I went to them just to get my tires balanced. First of all what I noticed and do not like at all when the mechanic gets into my car with greasy hands and not covering the leather seat. I watched him all the tie through the window in the waiting room. The first thing he did was popping the hood. He then played on the front tires. After a few minutes he talked to the owner (I assume he was) and he came up to me and said there is nothing wrong with the tires and I should follow the mechanics so that he can show me the reason why my steering wheel is shaking. He played on the right wheel again. I thought quickly to myself, let’s play their game and asked what is wrong. He said the rack and pinion and also the tie rods need to be replaced. Wow, I thought, very quick diagnosis. That is like you are going to the doctor telling him you have a sore throat and he makes a diagnosis just with looking at you. I asked then for an estimate. The owner called for prices for the parts. He said that they have them in their own warehouse in stock. Of course, for their own prices. He handed me then a printout with $1,304.00 for the repairs and parts!!!! That was the biggest scam I’ve seen in a while from a local business. First of all they did not what I was in for. Balancing! Second, if the rack and pinion is not leaking, there is no need for replacement. The only think what needed to replace were the inner tie rod bushing. The only thing they were right was on the outer tie rods. I do all car repairs by myself, but some like balancing or wheel alignment cannot do. I replaced the bushings and outer tie rods incl. tie rod sleeves by myself for $140. So, if you have too much money and you do not care about, visit them! Big local Scammer!

This place is just awful please go somewhere else. I had brought my car towed in because the car was not starting up. Right when I brought it in they had advised me it was a battery issue, then all of a sudden they said it was a belt issue, then they said it was an engine censor issue, they kept saying it was one thing after another. They let me know it would be ready in 2 days, but it wasnt. I kept calling every single day and they kept saying they were waiting on parts, or that the owner wasn't in and no one else can work on my car, or they were too busy and couldn't get to my car. Keep in mind I had prepaid to have my car immediately because that is the only transportation I had. They didn't even offer me a rental, or try to help me in anyway. They didn't even bother or acknowledge the fact I needed this car really bad. Finally after them doing whatever they want and not getting my car done in 2 days like they said they would, I took a day off and went in I told them they had said 2 days and it's now been a week. Well the owner came in because I kept complaining over and over that they kept switching their stories. He did my car literally in a hurry in front of me. Once I got my car back the tensoner belt ended up snapping off, because they did not tighten it like they were supposed too. I waited a week for nothing, because once I got my car back it was beyond worse within minutes of me driving it and I don't have time to keep going and spending money on a shop that doesn't know what they are doing. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT HERE!!! I spent over $1,300 and waited a week for nothing. This place is beyond a rip off!! I now warn my patients, family, and friends to not come here.

Very horrible experience , if you take your car up there with multiple things needed to get fixed or checked out just go somewhere else. This place honestly do what ever the f.. they want to do , check whatever they want to check, then fix whatever they want to fix then charge you a high ass labor charge . Not only charge you for it but doesnt go over what they are or will charge you for even when you ask, so you can make your decesion whether or not you are willing to go through with the services . On top of that they know they should lay out what they will do how much it cost . Like lets say I need my oil change done and my breaks checked . I would ask how much "oh its around 250." I say okay but just do my oil and i'll see about my breaks but instead they go ahead and check my breaks then charge a labor fee like what tf man . I asked you to just do my oil and i will SEE about the breaks. They are just the worst. Honestly very not pleased and will not ever come back .

Jason is a very rude and unprofessional guy. He quoted 1 amount over the phone then once service was over, it was over $120 extra from what he stated the repairs would be. We were the 1st customers since we arrived at 8am, and Jason allowed several customers after us to get service before our vehicles. There were several pple waiting for him to get off of personal phone call, which he spoke on speaker phone and everyone in the lobby cld hear...he was told several times that there were several customers waiting to be checked out or seen...he had all of us waiting for him to end his personal phone call for over 15mins. Once my cars was finished, the service techs misplaced (1) of the key fobs...Jason's response was " well it's in the car somewhere, we don't need it now". I spent over $1300 at this shop and was treated like trash. I WON'T BE RETURNING OR REFERRING. I hate businesses like this...BEWARE OF BEING TREATED UNKINDLY AND HANDLED LIKE TRASH.

Just Don’t. I’ve stuck this place out for years, even through management changes, simply because of convenience. Even though it’s down the street, I’ll gladly go further to get some honesty. Every time I go to this place there is a mistake. The past several times they have not listened to what I want in my car, and have taken the more expensive route. I want the cheap oil, they put in the type twice as expensive. When asked about it, first they say oil prices went up. Then I see they put the most expensive oil in after I specifically said “I want the cheaper oil”, so I could avoid this very scenario. Also, they didn’t attach the splash guard back in place so after dragging it down the interstate a couple of miles, I had to spend $100 to buy a new one. This place is only about money. After 10 years as a customer at this location, I will never go back. This new mgmt is only concerned with money.

Don't sign an estimated invoice total if you drop your car off. I dropped mine off to fix system vent valve to pass vehicle inspection. I asked the older gentlemen to call me before they charge me for anything. I mentioned to the clerk that my mechanic from outside of town said the check engine light was not a safety issue and he smirked at me like only his mechanics can make that call. A few hours later Nashboro Tire Center called with a service estimate of $1047.32. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion but I was still charged $98.43 except I was told " actually it was you that signed the estimated invoice cost $98.43". The issue was that the estimated invoice I signed to me looked purposely looked like a total and final estimated cost for everything, not a 1 hour diagnostic labor charge. I guess it was my fault, lesson learned, don't sign anything unless you read the fine print.

Ran over something on the interstate in the middle of the night that trashed my tire, I went to walmart and waited till morning for the automotive department to open, they said the tire was beyond repair, but they didn’t have any in stock, they referred me to these guys, when I arrived here they got me right in and they rechecked it to see if repairable, the tire was beyond repair... So they didn’t have the tire in stock either, they got on their computer and located a tire for me, the guy jumped in his truck an drove to go get me this tire, once he returned he changed it out an got me back on the road pretty much within the hour. The service was awesome.

I have been a customer of Nashboro Tire since they first opened their doors. They have taken care of all my cars as well as the company van before I retired. Their work is always excellent and the prices fair. I have recommended them to friends, especially women, who are often taken advantage of in repair shops, and never have had a bad report. Worse place to ever go to I’m here right now trying to get my tires taken care of. The guy told me it would be less than a hour to get it done. I have been here going on two hours and they are just now putting my tires on. I told them if i would have known that i would have just said i will be back another day. I am late for work. They are still taken there time. But he didn’t take no time to say he could check me out: when you call. The lady that answers the phone. Will Lie to you

Anticipated an expensive heater core replacement and or cooling system repair for a 2014 Chevrolet Impala limited because of abnormal, increased temperature readings and no heater. Pressure check was performed overnight, a drive test and checked out ok. Technician theorized an air bubble was blocking coolant flow and the pressure check procedure had most likely liberated the offending air bubble. Billed only for diagnostics and oil change performed. Good people.

I have been coming to Nashboro Tire since I moved to Nashville 7+ years ago. I began coming for oil changes and tires, but now I bring my car in for EVERYTHING mechanical. The service is great. Rick and Gene and the rest of the team always look out for me. I've never been ripped off or left without everything in working order. I recommend this place to anyone with car concerns!!

I have bad experience with this store. They charge a lot be late about four tired from them and I have holes in my tire. I don’t complete a one month for tired. I have too much problem on it. Every time I go there they charge and right now they have a new credit card machine the $10 fee tire is bad from them never ever go back to the store again

Ordered some tires online due the funky sizes that my car requires and had them sent to Nashboro Tire since they were an authorized installer. Will the Store Manager was quick to let me know when the tires came in, got me setup to come in and was in an out in no time flat. I will be using them in the future. Thank you!

Honestly can't say whether or not I'd recommend this place. The quality of the service that you receive send to friend entirely on who you are taking to. Even the recommended work on the vehicle will change depending on the person. Prices are decent and the staff is flexible but no sorry start performances here.
