Take heed I don't want it to be someone else PLEASE PLEASE I'm so grateful God covers !I've been going here for years and got good cars from here "

If I could give this damn place a zero, I would. The lack of communication is sickening, and not keeping customers updated is disgusting. I secured an appointment for 12/4/23 at 1:45 pm for my car service. I was informed that I can track my vehicle progress in real-time using a vehicle tracker. Unfortunately, I had to contact my service provider because I didn’t know what was going on with my car. At approximately 4:30 pm, I texted the service provider, Hector, who told me my car still had not seen a tech. I scrambled to find a way to get a rental car to return to work for the next day. I am beyond frustrated with this company. On 12/5/23, my car had been there for 24 hours, and I still hadn’t received any updates on what was happening. I contacted the service provider and was informed that they are still looking for a tech to service my car. After speaking with the service manager, Sean, he informed me that he is short of staff right now and will need another day to get my car serviced. I told them that I would be picking up my car. I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, and the valet man informed me that he needed to jumpstart my car. Now, I am puzzled because I am confused as to why my car needs to be jump started when my car has no issue with the battery. The man explained why he needed to jumpstart my car, which was a lie. Furthermore, I noticed a part missing from my door handle that was there upon arrival. All of a sudden, this piece was taken off my door. I contacted the service department, and the ladies working there were unprofessional and rude. She claimed she would have the service manager call me, but I never received a call.

- I was told that my car would be ready on 12/18, it is now 12/27 - Diagnostics were done on my vehicle and it was stated that the issue was my fuel pump. However, when the fuel pump was placed on my vehicle it was still not working, so they needed to order a FPCU. - The FPCU was ordered on 12/19 and arrived on 12/20. However, the technician who was working on my car, was out that day, which in turn delayed my car from being worked on. - On 12/21 I followed up AGAIN, only to find out that the FPCU that was ordered was incorrect and did not fit my vehicle and they would have to reorder. However, due to the holiday, it would not arrive until after Christmas. - It is now after Christmas and I have not received an update on my vehicle, my car's status via the link went from Service back to Inspection and has not moved. I texted the number for an update yesterday 12/26 with no response. - I called today and my advisor is out of the office, returning tomorrow and I was told by the woman on the phone that no one else could assist me in my advisor's absence. - Additionally, I have been communicating with GMC, as they have a program to possibly assist with my repairs but they have also been unable to get in contact with anyone at the dealership. This has been an inconvenience, as I was looking to use my car for a holiday trip and there have been no apologies offered and/or compensation for the mistakes or lack of urgency.

This shop is truly the worst iv ever dealt with in my whole life... I bought my car from them in 2017 brand new.... as the years gone by I took it to them for that last oil change before corvid. They told me I need pistons... So I'm like how do you need piston and I'm not experiencing no problems period. All i wanted was a simple oil change and they were trying to get extra money from me seeing as how GMC actually had recalls on there new Malibu because of some up dated software issues, so soon after i was told of that I picked up my car and never came back and keep in mind at that time I only had 60K on the dash because i would drive out of time often. I brought my car back to them in Sep 2023 for a possible trade in. They only wanted to give me 2000 because my light was on meaning my service engine light. I told him i needed a throttle body which was already in the trunk in the box and i paid 175 for it from them and there like well! we would have to charge you 2000 just to fix it. I'm like 2000 to take off 3 screws and snap off the old unit and put 3 screws back on to do a total 20 minute or less job. I'm like nope I'm good. despite my many miles on this car ranging from about 240k , This shop is a mess and only a sucker would do what there dong to make money on the back end. Never would i go to them and have stopped buying parts from them since 2019 altogether

I purchased my first Buick in December 2018. The subcompact Encore Essence is my first SUV as well. It's a different driving experience for me. The car has a smooth feel that makes it a joy to drive. The key-less entry and startup are two of the technological advances that I'm especially enjoying. And although my consultant, Isaac Houston, walked me through the plethora of bells and whistles that the Encore Essence has, he assured me that I can return with any issues I may have. Trust-I will be taking him up on this offer. The free car washes are a plus given Chicago will have the good fortune of 40° weather for a week in December and I'm looking forward to my return visit to the dealership to receive this extra service. When I initially came into Rogers Auto Group I was interested in the Hyundai Kona but I was open to see what vehicle options were available there. Isaac Houston drove me to the various lots of cars so I was able to see I had quite a choice in both used and new cars. Isaac listened when I explained what I needed driving in Chicago snow and ice, so I got All Wheel Drive! I am looking forward to winter instead of dreading it for a change. I credit Isaac Houston and Rogers Auto Group for their assistance and patience. And the car is so pretty.

Steer clear of this place. Do yourself a favor and drive out to locations in the burbs. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had servicing my Genesis. I dropped my car off for a minor repair on a broken door lock. They said they would repair the lock the next day, ended up sitting at the dealership without them working on it for three weeks. They didn’t call or provide any updates and when I tried to call it would go straight to voicemail and occasionally they would pick up and hang up immediately. I ended up just giving up on the repair and went in to pick up the car. They refused to let me take the car home because none of mechanics were in that day. Ended up having to come back the next day and demanded that they release my car. Waited five hours until they finally released the car. Of course the work wasn’t done so I still had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Absolute disaster and throughout the whole experience everyone in the sales department and shop was extremely unhelpful and acted like I was being unreasonable for simply wanting to take my car home

I usually never write a review but I had the need to write it for this place. I took my vehicle for service this morning and asked to check and do a rotation on my tires and everything else because I sometimes do deliveries and just wanted to be sure everything was working properly. I get out and felt my vehicle a bit funny. Got home and my daughter notice my tire getting low. I told her it wasn’t possible because it was just checked at the auto shop. We went to run some errands and got a flat tired!! The frustration and time we went through to get it towed to a place to get it fix. Now I won’t have my car for next day for school and work. Another thing, we looked for the tire key in my vehicle and realized I had it in my house so it was never in my vehicle, which means they didn’t do a tire rotation because they didn’t have the key for the tires!!!!! I will not be taking my car for service at this place again!!!! gave it a star to be able to write a review but if it was for me I would give no star to this place!!!

My wife and I have purchased a few pre-owned cars from Rogers Auto and looking to trade in our Elantra. Before going in, we spoke with Susie and Alex. Not only were they professional, but helpful, and emailed us the application to start the process. We are so thankful because we have crazy schedules, and the whole car buying process can take all day. Anything to lessen the wait time and get things started is terrific. Our sales guy is Allen Washington, and the one who assisted with the finance part is Manny Moreno. Both are awesome! Not only do we highly recommend coming to Rogers Auto, but to also work with Allen and Manny. They are the dynamic duo-incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and answered all questions, easing not only our minds but our pocket as well. Thank you to the Rogers Auto Team for once again putting us in another vehicle and making our experience one of the best!

This is the worst treatment I've ever had dealing with a car. This car has given me problems since day 1. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Malibu in 2018; the car was two years old with 30k miles. To anyone, it would be a reasonably new car, but there were so many issues with this car I couldn't understand. Finally, in 2023 now, the vehicle has fully broken down. Chevy has not offered to help nor put me into a loaner car until I figure this out; they are asking for 3k to fix the issue. Not to mention, I was told by Sean, who works at the dealership, that the make and model had many defaults that year. I suggest to anyone looking to buy a car DO NOT BUY WITH CHEVY; trust me, go to Nissan. You will get better service and a better car with your money. At this point I have called BBB and will be seeking a lawyer. Do not waste your money with them and to top it off theyre rude.

I'm re-posting my review as I'm not sure if the 1st one was successful. I am a 4 time customer at Rogers Auto with my most recent purchase being in September 2018. I had an excellent experience. My salesman Gary was very helpful, professional, and polite. Gary worked hard to get me a good deal. I would highly recommend Gary for your car purchase. I also had an opportunity to meet Mark the owner/manager and he was also very friendly and helpful. I;d gotten into a difficult situation with another car dealership and had to return to Rogers. Both Mark and Gary welcomed me back. Based on my experience I feel that Mark the owner, Gary, and team really do care about providing customers with high quality services. I will definitely recommend Rogers Auto and return for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks again Gary, Mark, and Team

We have been looking for an SUV, particularly the 2022 Tucson Hybrid for weeks and in today’s market that has been tough. They are literally sold as soon as they get in. Rogers had one and Darrel was our salesman. I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience buying a car. Darrel was honest, upfront about everything, and all-around a great guy. His knowledge of all types of cars was similarly impressive. Additionally, everyone who worked there was friendly and honest and seemed genuinely happy for us for getting the car we wanted. We ended up staying until well past 9pm to finalize the transaction and everyone who worked there made sure to stop and congratulate us before leaving. We have been dealing with so many dealers and Rogers is the best. Do yourself a favor and stop here first.

My experience was great! This was a stressful start of the week with my car being down and my kid's bday in a few days. I needed my car to finish prepping and grabbing things for her party. Today, this team has turned everything around for me. Everyone was so nice and professional! L.T. from the GMC service side was AMAZING. He's truly a gentleman and communicated with me during the time I was waiting for my vehicle to finish repairs. He made sure to check for everything. I worked directly with Darrel to buy my first vehicle, and he couldn’t have made the experience better. I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn’t play the usual car salesman game of putting me in a car that’s thousands of dollars over my price range. He was fair, he was honest, and even talked me through questions of insurance, repairs, etc. He really made an important effort to make sure I felt safe in my decision, and empowered to be making it. The service was excellent, and the staff there really worked with me to make sure we could come to a middle ground. I would highly recommend Darrel, especially if you’re new to the car buying game. Thank you, Rogers, for making this process a lot less stressful than it was at other dealerships!

I want to make it clear that this review is strictly for Rapheal! I have purchased cars from him along with a friend and family member and he has always been great! Rapheal gets to know you as a customer and tailors the car buying process to your needs. Each time we have been very happy with our purchase. Back in February, I needed a car to be able to get good mileage and drive far to see my mom who was in a physical rehab. Rapheal knew the personal situation and would not stop searching for the perfect used car that would be dependable and give great gas mileage. Took my vehicle in the other day for the complimentary oil change/tire rotation. Ask the service advisor to check my temperature gauge display there was a message saying Ads Off for some reason. They said they would check it out. After I was told my vehicle was finished, I get inside, start her up, no oil change sticker on the inside window, the Ads Off message is still in the temperature gauge display, and the vehicle was not washed. There's nowhere on this company's website to get a hold of the service manager so I had to go thru the online representative to air my grievance. Makes me wonder since now Napleton is now the owner instead of Rogers that their service has severely diminished.

It's a nice looking dealership but I was heavily misinformed just to be brought in. I called in for a used Chevy and a gentleman told me it was not ready and had some issues that needed to be fixed and it hadn't gone though a check yet. I accepted and move on to other dealers but then they called me back a week later saying that the vehicle was ready and that it had gone though a check with no issues. I had the misfortune to come in to test the car only to hear very concerning loud sounds throughout the car and it was a mess. In reality the car had not gone though a check and I wasted my time. Very disingenuous and very deceiving. Thank you Ahmad baine for the misinformation.

I had a terrible experience with the service department this month. My mechanical issue was resolved, but that was negated by the poor communication (I had to initiate a phone call every day to get an update on my car, even though I was promised a return call each time). The repair dragged over a weekend, and when I picked my car up on Monday, I found that someone had gone through my glove box and console. Items were on the floor of the passenger side or thrown in the back, and my garage card was taken. Although I requested to speak to the service manager, he did not come out after 10 mins, and I had to leave. I left two voicemails the following day that were never returned.

My wife and had a great experience shopping with Rogers Auto Group as we purchased our new car (2022 Hyundai Tucson). Working with Dan (Nino) was a breeze and he made the process very easy in the midst of a time when cary buying has become incredibly hectic, due to demand. Not only was Rogers Auto Group one of the only dealerships within an hour and half of us that even the car we wanted to buy, but Dan was also knowledgeable and helpful with every question we had about the car. Having shopped around for financing prior to coming in, the rate they were able to offer me was also the lowest I'd come across anywhere else. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car here again!

I had the worst experience at this place. They are very unprofessional, they charge these ridiculous prices to fix your car. Not only do they keep your car longer than the time they tell you they need to service it. They don’t call you back to follow up on the progress that is being made to your vehicle. The employees need to be retrain on customer service. They asked me to trade my car in to give me a car that has giving me problems since I traded my old car in. This place is beyond the worst place to get a car from. Word of advice go to a dealership that have great customer service and know how to call and give updates and more because this place is a rip off.

I went with my mom to buy a new car for the first time. We went in and were promptly greeted by Russell, a phenomenal representative. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and made the process very easy to understand. He was very forthcoming with valuable info on the car which made us more confident to buy. His manager was also very personable and humorous. It's a nice touch that the dealership offers free coffee/hot chocolate as well as some free food when available. Russell even took the car to fill it up on gas when we were about to drive off the lot without noticing. I would definitely return if I'm buying a car they sell.

I recently worked with Wally. It was actually our second time purchasing a car at Rogers Auto and we had a great experience the first time around with Wally that we came back and made sure to ask for him. He has the experience and knowledge to handle any transaction and I always felt that he gave great advice. I highly recommend Roger’s Auto group. This is the 2nd time buying a car there plus I referred a friend. I was assisted by Danny M. who was very helpful and very patient with me as I am very picky. Danny went back and forth with the bank several times to crunch numbers until I was satisfied with what I had. Daniel Nino I am beyond grateful, I appreaciate everything you and your team did for me. I had originally gone to two other dealerships & they were leaving me feeling hopeless and stressed. They were trying to give me an 8% APR and they were low balling me on my trade. The engine on my BMW was done! Daniel Nino got me $2,000 more for my trade and got me a 3.5% APR to help out with the negative equity! I was $13,900 upside down and these guys made it happen!!! The laziness is amazing with their service department, they'll leave cars sitting for days before they even touch it to start service on them, and will drain the warranty on your vehicle. Shawn is a no good supervisor and so is Dwayne, Oscar is the worst advisor there so good luck if he is in charge of your vehicle, he'll reject your calls and straight up ignore you for days , worst dealership in town, recommend getting a car elsewhere, they'll probably even give you better warranty then this place, the new owners are a joke, they reduced the miles of warranty on the cars

Just would like to say Horrible service department in the back purchase tires on my 2018 Malibu purchase vehicle when it was new at this Location,Finally needed to replace my tires when they did replace them they broke two value stem after tire replacements and didn't even try to replace them. Next Overcharge on parts have had few other problems this my second car from this location and the last. My Recommendation do not shop your Purchase a vehicle at this location unprofessional and bad work ethic.

I worked with Allen to buy a 2018 Jeep Renegade I saw online. He impressed me from step one because he listened. I mean truly listened. I had my own financing and unlike other dealers he didn’t try to get me to finance through the dealership so they could hit my credit a bunch of times with empty promises.
