We are doing some home renovations and reached out to Mr. Electric for assistance with installing new light fixtures for the kitchen, den and dining area. Gabe was great to work with. He stopped by the first time and did a thorough review of things before providing a very reasonable written quote. We scheduled a second appointment later in the month for him to come back to install the new fixtures, which now included a new hood fan we had purchased. He was right on time, his workmanship was top quality, he gave us some additional ideas going forward, and thoroughly cleaned up before he left. Mr. Electric is most definitely the BEST electrician service in Edmonton!! Today around 1pm, I called to inquiry whether this establishment provided residential electrical outlet repairs for a grounding wire that deteoriated to the point that it broke off due to age. The admin on the phone was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone and was able to dispatch a technician within the hour. When the technician, Curtis L., arrived he was very friendly, exceedingly professional and very informative. I enjoyed how Curtis took the time to explain, demonstrate and educate me on the aluminium conversion that he performed today. Would highly recommend!!

I had a great service experience with this company. I needed a junction box setup for my floodlight camera and other light switch repair. I was needing to get it done this week. Shawn came out and gave my mom a quote for replacement on a breaker box in the garage, showed up the next day and did everything to make sure the garage is now safe and replaced the breaker box and a plug in that subsequently blew up when the power was turned back on. The panel replacement and upgrade which included the installation of a new 100 AMP Mast and meter to the exterior was of high standards and workmanship and completed in one day. The electricians took pride in their work they were doing and did so until the customer was satisfied. Booking an appointment was easy and communication from the time of booking to the actual appointment was timely and friendly. Got a quote to do a solar panel wiring, 48h before the job they cancelled. Reason is owner is scared, he didnt want liability if something go wrong. Dont call them for solar. To reply to the answer, i got all permit from the city, the only permit missing is an electrical permit which cant be pulled by anyone else than a master electrician, so dont lie saying i didnt get permit to try validate your excuses...

Great service from Mr. Electric technician Geoff Shedden. Replaced old fluorescent fixtures with LEDs throughout basement, including dimmable pot lights in main room (replacing 4 foot fixtures).
