According to the website Terry White does do price match. T&C's are that the article has to be in stock at the store they're price matching with. Seems a bit ridiculous, how do you check their competitor has it in stock at that branch? The competitor claims I can pick it up from one of their other branches, but I'm not willing to drive that distance. Hence I came to Terry White. I won't do business with this pharmacy again.

Rude and lazy staff who don’t go out of their way to serve customers - pathetic pharmacists who make you fell like a drug addict if you ask for a prescription a day early. Even if you explain to them the reason and that they can call your doctor and who yell at the top of their voices your prescription - useless, pathetic pharmacy. Never again except for gifts which are quite nice

These people treat customers like morons. I have never been spoken to so condesendingly. Memo to people that work at this pharmacy - you are not my personal doctor. I dont appreciate you making assumptions about what i need. You have no idea of my medical history and your so called advice is neither wanted nor accurate. Rude and pushy.

Only been here a few times, was generally good service. Only two stars due to having elderly ladies push in front of me on different visits, and both times the lady at the counter didn't say anything to them about it. Like, I get they're probably in a rush because they have less time on this planet left than I do, but that's just rude.

Had my flu vaccination at the Pharmacy yesterday - paperwork processed by Zamil and jabber performed by Anita - so gentle and didn't even know she had finished until she smiled and said all done. Such a busy pharmacy but have always found them to be friendly, caring and happy. Congrats all - recommend them unreservedly.

In this unprecedented world wide crisis, many places including pharmacies are struggling to keep up their stocks. The team here was very helpful and did their best to supply the product for a little boy with asthma. It's critical in this health crisis. Top effort with a community mindset!

Poor vaccine service - asked to sign a form saying that I understood vaccine risks. Was not given the information by staff running the clinic or staff giving the vaccine. All health care must be informed healthcare.
