Had a hydra facial here on Feb 10. I had good experience with them previously with laser hair removal, so I wanted to try what facials were like. But omg, it was one of the worst facials I’ve ever had. This review being 2/5 accounts for the fact that laser was good here and the ladies were nice. For a 200$ facial, one would expect at least a somewhat relaxing treatment. I’ve had hydra facials before so I have at least a point of reference. 1. Machine was breaking down. It was actually pretty scary. Had to sit for about awkwardly while other people came into the room and they noisily figured out what to do. And then after they “fixed it” the machine was still sounding like it was struggling. Serum/liquid from the machine was splashing back at my face. Yea, it was sucking as well, but some liquid was spilling out and just splashing back. This didn’t happen at previous hydra facial. 2. Definitely not relaxing at all I was just nervous the machine would damage my face because I did not trust it at this point. 3. Somehow my nose piercing was pulled off during this facial…. How does that even happen? It never happened in any other facial I have had. I only found out after the lights turned on and I had to get dressed, I tried looking for it but it was nowhere to be found. I didn’t want to waste anymore time there so I just accepted my losses lol and got out. 4. I’m surprised the lady who did my facial didn’t let me know as soon as the nose ring fell off during the facial. It seems she just let it fall off and didn’t acknowledge it. Anyway, definitely not a 200$ worth experience I’m even surprised from the customer service aspect they didn’t offer anything even like a 10% discount as an act of good graces that the machine broke down during a facial. Wont be coming back here for any treatments.

I've had had 4 sessions done here for laser, not only are their rates and packages amazing but their customer service is like NO OTHER. These two ladies are educated in their field and definitely know what they're doing, with several years of experience. Before I came for my first visit I was so nervous but they made me feel so comfortable from the first second I stepped in, took time to answer all of my concerns and have been very accomodating. I don't plan on going to anyone else for my spa services because they have SO MANY services they offer. They're really the real deal. They're my go-to ladies and I can't imagine trusting anyone else as much as I trust them. They've shown me how knowledgeable and thorough they are. They pay attention to every little detail and don't cut corners. They answer every question with full detail so you feel comfortable. Honestly the best service I have ever recieved in the beauty/spa industry. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!! can't wait to go back for all of my future sessions. 90% of my hair is gone and doesn't grow back at all, I never have to even shave anymore. (Results do vary depending on person though)

I highly recommend NC Beauty Spa for your laser hair removal. I suffered from facial hair for the past 10 years. I wasted my money for so many years at other places. The hair was never gone! At NC Beauty spa, I saw results on my second treatment. After the 3rd, no hair came back. I also suffered from deep acne scars for nearly 20 years. I tried so many things during those years and nothing really worked! I spent endless money trying to make my face look better. Finally I met someone at my new job and she told me about NC Beauty spa. I didn't hesitate to call. Now, after 3 sessions of MICRONEEDLING my face has never been this smooth and beautiful in the last 19+ years! Horrible place for Hydra facial please dont waste your hard earn money on any treatment in this Spa . The therpist Narmine was so unprofessional she started my facial without even introducing me to the products she was suppose to use on face upon asking she told me its from DR saller. I have done many facial treatments from different spas but this was the worst service i have ever received. Without even explaining to me she was applying different products on my face . I’m really upset they charged me $180 for such terrible facial. When i was leaving no one bother to ask me how was the facial or if u get any issue with your skin please let us know. Very unprofessional and incompetent staff

I am so pleased with my treatments with NC Beauty Spa. Christine and Narmeen are super accommodating and really know what they are doing, they are real proffesionals. The facility is super clean and comfortable. I did BB glow facial and my skin looks amazing just after 1st session. I also did full body laser hair removal. I've been to few laser clinics and they are always so painful or just something missing and that leaves me unsatisfied. But THIS PLACE.. I felt very comfortable, absolutely painless and can't wait to go back! I can recommend to anyone looking into laser or high quality skin treatments and don't know where to go... I have had 3 sessions of Laser hair removal so far and 2 facials. I got great result with my first laser session, hence very confident to go back each time. Both Nermeen and Christine are amazing ladies and experts in what they do. Best part is that they give you enough time and never in a rush unlike some busy clinics. The service becomes personal and hence very convenient. Their facials are amazing!! Would love to do it again and again. The place is clean and comfortable. The location is right on the main road of Glen Erin Dr. hence making it easier to reach. Highly recommend it!!

It was a great experience. They were all very nice and it was a very clean environment. They definitely care for their customers and put their needs first, I have went 3 different times for my acne to get Microneedling done and I am already seeing great results my scars have been healing significantly and my skin is left smoother. Overall I highly recommend trying them out they provide a great service!

Narmeen & Christine are very professional, kind and give good advice regarding any treatment you are interested about. I have done around 6 sessions of laser with different body parts and all very good results. Their equipment is trust worthy and their prices are good. They have a lot of different treatments in this spa and I looked forward to coming back for facials and acne scar removal.

DO NOT GO THERE..... Worst place ever for lazer hair removal. They don't admit thier fault and blame the customer. There are 2 ladies working and both cover each other's mistakes. I don't recommend anyone to go there. It's just wasting of your time and money. NOT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE

They are amazing! I have been getting areolase and micro needling for the past 4 months and I can confidently say that my acne has significantly been reduced as well as scarring. I’ve tried quite a few other places before coming here and I only wished I found NC beauty spa sooner.
