The ladies here are delightful and helpful.bi was looking for cushion stuffing and not only the lady nearby but even the one by the pay area chipped in and made a joke and tried to help. I can see they know what customer service is about.

The supervisor and manager treated me like trash just becuase I wanted a refund. Worse experience ever, I will never go to that store clearly my money is not needed there.

I was shopping at MrPrice Home in Pinetown and I forgot a few items at the till. When I came back the following day I found my items kept safely for me.

Very friendly staff members. Helpful, too! The store is a little on the smaller side (for a home store), but still has a fair range.

The shop is so beautiful now it's a pleasure to shop there now. They had a wonderful facelift
