staff didn’t greet me until i greeted them at the registers when i was ready to purchase some seed for my bird. other than that, no help was offered nor was i greeted when i walked in the door. had trouble finding what i wanted since i had never been there before. the prices here are somewhat okay and the location is convenient

Great options for my feathered pets but it would be great if there were more variety of goods for poultry. Great prices when on sale. There is no click and collect car park which makes it less convenient for pick up of large items especially in the valley where there is hardly any parking.

I haven’t been real happy shopping here since new ownership. Always out of Rufus and Coco litter larger bags and staff recommended a terrible product that’s same price but just a waste of money. After a week the litter looks like dusty wood chips.
