1: Pet Clinic isn't clean at all. 2: There is no arrangements for sitting area for pets, neither arrangement for pet accessories in clinic eg: Muzzle. (Only large size) 3: Dr. Bapat under whose name clinic is, they were not available but another Vet Dr. Patil was available, who himself was scared of pets to treat very basic thing which was to give injection to pet. 4: Pet had to be sedated to get nail clipping done as vet was scared that puppy would bite. Sedation was suggested of higher dose as pet was super active Could not ever think of vet or clinic where proper facility is not available, assistant is unavailable, vets are scared. I don't recommend such clinic at all. Coming to shop part.. Every time there is issue with payment at pet shop. First time payment never goes through successfully Second time funds gets deducted but their system isn't updated correctly and reminders are sent continuously

Not a great service , though we call them for any products , they just say we will call u back shortly but never calls . This didnt happend with me once but multiple times . Though they have ample amount of stock but cant manage customers properly on call
