Llegué al local, sólo habían dos trabajadoras. No habia musica en el local, solo un silencio incómodo. Me empezaron a hacer la pedicura y ala vez manicura ( lo cual se veia de lejos que no era buena opción) obviamente me dañaron una uña de la mano y la chica vio que era mejor al acabar la pedicura. La pedicura fue carísima, y ni quiera me recorto bien las puntas laterales de las uñas, ni los callos pequeñitos que se forman, ni me exfolio bien! Es mas me corto dos veces en el pie!!! Lo hacia sin ganas y un minuto. Tenia que retirarme las uñas de gel de las manos y una de ella estaba muy dañada y muy dolorida y le explique 3 veces que tuviera cuidado. Obviamente me cogio la uña como si nada y me hizo daño, a lo que le conteste que por que no tenia cuidado si se lo habia dicho tres veces que porfavor que fuera cautelosa. Simplemente la mirada de asco lo dijo todo. Acabo los otros dedos y con tono soberbio le dijo a su compañera que si quería acabarme ella el servicio y arreglarme la uña. Su compañera una chica Palestina, fue muy amable y cariñosa. A lo que se sento en el sofá y no volvió a mirarme la otra. Le pedí que me recortara las cutículas ya que me habian retirado tidas las uñas y me dijo que eran 20€ más. A lo que le respondí si todos los cortes que me habian hecho (3 mas el tiron de la uña mala) me iba a cobrar por quitarme bien el producto. Ella me respondio que los precios del jefe. Solo quiero decir que todos los salones asiáticos te dan un servicio pésimo, y un trato aun peor. He ido a varios en amsterdam y son todos iguales! Tienen a 1/2 chicas normalmente que no es asiatica Y esa es la única que siempre intenta hacerte sentirte bien Y ser amable. El resto ni uni es capaz de parar de hablar todo el tiempo en su idioma y hacerte sentir incómodo!!! Toda esta broma me costo 72€€!!!!! Increíble

Went in for a basic affordable manicur and left with bleeding cuticles and uneven application. I was charged almost 60€ as they decided to inflate the price on the spot after seeing the high quality manicure I had on my nails (which after 3 weeks was due for a refresh) that I had gotten done at a high end salon elsewhere in the city. They themselves seemed impressed by the quality. And asked how much I had paid. I should never had share the amount. Now after their basic three layer application with shellac stuck to my finger pads and under my nails they were saying somehow they had to charge me 60€ too. No real high quality and no extra powder application like they claimed I came to this spot because it was cheaper and they even stated at first they charge 28€. Now I left with a mediocre manicure paid at the same price as one of the premium salons in the city in Oud Zuid. Now I understand why I should stick with my high quality ladies in Oud Zuid - there I really get what I pay for.

J'y suis alle sur un coup de tete avec une amie pour y beneficier d'une manicure et d'extensions d'ongles acryliques. C'etait la premiere fois que je me faisait les ongles, mon avis peut-etre un poil biaisee puisque novice dans le monde de "l'ongles". Globalement, c'etait plutot agreable, l'esteticienne qui s'occupais de moi a bien suivit les consignes et le nail art que je lui ai demande. Au final, pas trop chere et bien realise, il y a cependant quelqu'un de mes ongles qui ne sont pas exactement de la meme longueur et certains n'etaient pas tres regulier sur le cote. j'y reviendrais cependant. Ps. la photo est prit directement de leur Instagram, ce sont mes ongles.

Alors pour commencer, professionnel pas aimable du tout ! La dame n’était pas douce avec moi, et me faisait très mal. Ongles mal fait, il restait encore des peaux. Faux ongles mal collés ! Et à la fin une dispute a eu lieu elle m’a enfermé à clef, et n’arrêtait pas de me toucher en me poussant. Tout ça parce qu’elle ne prends pas la carte enfait c’était un mensonge elle prend la carte mais la dame ment juste pour avoir de l’espèce. C’est de l’escroquerie. J’aurais dus appeler la police. Cette dame ne mérite pas d’exercer. A fuir !

I got SNS dip, eyebrow shaping and a pedicure gel color change and had such exceptional service that I wanted to leave a 5 star review. Maria was the nail technician and she spoke great English so it was easy for me to tell her my concerns regarding how thin my nails were getting. She took good care of them. The guy who did my eyebrows took his time to make sure they were exactly symmetrical, and he was super respectful and made tea for everyone there. Wish they were in my hometown!

de salon was super onhygiënisch, er lagen nog baart stoppeltjes van de dag(en) daarvoor en over al stof ect. veder was het personeel super ontvrienden lijk en konden ze amper engels, ik heb wel 10x duidelijk gemaakt dat ik acryl wou en die vrouw bleef maar ja knikken maar gaf me vervolgens toch gellak nagels. later vroeg ze er nog €70 voor terwijl op de site stond dat acryl iets van €43 kosten en gellak zelfs nog goedkoper. belachelijk, ik raad iedereen dit totaal niet aan!

I booked a BIAB treatment here and was extremely unsatisfied with every aspect of the experience and service. The woman did not even clean the tools or workspace before starting with my appointment. The space was unhygienic. She was rude and unprofessional and I left feeling uncomfortable halfway into the treatment. Even the other customer in the shop was shocked. I would never recommend this salon when there are so many other great nail salons in Amsterdam.

Bueno por 90€ que me sacaron aparte de hacerme daño en las uñas y sangre. Las uñas mal estructuradas y encima solo gel por si no te hacían bastante daño. Había una de ellas que perfecto pero la que me toco horrible lo siento estudie uñas y en España estas uñas las pago a 10€ y encima el dibujo ni se esforzaron pero si me lo cobraron. 5/5 for the manicure & pedicure job by Jade. She was super friendly and did a great job! Why 3/5 then? I had a confirmed appointment for 11.30am, but it was around 11.50 when finally someone showed up and opened the salon. I just waited, as I had travelled far for the appointment. They didn't notify about the delay neither apologize for it.

I have been here a couple of time and the service is always great. The people that work here answered all my questions and always offered me something to drink. They also make there is music playing in the background which makes the place very relaxing. The prices are very good and they have many colors and different type of nail polishes.

I did pedicure and biab in this place it was so good experience and i was very happy they give for me drinks and sweet, the women was so helpful and they did nice nails and they take care about all the details, the price was so normal in Amsterdam, they fully booked, so it's meaning they are so professional, try this place

Ik was in de veronderstelling dat een spa manicure iets meer zou zijn dan alleen je nagels knippen. Dan is 20 euro wel aan de prijs en ze heeft 3 keer in mijn vingers geknipt. Ik zag pas later, toen de olie weg was, hoe ongelijk mijn nagels zijn geknipt. Dit is absoluut geen aanrader.

Paar weken terug ben ik geweest voor het verwijderen van mijn gellak + nieuwe gellak. Er is een te dikke laag van mijn nagels afgevijld (was niet nodig) en daarna is gellak heel slordig aangebracht. Heeft snel losgelaten daarna. Ik ga hier niet meer naar toe.

I had an appointment, but 5 people showed up at the same time and it was a mess. People working there want to fit as many people as they can, so obviously my nails were not well made. One good thing is that they charged me only 14€ by mistake...

Don't go here! I asked them to remove my gel polish. The girl who helped me has no idea what she's doing. She used a very tough electric file and cut all my nails super short. Also you need to pay €2 extra when paying with a card.

Lynn is such an amazing artist, she works clean and neat and suggested me the best French manicure set ever. I will recommend Lynn to everyone, if they want a beautiful set that is being done by care go to this salon!
