that was being said and both sides. I wend to another place downtown and got a very nice set for $4700 and they delivered and set it up 2 days later. The guy will make anyone walk out and never come back. I understand now why everyone I know that has purchased or went in to make a purchase from them never went back. Bad customer service. Google should let people uploaded voice record.

the staff at the store was friendly and helpful but after purchasing a set of bunk beds for my children and 2 mattress to go with it I was told I had to wait a week for the items to be delivered, I said "ok things are hectic with the whole covid 19 situation" then on the day of delivery I get a call that my items are not ready that needed 15 days more (needless to say I am now not happy at all, but what choice do I have?). delivery day came I was told roughly by 3pm called the store, they apologized and said by 5pm for sure they will be there, called the store again really livid at 6:15pm and they say it may take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours..... well I got a call back at 7pm saying they should be here within 15 minutes (it took them 30) when they finally showed they never bothered to acknowledge me (I was sitting on my front porch) they just unloaded 3 boxes and 2 mattresses, left them right in the middle of the driveway and took off, I had to go and pay my neighbor's kids to enter the stuff into my kids' room...... in conclusion: they are great at selling and getting your money, but once the deal is close they send a couple of CLOWNS to deliver the items, I will not go back there for my bedroom set

This will be part one of a two part review; I stopped in this furniture store that I've passed thousands of times but never went in before. After walking around for about a minute the staff member (Jay - that was the name on the business card he gave me) came to help me - I explained that I was thinking of a simple, low profile sectional and in one second he stated that he had the perfect sectional for me. He was absolutely correct. The sectional he showed me was perfect and very well priced. I decided to question him about a double platform bed as well. Again he showed me the perfect bed inclusive of the mattress - very well priced. He dropped the price by $40.00. The delivery fee was incredible compared to other furniture stores. In a 15 minute time frame I purchased both the sectional and bed set. Jay was incredibly friendly and professional, he measured the sectional on the spot so I'd be sure that the sizing was appropriate. Once my furniture is delivered and set up I'll provide a second review on that part of my buying experience. Well Done Mr.Furniture&Mattress - I will definitely be going to your store first for future furniture purchases

"Gali gali main shor hai robin k**tta chor hai" I purchased a bed set with mattress from Mr Furniture & Matters From Robin. I spent 1700$ but you could see in the picture how they manufactured there are gap between all 3pcs sets. First of all delivery guy made a damaged on my door and fence but luckily I saw that and I saved the fence then I call to Robin he said that I will call you back then I leaved a voice message and again I called on the store number and he started yelling on me without any reason. Then I showed little temper then he started using aggressive language that showing his dictatorship power that I owned this place. He said that you have request and beg from us then we will think about you change your bed set otherwise whatever you can do anything. Furthermore I am not sure if he's own the store if he do then shame of the guy like this. If not then shame on the owner. Brother it's canada go by the law don't show your aggressive attitude with the customer's because lawfully its your choice. Thank God I didn't buy any sectionals and sofa sets from these people's. So rude, unprofessional and shameless people's in the town.

I always have GREAT interaction with Cam,I have made a few purchases there. I have been in when Cam is not there. Their customer service is poor. I went there in the summer and the person there did not acknowledge me when I entered the store.When I approached him for help we chatted but still the person was not very customer friendly. I left to think it over and when I went back I was so happy to see Cam! He acknowledges you when you enter the store, answers questions and he is friendly! .I did make my purchases. I again went there, enter the store the man there did not acknowledge me when I entered. Then when he did he stayed seated and speaking to me behind the desk. I was on the other side of the store (I left). I have 2 large orders to make but I am rethinking because I am very disappointed with their customer service. I would have loved being acknowledged. I am not a an expert with furniture so acknowledge ppl when they come in...come from behind the desk...approach the customer...help them with their questions. bought from this place two years ago during christmas time, first bought the sectional couch and it didn't come with the orientation that i wanted, sales person told us it can be set up either direction, when delivery came, the boy refused to set them up for me, they are apparently under paid and i had to call the store because i was promised the delivery includes installation. the boss talked to the delievery boys and they still won't do it....thte phone call went on for almost an hour to the point i got so sick and tired and decided to just pay them and let them go.after setting up the sectional myself noticed it's the wrong direction, called the store, they agree to exchange for a different set, delievery boy came back again and this time broke a piece of glass on my living room's french door when they were squeezing in the new sofa, they should've took their time and remove the door before entering...the new sofa spring sacked after only couple weeks, it's not the same quality as we seem in store. be aware of this place, terrible service, and i will never go back again!

Horrible place! They great at taking your money instantly. But then only deliver you half of what you paid for. Only to wait one more week for the last piece. When confronted they willing to do nothing about it! (A week later) Oct 20/2020 at about 13:30. if we could give negative stars we would! But what we don't appreciate is that we so far got 3 different phone calls about taking down this review! Well, calling and littleraly trying to argue is not going to get this removed even when told that you don't want to deal with them anymore they still call and argue. Cam or Scam as I like to call him; tried to quote me $100 dollars over the advertised price. Prices in store are inflated and they make it seem like they are giving you a deal when they knock off a couple bucks or throw in free delivery. When confronted about this, he denied knowing the advertised price, tried to run circles by telling me that the original quote only included "some" taxes. Super shady, I would expect the same quality of service in some dark alley downtown. Update: Excuse me but you must be mistaken. I was only in your store once before we had the disagreement on the price. If you only had one price for each item, I'm sure it would be a lot easier for you to remember in the future and every customer would get the same deal. I feel I made the right decision by making my purchase at leons, very similar 3 piece set but with more cushioning and a 5 year warranty on craftsmanship for only an additional $250.

So initial experience was good, but that ended rather soon, we were moving so needed to pick up 2 mattresses we bought on specific date 2 or so weeks down the road, upon checking in one of the mattress wasn't in yet, however it was delivered on the deadline and was kicking outside when we arrived to pick them up. Some senior male was looking after the store and after asking about order just showed where our mattress is located in the basement storage, upon asking for help to get it to the trailer me and my wife got a lecture about how we should have paid for their delivery service and since we didn't ordered those service we can get it out ourselves. That's besides the point that they wouldn't deliver to Niagara region where we were moving to... So if you looking where to spend your hard earned money and be disrespected this might be the place as far as my experience goes

Went in here today to pick up a split box spring for my king size bed. I had been in before to get pricing, and also called yesterday to confirm before getting a U-Haul to pick up. Both times I was told that I needed two singles, which were $60/each. When we arrived, we were told that the least expensive king box spring was $200. After I explained that we had spoken with them and been told by their salesperson that we needed 2 singles for our king sized mattress, I was informed that this is actually not the case, and the singles would be too small. Very upset that I was told on two separate occasions information which was clearly incorrect. Shouldn't have expected more from a business which publicly responds to a customer complaint by calling him a lunkhead, and a whiner. If you're looking for professionalism and accountability, look elsewhere.

I bought from this place and I must say that these guys are definatly the best in town. Me and my wife were looking at the prices astonished to find out the fact the prices were as economical as they get, on top of that they walked an extra mile to give us 5 years warrenties on the frame and 1 year on the fabric. With SCOTCHGUARDING. Something like this would cost $299 at other stores. I cant praise enough about the customer service of CAM. He is the best salesman I know. Always up on his toes and provided us excellent delivery service which was fabulous. The furniture was delivered in 3 business days which was too fast for us but Cam accomodated our needs and stored the preordered furniture in the warehouse for 1 week. Charged us nothing helped us at every step. Definatly me n my friends go to guy for furniture. Thanks Cam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. Firstly, the salesperson named Jay continued to pressure us to purchase the mattress set under the claim that the specific sale would be ending soon. We returned three weeks later and the sale was still ongoing. Spoke to another salesperson who did agree that Jay's sales tactics were aggressive. On the day of delivery, the deliverymen literally left the mattress set on my front porch after I opened the door. I asked them to help me bring it inside and into the bedroom. They just looked at me and left the mattress where it was. Customer service is lacking in this company. Do not let the prices commit you to shopping with this company. There are tons of other reputable stores that offer amazing customer service.

This place of business doesn’t even deserve One STAR!!! The most HORRIBLE STORE!! Purchased A reclining couch and Love seat , after one month both had rips at seams and the recliner didn’t work, called and sales man says come back n and show pictures.. Gave me the run around for months... They lie about warranty’s... They told me it takes 12 weeks for the manufacture to get back to them.. After exchanging emails over the months went in the store and they had the nerve to say the manufacturer doesn’t make my set anymore cause the had problems with it , and they will credit me a hundred dollars toward another set ... Seriously I PAID 1700 ... Oh and also says YA sorry you’ve had such a bad experience But don’t worry we GOT RID of the sales guy cause of all his lies to customers (how does that help me )

After purchasing a couch here the quality was clearly lower than expected, but I remained hopeful. Within a few months the main beam broke due to a laughable design flaw that distributes all weight onto one beam when the pull out bed is out. They repaired the broken beam after about 2 weeks, and within another month or two (surprise) the beam broke again. After calling and sending pictures of the break they had the audacity to say we "must have been jumping on it" in order for it to break and they will not honour the 10 year guarantee on their website. If you pay over a grand for something you expect it to last more than a few months of use. I will be following up this review with an update if they decide to do anything about this. Unbelievably sketchy.

It happened I needed to replace my mattress over the holidays just passed and anywhere I had looked had delivery dates too far into the future. I needed a double/full to fit the room, a somewhat uncommon size. I was referred to Mr Furniture and Mattress by an organisation that I deal with who spoke highly of them. I dealt with Cam who was very happy to work with my particular needs and was able to have my mattress and box delivered almost a week earlier than anywhere else I had looked. The mattress is a Therapedic Bravura Prelude and is very comfortable for a 6ft, stocky fellow such as myself. Update: Today Cam went out of his way to help us by replacing an existing part I had that was not compatible with the new set. Many Thanks.

These people are literally scam artists and liars. They sold my best friend a split box spring for $99+ tax and said they would do the same for me. There was no sale. No clearance. No special offer. I was also physically with her. I went back today and the “gentleman” behind the counter, robin, stated never has that ever been the price since he’s worked there and demands an extra $50. Save yourself the time, gas, and scam by going to mattress world and buying there. They actually keep their word and they have much better prices for the same/better stuff.

No one gets back to you. I bought bed bug covers. Put the one on and the zipper is split. Messaged twice about bringing it back no reply. I do not know if these are the same ones I bought five years ago from them. I do know is last ones never fell apart. They got back to me and let me return it no problems. I bought three double box springs and mattresses from there. I do not know how many years. Definitely will look onto living room lights. I need to replace them. I have to say that both gentlemen I dealt with were very nice and pleasant.

I bought a bed from this company in December 2020. They took my money and delivered a bed with no rails or supports for my 79 year old Dad. I called the company and they gave a song and dance and sent a replacement part that did not work. Called them back and they said they will send another part. Part came bed rails don't fit. Called back and was told it would be taken care of. Called today to follow up and was basically told to buy a new bed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BUY FROM MR FURNITURE AKA MR RIP OFF.

Had a great experience here and got a fabulous deal on a King sized mattress and boxspring. Robin was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He negotiated a nice deal with us, giving us a lower price than the one advertised. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Fair sized selection of mattresses at different price points, almost all of which were Canadian-made. Definitely come here if you want a great mattress at a cheaper price than the big box stores, and if you'd rather support a local business :)

I have purchased a number of items from this store and would highly recommend it. Cam is always very patient and helpful when it comes to selecting the perfect piece for our home. The ability to customize our couches to fit perfectly in our new home was exactly what we were looking for. Both teams who delivered and set up furniture have always been very respectful and friendly towards myself and my kids. I will be going back to this store in the future for all my furniture needs.

Very unhappy customer waiting for so long to get my stuff delivered..when i got it lot of stuff missing..then they got delivered again for the 2nd time and guess what still stuff missing..I phone them and they said they just found out from the supplier that they dont have my stuff right now..so i need to wait again..so think twice before you shop here..they keep promising that they have everything until they dont..

The worst shopping experience I've ever had. I went in on Monday night and there were 3 people "working", not one of them bothered to even say hello! My wife and I walked the store looking for a new couch. We spent about 15 minutes in there and still not one of the employees came to help us or even acknowledge us. Bought a bunk bed but a 1 week later started negotiating returning the item as I no longer needed it but Mr Furniture would not take it back. Item still in its original box! The person I spoke to was to call me back after consulting the "owner", never got a call, I had to call back for a NO!! I definitely will not be going to that store and neither will my friends.

We order a couch from Mr Furniture & Mattress Cam was the sales man. He was super friendly and we didnt feel pressured at all. We got the couch delivered the next day and it came in the time frame we were give. The delivery guys were very nice just a little rough. Knocked and broke some things. Purchased a mattress and box spring set in spring of 2019. Set it up in the summer it is already sinking in the middle. Dealt with Jay he couldn’t even tell me if it was Canadian made. I purchased a futon mattress from this store. It is the worst mattress I have ever purchased. It came rolled up and bundled up. The stuffing was all in the middle. Could not move the stuffing to other parts of the mattress. And they will not take the mattress back. Horrible customer service.

My experience today with the owner Brandon was horrible. He is a liar and provided poor customer service. Thank God for the young female associate who rectified my delivery issues. The savings was not worth the service. Buyer beware this is not where you want to spend your money.

This mattress was ok for about a year and is now sagging. You get what you pay for. The salesperson may appear to be giving you a deal but in reality they may be selling you an inferior product which is what I got. I will now have to replace my mattress elsewhere.
