His knowledge about maintaining good health and fitness & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. This is wonderful Gym in Nandanvan Area. I got trained under Sarang Sir's Observation. His efforts of making me fit was awesome. Under his guidance I lost 10kgs in 2months of personal training. Diet was easy and mouth watering. Training was different. Overall good experience. I would recommend anyone to join MuscleBox.

I genuinely like the gym environment, the trainer and the equipment are as per need for a regular gymmer. People are very friendly that helps and motivate you to come regularly. Gym is also flexible with timings. Diet and other required information are also provided on regular basis based on your goal.
