Same as all other NBP branches, excess staff but of no use, branch have like 40+ staff but incompetent, useless, blabering about house chores discussing politics, they do every thing except public dealing and their job duties. Branch is jamed because of its location and traffic challan deposition.

They do not attend phone calls so phone number should be removed. I visited them twice on 2 different days for a foreign remittance but Internet connection was not available to check the transaction. No authority reads these comments to rectify the situation.

My experience with NBP Multan Road br. was good from desk officer to cashier everyone was nice & cooperative.

Because all of the staff is so rude and even the manager is mostly absent from branch.

Very bed service .The man on the counter think that the nbp owned by their father
