They have the worse workers, everytime I drop off my clothes something is missing or goes wrong. Whenever I go in and do my laundry myself you see some of the machines clog with soap or softener. They need better staff who cares about people and their stuff. I paid for wash and fold service, received text my laundry is ready since yesterday, went in this morning to collect my laundry a whole bag of all my dark clothes missing. When I ask the manager as she say her response gonna be she don’t work on Sunday and she don’t know what happen, low and behold all my dark clothes were left in the dryer yet still they text me saying my laundry ready. Will not be going back to this laundromat this is my last straw.

Rebecca is an amazing person and is very helpful. She is also very attentive. I’m pregnant and every time I arrive she always goes the extra mile in helping me with my bags and my son that I sometimes bring along. I love this place. It’s very welcoming and the staff is amazing.

Outstanding, Excellent and prompt services. Clothes are completely cleaned, smell fresh and professionally folded. Rebecca, the manager is courteous, patient and knowledgeable. 5 stars for her and her service.

I was interested in them as a franchise but im hearing some things that are giving me pause. Im waiting to see how it all gets sorted out i.e. how the corporation handles the grievances of thier franchisees
