Such an amazing experience. Would love to go back! The staff was super friendly, and willing to help at all times. We had a group from a middle school, and it was just amazing to see the reaction from the students. Just makes you appreciate everything! To top it off we had a survivor speak to us, just such an awesome experience.

Wonderful experience. Just wonderful. I really felt so much compassion and sadness. I left with more appreciation for my own life after my visit. There was a section we could not attend, upper level. I believe they had an Anne Frank section that was closed off there. Overall, this was a 9/10 experience.

Make sure to get reservations. This was one of my favorite things we visited while in LA. Plan for 3-4 hours. We didn't make it through the whole Anne Frank exhibit, but the Holocaust exhibit had both myself and daughter in tears by the end. We were here for at least 3 hours. More

What a wonderful but sad experience. It really opens your mind to allow for some critical thinking. I unfortunately was not able to explore the whole entire building due to time constraints, but I would totally recommend and will be returning in the future. More

Love the concept of this museum. Been here 2 times, both as a chaperone for school. Perhaps next time I will go just to wander myself. BUT, wish they showed more of the hardships they went through. Schindler's List was a lot more where it hits my heart.. More

If you have been to any other holocaust museum this one is kind of disappointing. However, we got to see a survivor speak and that was the coolest part. The museum itself doesn’t add much to what we had already known and seen and is 85% about the holocaust.

You have to reserve a time slot. I recommend this museum 1000%. I learned so much more about the holocaust and even got to hear a survivor speak around 1pm. It is a great way to learn history and really put yourself in the shoes of the Jews

it was great to know part of our history. Because if we don't know if we don't teach to our children the story could be repeat it. Between 1938 and 1945 there were killed more the 12 millions people. I don't mention and race because for God

This Museum was truly an immersive educational experience for the entire family. We even got to hear from an actual Holocaust survivor. despite the painful details of what happened in history, the museum is so beautifully and impeccably put

A heartbreaking and somber experience but definitely an experience that is necessary... The genocide of the Jewish people was a truly horrific crime against humanity that shall never be forgotten... My children and I had the absolute honor

My visit to the Museum of Tolerance is an emotional experience, which encourages a dialogue about understanding, respect, and acceptance of cultural and racial diversity. The centerpiece of the museum is a step by step journey of European

Took students here on a field trip and was pleased with the impact that it had on us. Their staff provided us a deeply moving presentation about the horrors of our past and a valuable lesson on tolerance in today’s world. I was honored to

Wonderful experience. Although i felt much sorrow sometimes, any human with emotions would feel something. The holocaust exhibit was so detailed with an entire walk through set is a must. The street was blocked so we couldnt park, but its

Our visit to the MOT was lovely, great interactive areas and the holocaust experience was very good. Great production quality, well put together, great storytelling and just so much food for thought. Although so tragic it inspires you to

When I found of about this museum and I found out they had holocaust survivors speakers I knew I had to go. After the whole experience I ended up very glad they have a place like this, we need Tolerance, Respect, Integrity and many more

  • Amber Bell

The most amazing experience. It's heartbreaking to see what took place, but eerie to see the patterns of todays society falling into the holocausts series of events that led to the genocide of 6 million human beings. I highly recommend.

  • Shannon Vandervest

Love this museum... The only downfall of my most recent visit was a family of 3 (Mom, Dad, and teenage son) being disrespectful in the Holocaust tour by sitting, standing and climbing on the display pieces and inappropriately laughing

  • Jennifer Rozo

The Museum of Tolerance is such a treasure in the heart of West Los Angeles. I went to see the Anne Frank Exhibit and the speaker who is a holocaust survivor. I left there thinking how can I change the world for the greater good.

  • Jordan Halem

Amazing experience. Brings up a lot of emotions as well as educates. The gift shop is great. One suggestion: please let people know how to begin the tour (arrows on the ground or something). Was a little lost at first. More

Beautifully put together. Walking through the museum is heavy and awful to think about, but the curators have made this a beautiful respectful, insightful, education place. I highly encourage everyone to go. More

What a great place to learn about the history of holocaust. It has a very interactive walkthrough of the events that many will love from kids to adults. Highly recommend for you to check it out.

Great place to further understand the complicated, evils of the Holocaust. The new contemporary exhibition allows people to further grasp the idea of how such tragedies can occur. More
