They have just about everything, except not able to make keys to pad locks.(only "master" brand) Staff greets you at the entrance and gets what you need for you. No need to look around. (Don't think you can anyway) The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are a bit higher than normal, (HD) but then there really is no other hardware store around.

I had a problem with a copy of a key they made for me and I went back and he fixed it no problem. I had went the night before to make em and I thought they were gonna give me a problem for not having a receipt when they never gave me one in the first place. They are good. They just gotta give receipts....

Didn’t realize this place was a chain! This location is packed with items needed for anything hardware related. Literally anything you need you’ll likely find it here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. Worth checking out if you need items related to homes or businesses

I love old hardware stores that have everything you need, plus the knowledge to back it up. I failed to get the older guys name, but he helped me with a very old lock. And the prices are fair. Only drawback? Parking! But it was worth it. Found what homedepot didn't have.

This is the best hardware store i have ever been in my life. Staffs are so helpful that you want to go there even you dont have anything to buy.. Price are as same as to homedpot...support our neighborhood local stores like this...cheers to all the good staffs

Great Hardware store. Not only are they competitive with the big chains, they also have a knowledgeable staff. The gentlemen that work in the store actually have some carpentry background unlike home depot.

I always go there. Whatever it's to make a key or to get some paint. The last time I was there I needed to get my wife a new car key . And was very satisfied. I'm going to keep going back.

The service was reliable and to the point I was in and out of the store in 4 mins( I was getting several keys copied I would've been out sooner had I had less keys)

Very helpful. They did not have the exact item I needed but found a substitute that worked. Also prices were much more reasonable than other stores in the area

Best locksmith in this area of queens. These guys know their hardware too! Cant rave enough about this place. Not too many of these around.

It's nice to have prices are double what a Ace would charge. Open late enough for us to be able to get the hardware to hang a TV.
