I am grateful beyond words for Neil and his incredible skills. While Neil was equipping me with a new car fob for my KIA Soul, he troubleshooted a bigger issue with the driver's door lock which had been tampered with and damaged. Neil gave me a car fob to use until the door lock was repaired. The driver's door could only be opened by unlocking the car with the fob, and then reaching over to the driver's door to open the door from the passenger side. After the repair, I rescheduled with Neil to get my KIA Soul car fob. Neil again identified that the driver's door lock was still not locking correctly. Neil was able to give me my car fobs as I was on my way out of town on a long road trip but now I needed to first stop at the KIA service department. Thankfully, KIA was able to repair the car door lock quickly and I started my road trip with working car fobs. I highly recommend Neil. He is very skilled and a person of integrity. I recently lost the key fob to my 2014 jeep wrangler. Upon contacting my auto dealer I was told the replacement key would have to be ordered in and separate appointment booked. Plus it would cost several hundreds of dollars. I thought this was unreasonable for a simple key fob that only locked and unlocked my door, I was referred to Mr. Quickfob by a relative. I contacted Neil and he said he could duplicate my remaining key for a fair price. I could meet him at his designated Vancouver location or he could do a house call for an additional charge. I chose to meet him the next morning and he was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions, duplicated my key and tested it on my jeep all within 20 minutes. I was very pleased with his service and have no problem recommending him for duplicating any of your fobs or automotive keys.

I needed a replacement FOB for my 2017 Mazda 3 (lost one of them). After phoning a few Mazda dealers, I was surprised to learn that they wanted almost $500. An online search led me to Mr. Quick FOB. Neil was very responsive and we set up an appointment date and time and I met him in South Vancouver. He arrived on time and completed the process of programming the new FOB and cutting the emergency key in less than 30 minutes - and at a way better price. Neil is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable with vehicle key fobs and, additionally, he provides excellent customer service and is very responsive. My car would not turn on, leaving me stranded downtown. He immediately responded to my inquiry, and managed to identify the issue with the transponder chip after a few questions. He then offered multiple options to remedy the issue. Would highly recommend to anyone having issues with their car key fob.

I sent a text on a Monday evening inquiring about a replacement fob, the following Tuesday morning I had it in my hand.
