Saw these neat bikes after getting off the Jazz Dinner boat last night. We asked the cyclist how much were the rides and was told $15. The first time I called, I wanted an idea of where/how far we could go on the bike and was asked to callback when I knew where I wanted go. I was literally asking the gentleman for information. When I called back and provided our location for 7 bikes, we had a large group- I was told the rides were $25 each bike. I asked why was there a $10 difference from what the cyclist provided in front of the steamboat and the guy said "I'm too busy and I don't have time for you tonight" and hung up in my face. Rude customer service! Spend your money accordingly.

I would give less than 1 * if I could, I called and I asked if I could get a ride from the st. Charles area maybe around magazine street from where I can walk around and meet the taxi to my house in Avondale, and the man cut me off after he was talking before I could even speak with somebody else and told me that they don't intersect and he hung up on me before I could even reply. I know which company I will not call again. After a little research I see that it's a bicycle company only but that would have been nice to know instead of just hanging up on me and telling me that my information is incorrect whenever he misconstrued what I told him

One of the best things about the French Quarter is that it is packed with restaurants, voodoo shops, street performers, and art galleries. But after a few hours of enjoying the river view, shopping, dancing to a brass band, and having a drink or two, we were glad to hail a bike taxi for our return to the hotel. Adam rescued us the first night, and the ride was quiet and cooling. We discovered that bike taxi rides are charged by the block, and the blocks are short in the Quarter--but the price was still reasonable

Easy and quick response to get a driver with a call. The person we got was a life saver since our feet were dying from all of the walking around. I don't know how he could carry us while it was so hot, but he was very nice and never complained. He didn't charge us most either, but we have him an extra tip. I definitely recommend this service for getting around NOLA, whether it's too save your feet or because it's easier than finding parking!

I love this company so much that it makes my heart hurt. I've been using this service for years. A very kind man named Paul gave me a very positive and informative ride. I've had other great interactions with men and women of all ages from the red riders, but Paul was the best. Thanks again and if you're smart you'll call them right now for a 2 hour timed ride. They know all the best spots!!

I was a single, female traveler picked up at hotel and taken to get beignets about 9:30 pm. When I got there it appeared to be open but after driver left they shut down and I was left alone to walk, with a bad foot back to my hotel. I was out of cash an called dispatch very upset and frustrated. My driver returned and took me safely back to my hotel. 5 star service!!

We highly recommend using transportation by j Mac she showed us around the French quarter!!! Showed us the original Marie labouves house. She showed us good places to eat and gave us ideas about where to visit the next time we come to New Orleans. We highly recommend using her as your driver around New Orleans. She was so sweet!

I’ve hired them several times on date nights. They will pick you up at your location and either deliver you from point A to B, or inquire about a timed ride. They will take you in a beautiful scenic ride if the French Quarter. I’ve had different drivers and all of them delivered in an amazing experience. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough how much I loved my Pedicab ride. James, my driver, was so much fun. Being a woman alone, I felt extremely safe with him. He even pointed out many cool places, almost like a private tour guide. I highly recommend calling the red company, NOLA Pedicabs :):)

Had a great ride last weekend with Nyx. He was so sweet and kind. We needed another ride so we reached out to him through his cell and we were informed he was fired for something unreasonable. He even helped us find another pedicab. We won’t be riding again if it isn’t Nyx.

This is by far the most reliable pedicab company in New Orleans. I'm always able to get a ride by calling them. They're especially worth taking when there's a lot of traffic, because they can get us to where we're going faster than a car can. I highly recommend them.

Picked up at the Convention Center going to the Renaissance Arts Hotel on Tchoupitoulas. About a 9 block ride and the driver charged us $25 per person ($50 total) for a ride that he went the wrong way. Totally disappointed with the driver, the service and the price.

Bryson told us 14 to ride to bourbon st when we got there said he needed 28 bait n switch bad deal gave him a 20 and he started yelling bad names unbelievable. Don’t use these people this was second time we used him thought he would be happy what a bad organization

My mobility scooter was becoming a hassle trying to explore the French Quarter, so my husband and I locked it up in the car and walked as much as my legs would allow. We stumbled across a NOLA Pedicab and received one of the best

They give you a price per block, never stating it is “per person”. My friend and I were charged $24 dollars EACH for an extremely short ride. Great ride but definitely price gouging. Never again.

I sent a message via their website one evening and received a prompt response the next morning. My parents were thrilled to have dependable transportation in the Quarter on such a hot day.

On thr bike states $5 per personup to 6 blocks, but when we reach the destination, the driver charges $25 per person to go 4 blocks. And then refused to give a receipt!

This is the only way to travel in NOLA!! We love to do tours with them…they made sure to get me to our parade spot on time too. Really appreciate how hard they work!
