I just booked a day tour to Mt Buller. The operator (Vijay) was not only extremely patient in answering the bucket full of questions I had, but also went out of his way to accommodate my requests. I booked a day tour to Mt Buller from Melbourne, and the agent I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and patient. The sincerity with which he responds to my questions can be heard in his voice, which is unusual nowadays. This bus tour company comes highly recommended by me.

First time been there. Maintained very well. You have to park your car at CarPark 4 if one day off trip and then take 10-min shuttle bus to the mountain. Staffs there are realy helpful and informative. Really like Mt Bullee.

Very rude operator. No courtesy while answering the call. When enquired the operator is very sarcastic and asks before booking the tour answer where Mt Buller is or go google it before calling. Would not recommend at all!!

Due to miscommunication, did not receive ski hire. Ski hire merchant refunded money back to tour but they are unwilling to refund it back to us. Agent was very rude on call.
