For anyone thinking of renting from this location let me tell you. The staff are bullies. I am a handicap women who is being forced to park my vehicle long distances away from my unit. They are going to charge me $25 anytime I am at my unit for more than 20 mins. This was never stated in the contract that I signed and this staff is always making up new rules on a whim. I am not blocking any road or access to anyone. I am doing what most people do load and unload from my storage unit. I can't load and load my car in 20 mins it is not physically possible. Their reply to this is to bad these are the rules (ever changing rules). Also they do not have any designated handicap parking within the storage facility. But the staff are allowed to park wherever they please often blocking the only door to the only clean washroom in the place. Their answer when questioned is we're staff we can do whatever we like. And as for Security being a women and handicapped I do work at my unit at times outside of normal business hours and come across people wondering the grounds and asking to be let out (you need a code to get in and out.....how are these people getting in) I can go on and on. My advice there are many other storage complexes that are safer and where the staff have respect for their tenants.

Had a storage unit here for over 1 year. The day I was to move my stuff in, the unit was "missing" the poor girl couldnt find it. I should have seen this as an omen. For the next year I experienced dirty bathrooms, staff that couldnt be bother to care and broken doors, lights etc. Every time I complained nothing was done. The door to my building was broken for a whole year, if I did not bring something to prop it open the door would hit me every time I carried something in or out of the unit. The garbages are constantly overflowing and never seem to get emptied. If you have to go to the toilet , drive somewhere else . The bathrooms here provided for you to use outside are DISGUSTING!!!! It is like what murder nightmares are made of. Go elsewhere, you will thank me later

Too expensive for what you get. Even odd sized below sauare footage units are charged full price. I was told I couldnt get a deal even though all the units are smaller than advertized. I moved to a larger but mishapen unit that was even smaller than what was advertized then my original unit and then there was a promotiin for a better price on the units...after I was told no deal could be made. The facilities are cleaned but generally gross. Needless to say I moved out quickly. However they do allow the units to be used as shops and there is a great little community of people each with a sort of hobby/business craft of their own.

Stephanie is absolutely professional, customer oriented, friendly and just fantastic person to have a business with. I started from online inquiry in a website after working hours, and online rep took all info from me and next day early morning I had a reply from Stephanie about the parking storage I was looking. She set my account up in minutes, answered all questions and I was able to put my car for a storage in less then 5 hours we started setup an account ! I can't believe all just worked out for me because you Stephanie! Well done and will definitely be doing business with this company!

Place is overpriced. The unit doors are always getting stuck. The worst part is, I had to access my unit 5 separate times after hours and each time I exited the property, the exit was fully open, the exit gate would never close. This place is not secured. They leave the exit fully open overnight which means trespassers can easily access the property. #1 check around before at other storage facilities before you go to MY STORAGE because I guarantee you, you’ll find something cheaper and good units where the doors are not getting stuck and a storage facility that is secured overnight.

This place is simply amazing, it's clean and well maintained unlike other places. What makes it so special is Stephanie. I've been here just under a year and she has been nothing but a gem to me. Any issues I've ever had she LITTERALY stopped what she was doing and helped me right away. Talk about great service over here. I simply love it here and would 1000% recommend it too everyone, Stephanie just makes everything so much easier not only because she is very approachable but SHE GETS THINGS DONE WHEN NEEDED!!! Thank you Stephanie for everything you do!!

Maxin was a wonderful person. Who was kind enough to call me back after there has been issues with phones being dropped calls voice messages and emails not going through.... She was very polite patient kind... Even though she called from Peterborough she still took my payment for the Mississauga location...Maxin took the time out to help me and she even sent me an email to confirm the payment went through as well as an email with her name on it, without being charged a late fee. Thank you Maxin wonderful job wonderful customer service...

Very very happy with the service and facilities. I am blown away by how easy the whole process was. The staff was very good at making sure I found the right storage unit for the right price. Also found our very amazing that they rent workshops. Very good environment and I felt safe leaving my stuff there. The truck that is lent to you on move-in day makes it very easy to get into the unit. Facilities were very clean and organized. Would recommend to anyone who needs to rent a storage unit.

This has to be the safest place there is! I left a bag full of valuable items there by accident. I almost went into shock the next day when I realized where I left it. I called, the cleaner Venus has placed it in a cupboard and Emily the receptionist secured it when she knew how valuable it was. 2days after misplacing it there it was intact, nothing touched. They are the absolute best. Your items are safe with this company. Thank you again sooo much for your honesty and care.

This is one of the few storage spaces in the city with workshop spaces that permit you to do some work on your motorcycle. There’s moderate temperature control to take some of the chill out of the winter, great security, and wifi. Aside from all the features of the facility I’d really like to thank Stephanie for being a great resource explaining the options, helping find and book my unit and for generally just being a great person to interact with when I’m at the facility.

I've recently rented a unit in My Storage facility. I just move my stuff from another storage facility. I am very pleased with how the business is being done there. Facility manager Stephanie informed me clearly about rules and regulations in a very professional way. She told me about several extra services that they are free of charge which I really like. The facility is clean and tidy so I am absolutely confident that I am in good place. Thank you Stephanie.

Friendly and helpful staff especially Janice, 24 hour access and security. NOTE: they do not offer month to month agreements but 28 day agreements which is what catches people off guard as most people assume its 30 days and pay their dues at the end of the month which leads to late payment charges so read your contracts. The bigger storage units are marketed as workshops so you will see and hear a lot of grinding, drilling and people working on cars.

When I first came to the storage I was really disappointed because I was expecting U-Haul but then I met Stephanie Who Helped me go through all my options, She’s really awesome and really helpful she is such a great soul, helps you whenever in need with amazing attitude, My storage is now part of my family due to Stephanie & price you can’t beat , I would recommend the storage to anybody Looking for amazing stuff And affordable prices.

Management are implementing discounted rate - I would love to see for long term services given some discounted rate also would be encouraging. I’ve been a tenant at the My Storage Mississauga Location for a three years. Stephanie has made it easy going from the beginning. She has great customer service making it easy too book/reserve and make payments for the units. When I reserved my first unit Stephanie was very helpful explaining hours of operations, rules of the site & how to use the passcode for entry. She has been an wonderful site manager at this facility.

This place is ridiculous, the over charge, put charges on your bill that aren't yours. They lock your passcode when for weeks even though it shouldn't be. The washroom is always disgusting, no one fills the toliet paper and always smells of pee. They have now taken the garbage cans alway from the outside of the buildings ( going to cause more littering). The management doesn't fix the issues when brought to attention.

People are polite; indeed, they know how to talk, but it is just words. They are not keeping promises. I twice booked a unit, paid deposit but did not move in as the unit was too small…staff did not advise me about size of the unit. I had no support from the staff. I am waiting my money back more than 2 weeks…money to be transfer back to my Visa. Ridiculous. Expecting owner’s response like “With over 7300 customers…”

It has to be about two years now, that I've been using the services of My Storage. Right from the outset, the personnel have been courteous and helpful as well as professional. The unit that I occupy had been cleaned prior to my taking possession and any questions that I've had along the way have always been dealt with. So, all-in-all, I'm more than satisified with both the personnel and the site of My Storage.

Booked a truck for move 2-3 weeks in advance. Called on the day to confirm and was told that can pickup anytime before 4, reached and rep had no clue when truck will arrive as previous customer had not returned. No courtesy to let customer know. They only carry two trucks so you are pretty much at mercy of other people. Very unprofessional people. Avoid truck rental at all cost if you want to move on time !!!

Was a pleasure in dealing with Stephanie. I came to her to give up one of my parking spots for a better rate elsewhere, and I ended up taking two more spots instead and a 10x20 storage unit as well. She went out of her way to find me the best rates on the lot, and I ended up getting a better deal than the other storage units I've looked into. Definitely feels like "My Storage" :p

Awful service. 28 term and you have to give 30 days notice in advance . Seems like not a reputable company. After 4 days asked for termination and they didn't do that even I didn't move in anything. Looks they are desperately want to keep your payments and no logic for taking care of customer. Very overpriced just let you know.do more research will find way better deals

My Storage located in Mississauga was greatly conveniently located right next to my Condo. there access and gated location was very safe, and my storage was right to the door location. The price was still the cheapest all over that I checked. The staff there was very well trained and very helpful every time I went there I highly recommend their service.

Beware of nails/screws in the drive-paths when bringing your vehicle inside. Fixing and buying new tires does add up. While this is most likely due to customers being careless and throwing/dropping things vs properly disposing...it would be nice if staff would run a magnet sweeper through the place once in a while.

From Zahid Khan: I rented a large storage at this location. Their service was great, Brittany was very helpful in resolving all questions and concerns. All other staff members were helpful as well. The storage space is very clean. Overall it was a good experience. I will definitely rent storage space there again.

Terrible..never rent from them... They have owed me a over payment for over a month Still haven't refunded my account..this company is a pack of thieves..been promised my refund for over a week..still nothing...glad I didn't end up storing my furniture with all the asbestos problems that I heard they had

My storage has made it really easy to transition from my studio to a workshop and storage space. Stephanie is a joy to work with and pricing is reasonable. Brittney was very helpful in helping me update my billing information over the phone. Thanks for also letting us use the truck for moving day!

I didnt end up moving into my unit because of an opportunity that presented itself. But I did get a tour and their units are clean and well priced. Arianna, Morgan and the rest of the staff were all incredibly pleasant to deal with and I'll definitely be giving them my business in the future.

The prices are good but they say they send emails and until recently didn't really receive anything and they charge every 4 weeks when other places it's for example the 15th of every month but with them it's always different dates which makes it confusing but the staff is nice and friendly

Amazing storage facility and staff. The free move-in truck really made the whole transition smooth. The staff were very helpful in finding the most accessible and cost affective place for me. I am very happy with the service and I recommend to anyone looking to rent a storage facility.

No sense having pinpad access when the front gate is always open, even when I visit late at night. Never any toilet paper in the only bathroom they have. Exit pinpads often broken or missing. Rolling door handles jam. Garbage cans are few and far between and always overflowing.

Great place. Been here 2014 and 2019 for workshop purposes. Good luck finding a workshop space like this anywhere else at a primarily storage place. Well worth the price. Thanks to Stephanie for all her help with closing my account. Always so friendly and helpful to deal with.

From the moment I inquired on renting a unit, both Maxin and Emily were amazing and provided awesome customer service. They had me set up and ready to go in no time at all. Now that I have my unit, I would say they facility is clean and well managed.

Notified that I would be only needing a one month rental when I got the unit was still charged for for the next month, after also reminding them once I moved out, they also haven’t returned my safety deposit after half a month, 16 days.

I have no complaints about this place. We haven't had an increase in a while so that's great. I am able to access my unit whenever I want which is great! I have been with these guys for a while now. Thanks for the great service!

They did not water their indoor plants. Plants look like they were screaming "I'm thirsty". How can the owners efficiently serve their clientele if they cannot do a simple job as watering their Benjamina plant?
