Staff always helpful and understanding. Although i am highly considering changing my prescriptions over to another chemist due to the hours, not open on weekends and inconsistency of availability for orders for compounding medications. I once sat on the phone for 35 mins before anyone even answered to place a Medical order. They reccommend their online portal but I can never seem to order through that, there should be a phone option without having to wait that long. I hope these issues get rectified soon otherwise I'll just take my prescriptions elsewhere.

Flew from sydney for a doctors appointment saw this place and went it to burn time. Had a great conversation with the guy making the coffee's and broth's he was very informative and polite and great with customers. One of their nutritionists also sparked a conversation with me and she was lovely, very passionate with her words and excited to spread knowledge and good health. Purchased quite a few products and they were happy to share some amazing recipes of theirs. 100% recommend the bone broth with Cheyenne pepper.

Good pharmacy and I like how they look out for their customers and actually ask questions about their situation rather than just dispensing , but my only down fall is in this day and age for a pharmacy to be closed on weekends is a bit weird and has been a bit of an issue there are others that are open 7 days and seem to also have availability of product more , but this pharmacy is in the middle of the city and close to public transport access so Greg place all inall

The best place in Brisbane for keto-related products (I believe they have paleo products as well). Went in to try a keto latte and was not disappointed. It was super busy as well but the bloke behind the counter had fantastic customer service skills as well as coffee making skills. Give a keto latte a try for an alternative to your daily coffee... I will definitely be returning and trying the hot chocolate next time!

Really disappointing customer service from the pharmacist, I asked the pharmacist to certify a couple of documents that I needed and the pharmacist replied word for word "I don't do this cause it's not worth my time", I understand this is not a profitable thing to do money wise but I guess there is nicer ways to go about it also it's a 5 minute service that could potentially make you a new regular customer...

DEZ Is up there with doctors his information is above and beyond on unusual conditions. If you have asthma or poor lung conditions, RLS or need CBD oil or a blend with THC this is the pharmacy for you. Super busy man but takes the time to return calls and does not rush the answer, genuinely he is a life saver. Surgery attached to pharmacy Dr Ebby is another star or 5 I cannot thank you enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are absolutely amazing with customer service. Could not recommend them enough especially with people like If there is any problem they are always there to assist with any problems you may have. Amazing! These guys just saved me literally thousands in my yearly medication. A patient at hospital told me to visit and now a non PBS medication that cost me $98 a month is $24 a month and another I need was $200 a month is now less than half or better! Friendly staff helped me sort out my scripts and it arrived super quick! Thank you so much!!

MLMH go above and beyond for their medical marijuana clients, I believe some medical marijuana clients need to realise this compounding pharmacy has been compounding and dispensing other medicines for years before we started getting our marijuana products. It seems some people do not respect the volume of customers serviced daily. Thankyou!

Iv ordered from them 2 times before and now all of a sudden they have “ordering days”. Didn’t care that I’m in another state and I have run out of the medication!! Or that I spend $30 on shipping when I could get it in my state for zero shipping!! So disappointed, was ok at the beginning but will definitely NOT be ordering from them again!!

Update: Things are getting better. The staff is always friendly, but this place is more of a headache than the average pharmacy. Chances are there's a pharmacy near you that can source the same or similar products. You may even have time to call the 10 nearest pharmacies to chat before anyone at this pharmacy answers the phone.

Amazingly friendly staff, very knowledgeable about their products. Especially if you are a medicinal cannabis user, you can get all of your CBD/TCH products here! As well as the great service, most common products are sold ensuring quick turnaround. I highly recommend the trip into Spring Hill.

I wish to say how impressed I am with the results from the use of medical cannabis. My husband has been using medical cannabis for 4 days and immediately he has relief from his neuropathic pain, PTSD, anxiety, constant nausea, he has an appetite again and his blood pressure has stabilized.

A neat little Chemist that’s been there since I was a child. However, everything medical that one requires is there. Customer service is always respectful and the Pharmacists accessible. A good shopping experience as well for necessities.

Its a mission to find this place, let alone a "center" inside this place and the referred parking for it where u can get a "slight" discount for parking is a good block away n the parking center around the corner is EXPENSIVE

Staff are rude and don't like to give you the information you need and want when you need it and it's almost like they avoid you when you need help the compounding side are amazing helpful and understanding

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. I find it convenient to work and the pharmacist is always very helpful. I also utilise the medical centre and they are always awesome for me and my needs.

Appalling service they do not care about the clients they help and trying to get hold of someone via phone call is ridiculous you will have to try call at least 10 times before someone answers the phone

I would give 10 stars if I could! Dr Catherine Bartholomew helped me so much! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the pharmacy has things that are really hard to find everywhere else. I am very impressed!
