The ‘My Home Garden’ Team provided outstanding, professional service in their objective to repair an external water leak on my balcony. Theo and Deon thoroughly investigated possible source/s of the leak and promptly submitted a quote to tackle the challenge which a previous service provider had not solved in 10 months. (The previous service providers made several attempts, but with no success.) Their onsite work was thorough, neat and informative about the potential problem/s. They evoked great confidence in what they did and there was no sign of mere ‘hit and miss’. On completion of the repair, they followed up to enquire about the outcome after we had much rain and wind. There was no sign of any leaking. We then experienced torrential storms and flooding and they returned to check further. I was not home when they returned to resolve this issue. After over a month and in spite of extreme rains, I am exceptionally happy to report that the leak is now history. Our Maintenance Manager was kept informed at the start, during and at the final visit. He commended ‘My Home Garden’ for their technical skills, particularly in a tricky situation. I would recommend The Team without hesitation and thank them for a wonderful job. Their commitment to meeting client expectations and beyond is rare and I greatly appreciate their assistance. Completely unprofessional conduct from My Home Garden. I made a booking at the beginning of September for the end of the month. On the last of September, they pitched up 3 hours earlier than they were meant to be here without any warning and I was not at home. They then informed that they would come back at the correct time but guess what, 5 minutes before they were meant to be here, Leander called me to say that her team is stuck on another site and they are running late. She said they will be one hour late. They never pitched up and she claimed to have called me on whatsapp to inform me they could not make it. My phone never rang but there was a missed call notification - she did not even have the decency to wait for the phone to ring and apologise. I called back but she never answered but she still maintained that she has the highest work ethics. In an industry where good service is critical, she needs to realise that is not how one runs a business. Anyway, it is probably better that her team did not pitch up for the job because I can clearly see what are the work ethics and values of My Home Garden...completely unreliable and unprofessional and non-existent work ethics.

My first interaction with My Home Garden was on the telephone with Leander where I enquired about a garden clean-up at our family home. Leander was super friendly, very helpful and very understanding of our needs and budget. Following the acceptance of their quote and booking a date, Leander was extremely professional, confirming the day before and keeping in contact before, during and after the job. Deon & Theo arrived on time with their team, ready to get started straight away. They ‘hit the ground running’ and worked like absolute champions...completing what was requested in the amount of time quoted by Leander. Their quality of work was fantastic and I will certainly be referring friends and family to them along with continuing to use them myself. I’m super chuffed to have found My Home Garden and look forward to a long ‘Garden Clean-Up Relationship’ with them.

Will definitely use Myhomegarden again. They are very knowledgeable in regards to the specific service that I used them for. This was to sort out my garden and working those green fingers of the team. Theo made various suggestions with regards to water irrigation installations, measures that I could add to the garden, that will help me safe water. I took his advice and my garden continues to show off their green and healthy look. You cannot go wrong with using their service. I will definitely use their service again. The professionalism and service provided made me feel at peace, very reliable and trustworthy. My couches were extremely dirty, and I reached out to 3 different companies who does cleaning, upon searching I found My Home Garden online for a 4th quote. My Home Garden came in like super heroes, saving me time and money. Today my couches are looking marvelous, fresh, clean and looks brand new. I am so grateful to Theo, Davin and the rest of the My Home Garden team for their brilliant help creating my new veg garden. I have been using the gardening services twice and I am impressed. The guys are always on time, friendly and does a great job. They remove all rubble too. The service on the telephone is fantastic too. Leander is friendly and on the ball. The aftercare service is great. She checks up to see if you are happy with the job. We needed to get grass put down after our dogs ran our grass to sand. They where friendly and quick to reply in communication. When the worker came he was on time (early in fact) worked fast and was very friendly. Not to mention there value for money complained to quotes we got from all other garden services was by far the best. Very happy!
