Dear NSW highway patrol It is beyond me, as a tax paying NSW resident, that you block me for my simple question asking for the process of how to make a complaint about one of your officers, who was obnoxiously rude and condescending. I attach photo proving that you have blocked my profile. What terms of service or guidelines have I contravened? Is this the standard to expect from the police institution of NSW? Whether on the road, or on the World Wide Web, it is no wonder your reputation as serving the people is degrading year on year. Please explain why you blocked my request for clarification on the complaints process. Thanks

Are there any normal, compassionate people in this area of the NSWPF, that have an education-based approach when completing a vehicle stop where no serious offences have been detected? I know a couple, but guys they're the minority and you're really bringing down the reputation of the rest of the Force amongst the community you serve. Can you work on that please? I have a lot of respect for GD's who do meaningful work, but again, respectfully, please HWP do an honourable job for the public so it's a less 'us and them' mentality which breeds disdain. #roasted

I was not well last Thursday morning and these 3 police person's came to check on me as I was wanting to die they did a great job talking to me until the ambulance arrived as I had taken a cocktail of different pills I want to thank them they are from Belmont police station their names are Sgt Dave, s/C Kate, and constable Aaron thank you very much appreciated for caring I was put in mater hospital and found out my had me on wrong medication so to stay until Monday I am home now and feeling better I will never be able to thankyou enough.

Not at all helpful!!! Wait time is endless and once you do get connected all they say is 'we can't help, not our problem'. Constable Marsh was extremely rude, didn't bother to explain why he pulled us over and ingnored every attempt in us trying to get in touch with him when he himself asked us to come in to review an infringement; 3 trips and still no response; absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable behaviour!

Its is not good to say but today we relaized in australia no one helps you when you breakdown on a freeway m1 near bargo Police came and go without helping as we run out of fuel , the fuel station was 4km away no help and said we cant help you same as with the ambulnce they stopped but didnt help no taxi service here no uber And people say australia a best country

Too many good police and staff at HWP Huntingwood to list, great atmosphere in all the departments, all real proffesionals of their chosen fields .. :)

The only efficient police department in Australia.
