I show just show up the blacktown nrma store and waited in line outside the nrma shore with 2 people in front of me. 1st guy was an elderly man about 70 years and the 2nd guy was about 50 years old. The girl at the front was talking the 1st man and was saying he has to use the phone as claims only are only via phone. And all they can do is give him the number to call for claim and is not aloud to come inside to actually speak to a person. The 1st man was grumpy and left. The 2nd man in front of me also had a claim and got told the same thing and he left. Now if I had any problems with my phone and could not reach nrma I would go to the nrma store as well and if I was told to basically go away and use the phone after that I would not be a happy customer. Times are tough but nrma should be helping us not turning us away.

I went there this morning at 9.am the lady at the front service was so cold and not very helpful and she was rude when I said I want to put a complaint about her and that Can you give me your name and she declined and threatened me and said she would call security. I said fine call the security then one of the other ladies came and talked to me who she was more then helpful.All I wanted to do was put in a complaint about the lady at the front.I think I am entitled to have her name so I could put in my complaint.Not all staff at Blacktown branch are like her most of them are helpful and friendly but not this lady I still haven’t got her name but I think she was the only blonde lady. So disappointed with her.

Just sharing my positive experience with NRMA Roadside Assist crew. His name is Thai. I called for flat battery assistance on Tuesday, 11th Oct, as I couldn't start my car at Rooty Hill Station Carpark. Thai came shortly and after his careful investigation, it was not the flat battery issue. It was the worn-out Starter Motor, which he recommended to replace it. Thai then tried very hard manually so that I could start my car engine to drive to a mechanic. I thank Thai for his patience and professionalism.

Opening hours are different then closing hour's time. I went to Blacktown Branch. At 11.30 today then see it's locked.. not any notification or anything else. But still information for Saturday opening hours till open 12 midday.. then come it's closed. This is how NRMa offer service to people's.

Pathetic service. First time claim in 9 years & continuously providing false & misleading information regarding making claims when it’s actually time to test the claim service. Very unprofessional, unethical & unprompted service. Will never use them again.

You can’t hold your clients on the road for two hours, good excuse that you are very busy, why don’t you increase the number of mechanics on the road . If you can’t serve the customers stop giving memberships like lollipop at a high cost.

Staff are very helpful and highly knowledgeable about the right type of insurance cover for your needs at a reasonable price and with 2 claims for accidents I did no cause I received prompt claims benefits within the hour of my claim.

Disappointing with the nrma in blacktown I was really busy had to get home telling me I had to wait 30mins what's going on there you need more staff. I couldn't wait had to paid online but sometimes I like to do my paiding in person.

The lady who served us didn't keep us waiting long at all, and processed our papers relatively quickly. Then that's it, easy international licenses and we were out easily too. They were pretty nice and got everything out of the way.

I am a customer and I went to this place yesterday and I am told they don't deal with claims. We have to call this number 131 123  and the phone call was online more then one hour. I left without any help.

Why have a store? Every time we go to this place we are told they don't deal with what we need in store. We have to call or online, so not helpful.
