This was a disaster from the beginning. We were hoping to try out cabs at BNA and see if they were comparable to Ubers & Lyfts, but if they operate anything like Nashvegas cabs - they are a TOTAL scam! Our driver first told us “we only go downtown”, then gave us a hard time about having 2 suitcases at an airport pickup. After we pulled out of the garage, she stopped in the middle of the road and told us a 10 mile cab would be $60 - which she then kept driving and trying to calculate on her phone to show us without saying where any of the numbers came from. The meter starting at $9 is a standard fare according to the airport sign, but 10x$2.50 and a $2 person charge still would have been $36. My fiancée saw the driver check the price of Ubers for our route and then tried to break standard fare pricing. By the end of the drive, she had gone back up to $55 because we were going 2 miles off Broadway, but closer to the airport - so she told us that it is X dollars from the airport to downtown, and we were 3 miles from downtown so she added onto the baseline Broadway service. This didn’t make any sense as our destination was less mileage than the Broadway baseline, and she refused to show us on her maps that it was indeed 15 miles that she was basing her pricing on. The driver then struggled to make change after telling us it would be an extra $10 to pay by card, so we ended up having to pay more than originally agreed upon!

Caught a cab from airport at the stand. As soon as we got into the cab and told him where we were going (it costs $7.00 as soon as you get in) he immediately started complaining about having to take us to our hotel. "I make no money" .. "We can get out and get another one".." No, but you have to understand I have to make money, this is no money".. again.. "We can get out and get another one", This went on all the way to the motel. When we arrive, he does not even offer to open the back to let us have our stuff. I shoved $20 in his hand for his $12 dollar fare. He still does not open the back, I finally do and grab our luggage out. He said, as he was standing at the side of the van "I was going to help you", .." No you weren't, you didn't even move from the side to open the back end" with 2 70+ elderly people with me, one needing a wheelchair to walk over about 30'. He was the MOST RUDE driver I have EVER met. The motel told us that they did EVERYBODY that way that they brought to the Red Roof Inn. Only reason we even needed them was because our flight was late so we missed the shuttle. I will NEVER use them again. I had actually called another company who told us to go downstairs to the cab area. The other company that picked us up to take us there were nothing but wonderful. TN Cab I believe. I emailed the company to which I received NO REPLY. Figures.

On 03/17/18,, @ 10:17am, I called Nashvegas cab and talked to Shelby whom had cab#152 pick me up @ 11:40am and take me downtown from Harding place which turned out to be 8.1 miles & cost me $20 even. I called back to same company for a ride home at 4:30pm from same drop off location from previous ride and got in cab#115 with a Haitian driver whom took me around in circles then south to Harding place after I asked him wear he was going and waisting my time and money, he replies he was taking me the fastest route and thought that I was from out of town.. Which I'm defenitly not!!! It cost me $35 to drop me off on Harding place in the same spot! I called the main office @ 5:42am the following morning for a $15 refund and a rude white guy answered, whom assured i will not get a refund and hung up in my face! These people are robbers! And I'm reporting you to the city, & BBB, also am going to (invest) in having you guys investigated and on the news, Along with a massive group of friends whom apparently experienced the same thing! Watch And Jonathan> Marketing Manager,, better get back with me withen the next week before me and 96 other people stand outside your property to entertain a boycott, facebook friends are already responding massively on my behalf against your company.

Unless you guys collect IPhones from your visitors/tourists for a living.......I feel like it is really messed up that a company who advertises the city of Nashville on their cabs has the ability to do business here when we just tracked our friends phone down to the Kroger parking lot in Northlake Village. Not one but two cabs were parked here similar to a drop zone for what appears to be an inside job. Pretty sure Koger won’t be ok with you guys leasing their land for criminal activity?? I am a business owner and after multiple conversations, I am appalled at the lack of respect for this situation. We could and will be contacting the police with our videos, voice recordings and iPhone records, but we did give the owner a chance to make everything right. Just disappointed at the way this business handled this incident. Please DO NOT DO Business with this company!!!! Unfortunately I am fairly new to the city of Nashville but I am pretty sure that so far the amazing individuals that we have come across would not stand and will not stand for this!! Thanks for standing up in this.

I was traveling for work and received this cab at the airport to take me to my hotel in downtown Nashville. I confirm credit card payment was allowed prior to departure. The cab driver was nice, but upon arrival, the credit card machine was not working. I sat for 15 minutes while he tried and tried again. He then called the main line and explained the issue and the representative on the other end told him he would have to wait because she was talking to a board member (not sure what that means). I was given his phone and sat on hold for five minutes before he hung up and redialed. He seemed frustrated too. This issue was wasting his work time. She answered with a bit of frustration but then took my credit card info and charged me no problem after being in the cab for over 20 mins at the hotel. She took my email and guaranteed a receipt but I have yet to receive one and nobody ever picks up the phone. Steer clear of this company!!

The issue I had below was resolved after speaking with the person in charge. At first I rated this company one star, but because the person in charge was so helpful, I changed my rating to three stars. I was forced to take this cab company instead of an Uber and I am mad that I did. I showed the driver the address of where I wanted to be taken. He said he knew where it was and did not need to put it into his GPS. I wanted to go to Long Ave. and he took me to Long Boulevard. Long Boulevard was all the way on the opposite side of town. It has been four days since my trip and I have still not been refunded. The company explained to me three times that they would get back to me. This was the only trip that I have taken with this cab company, however, based on this one experience I would avoid using NashVegas Cab.

Horrible experience. Called to confirm they could take me 90 miles to my destination from BNA and they said yes. Called back again the morning of my arrival to double check it was booked and they said yes and not to worry. The woman was very rude when I asked where to meet the cab and she said you just have to look. I called once I landed and was once again met with such a rude response and was told to go to the taxi bay where there “10 cars waiting and I could just go up to one and mention my booking.” There was only one car and he refused to take me despite my confirmed reservation and would not help me find another cab. A nice cab driver helped me out but abysmal service. The driver was so rude.

Got on one at the airport. I usually use Uber or Lyft but I wanted to get a receipt for work purpose and my work card didn’t go through the Uber app so decided to hop on a cab thinking this industry prob regained its integrity in order to compete with Uber/Lyft. Nope. Lady charged $2 extra for credit card usage, didn’t want me to use the credit card machine in the car but instead wanted me to use the one attached to her own phone...suspicious. Complained the whole drive how going into the downtown is such a hassle. Then maybe don’t pick up people from the airport where a lot of people are probably headed to downtown area??! So yeah, Uber and Lyft will keep thriving/surviving imo.

In Nashville from north of the border and went to Grand Old Opry as part of total Nashville experience and ran into the most rude ripoff artist driving Nashvegas Cab Unit #39. Asked for quoted price at the Opry for trip back to our Air bnb in Antioch and was quoted $30...cab pulled up to our place and we were confronted with inflated $39 fee plus additional $3 fee for additional passenger fee..(duh didn't pickup anyone else) Doors were locked when we argued about quoted price vs new charges. If and when we return to Nashville we will never use Nashvegas Cab and don't recommend it to anyone...

If you use NashVegas cab, do NOT use a credit card. I attempted to use an AMEX card for a $50 charge ($37 ride charge plus $13 tip). The card reader said card was "Declined," which would be impossible. Instead of using a different card, I just gave the driver $50 cash. I decided to follow up with AMEX to see if the charge went through. It did indeed go through, so $100 paid for a ride from airport to downtown hotel. I disputed the $50 charge through AMEX and NashVegas is refusing to cooperate. Wisely, the next time I used UBER for my ride back from the hotel to airport. You have been warned.

Driver ripped us off. Avoid. Charged $38 for what was supposed to be an $12 fare. When questioned he was adamant that there was a $30 flat fee to go anywhere around the airport plus a $2 charge per passenger. The sign at taxi stand said $9.50 flat fee fee plus $2 a passenger. Two stars(vice 1) because the company’s customer service rep was friendly and helpful in verifying that the driver was wrong and that we can dispute the credit charge with no contest from them. BNA Airport to Fairfield Inn and Suites at Nashville airport. 1.4 miles for $38.40. Driver 9024. Cab 12. 830pm on 19Sep2022.

Hey Nashvegas Cab you all need to check the blinker fluid level in Cab 110. Nashvgas Cab Dodge #110 Lic Plate# L06457 Lime Green decided to cut me off driving up I-65 in the Madison/Goodlettsville area on 7.31.19. Never used his/her blinker and just merged into my lane with complete disregard for any other drivers or the traffic flow. This cab company reminds me of the cabs from yesteryear in NYC. Like many have said in previous comments, you are probably safer in an Uber or Lyft with a perfect stranger than using Nashvegas cab service. If I could have given zero stars I would have

We ordered a taxi for 3:10 am by calling and reserving over the phone. They took the reservation and said we were set...no comment about the fact that they don't have a driver available at that hour of the morning. Pick up time came and went and I called only to find out from the morning dispatcher that she had just come on duty. She saw my reservation but didn't have any drivers so she gave me the phone number of another cab company. If you are in Nashville and need an early morning ride to the airport, call Yellow Cab, call Lyft, don't call NashVegas Cab!

It was 345am and I had called a taxi from NashVegas. They said it would be 10 min. 30 minutes went by so I called again. The person that answered the phone said they got news that I was picked up. I was not. Soooo waited another 20 minutes for another Cab that they said was on the way. It was now 5am and nothing. So I called one more time and she said there was a cab within 5 minutes of me. I waited until 545 and then called back and said cancel everything and I just used uber. I was told NashVegas was reliable. I would like to rate 0 stars if possible.

I'm disabled and in a powerchair. I've been having problems getting to my Drs appointments and to testing etc. This company was asked could they take me & they said yes. They called in advance to let me know about what time they'd be here. Then they called when about 10 to 15 mins away. The driver was friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. Made the trip go by faster. He got me to my Drs appointment with time to spare. He waited for me to get done and then brought me home. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. My blind husband got charged 70 dollars for a 4 mile ride on Friday night and the owner says they can charge whatever they want. Of course he didn’t get the cab number he is blind. The owner said because they are independent contractors they can set their own rate and charge you whatever they want. They should put this on their website. This company should be out of business. And come to find out the ride had been paid for and then he paid again. Wow 70 dollars for a 4 mile ride.

I called 2 days ahead of my flight and requested a ride at 730am to get to the airport. I called the day before to confirm that they had my reservation. The driver called me at 7:24am to tell me he was on his way and would be there at 8am - I'd risk missing my flight. Apparently dispatch never bothered to call him ahead of time so that he could get to my pickup point in time. Absolute waste of time and made the morning incredibly stressful while I rushed to find another ride literally last minute

This was honestly the best cab I’ve ever taken. The operators Karya and Ruby(ka) were so kind and even went above and beyond to secure me a cab. Then the taxi came earlier than than the eta. The driver complimented me with respect and even paid off my student loans!!. He looked familiar but I couldn’t put my finger on who he was but he was so sad so I told him to never give up and keep working. Now I find out he’s Barack Obama the very first black president. Overall 10/10 ride

SHOCKING. Driver charges 20 dollars for 8 dollar ride, refuses to sign receipt, gives blank receipt for another company, then when I calmly say that it's fine, that i'll take pic of cab licence, he opens the boot to impede photo. Then says "really? Really??" Company promises to suspend driver for the night, but won't refund. When I insist and say that negative reviews in various forums/sites will be left as a result (democracy), he hangs up and refuses to answer calls. Scum.

I booked a last minute cab at midnight for 4:30am on a Sunday morning for a emergency flight home, I made an account and booked online, driver was 5 minutes early and called to let me know he arrived. Picked me up out front the loft. He was very polite and kind, he took me straight to SW Nashville Airport and was very quick. Knew exactly where to drop me off and helped me find where to go through all the construction. 10/10 will use again if I come back to Nashville!

The guy who we spoke with prior to getting into the van was extremely rude. He offered to put our luggage in the trunk, so we got inside and before he was done putting the luggage away, he remarked that he puts luggage away for tip money... We never asked him to put the luggage away. We were so put off by this comment, but my mom tipped him $6 anyway, which was far too generous. We will NEVER use this company again and don’t recommend anyone to do so.

Don’t ever, ever call a cab from this company. Waited for 40 minutes when I needed to get to the Music Coty Convention Center and at first they said on its way, then it’s very close, then the dispatcher informed me that he had no contact with the driver except for dispatching him. Got there late, had to walk dressed up and according to hotel they never came. This company is the perfect example of why Uber and Lyft are thriving.

Our group was originally told a price of $25 to get home by our driver, but after we got in the cab he decided to change it to $35. After some arguing we agreed on $30+tip but once we arrived at our house he gave himself a 5 dollar tip and said "I assumed you'd at least tip me five dollars", clearly he didn't understand how tipping is supposed to work. Unprofessional and terrible service. I will be taking an Uber next time.

NashVegas Cabs took me from the Nashville airport to Fort Campbell. When I was to return, I used the app to schedule my ride to the airport the evening prior to my flight. I received a call to verify an hour before my pick up time and he was 10 minutes early. Both drivers were friendly, professional, and courteous.I recommende this company based on price, service and professionalism.

I was picked up downtown and I asked to be dropped off in Bellevue. Abraham almost took out two people and a vehicle as he whipped the minivan around on the middle of broadway. I made him pull over immediately and after a confrontation, he finally gave up his ID. I called the number listed and I was laughed at and I told to call the supervisor tomorrow. Stay away from this company!!

This company is dishonest. Driver of cab #100 agreed to $25 for a 11 min drive. On arrival to our destination, he swiped our card for $65 when he thought we weren’t looking. When confronted, he swiped our card again for $45 without our consent. This company targets women and extorts them for money. We attempted to call the company without any answer. Be safe and take an Uber.

We waited for over 2 1/2 hours for their driver or drivers to show up and after 3 phone calls they never showed They will straight up lie to you and tell you they are on their way but DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! Posted price says $25 flat rate to opreyland. Driver charged us additional $5 per person vs the $1 posted. I inquired and he argued that was the rate. When i said that's not what the sign says he said it "18 miles away". It was less than 10. A 15 min taxi cost usalmoat $40. Stick with uber next time. And they wonder why uber and lyft are edging them out SMH.

Picked us up from Broadway for an 8 minute ride. Driver put in North instead of South and then took his phone off the dock in order to hide it. I caught him halfway and told him to turn around. He then tried to charge us extra for "giving him the wrong address" when I pressed him he caved and dropped the extra fee. Do not fall for this scam.

I called last night at 445 to get a cab from my hotel at 530 was told one would be there and I again confirmed 530. When it was 539 I called to check on the cab and was told “no one had picked up our route”. It made us very late to a concert we paid a lot of money to see!!! Was very upset on how it was handled!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I lost my wallet and one of their cabs during the CMA music Festival this year. I thought ALL was lost I couldn't remember which taxicab I lost it in nor the person's name. A month and a half later when I finally checked my mailbox and there is my wallet. Everything in it as well money,credit card, debit card, and drivers license.

Rude, obnoxious drivers who feel they have the right away with no concern for safety, pedestrians, or traffic. Drivers will literally try to squeeze thru traffic with no concern for people or other vehicles. Obviously company training, since I had this same experience with 3 cabs around the Opry Mall within 10 minutes.

Beware of cab driver #27. Very rude and drives like he's drunk. He has a shaved head and looked to be of Indian ethnicity. I don't understand how he's allowed to drive for this company or even has a driver's license to begin with. He's nuts. Stay away from this company and the crazies they hire.

Charged me $20 to go five blocks. Never turned on the meter and drove like a mad man. My hotel hailed cab number 7 for us off of the street. Since the meter wasnt turned on I'll assume he told the company he charged us 4 or 5 dollars and pockets the rest. I recommend not using them.

Waited outside in the cold for the cab that was scheduled and after 30 minutes I call and they say it’s still 15 minutes away. So I ended up late for work because apparently you should schedule your cab for an hour sooner than you actually need it. Now I remember why I use Uber

Driver tried to charge 30 bucks to go a block the. Blamed it on traffic. Ended up charging 20 bucks and made me tip. Worst cab service!!! Use Uber!! This was a very unpleasant experience driver almost hit another car, slamming on brakes, would not recommend.
