I have been a customer with this representative for over 4 years now am finally now switching to another insurance company. I would have done this sooner, but it is a huge hassle. Not sure what the agency's function is or if Bryan Slater is an actual person. I have tried (and failed) to call this agency to have any issues resolved, questions answered, etc. and always get directed to Nationwide proper. There seems to be a large gap between the knowledge / function of nationwide and their representatives. When I do speak to someone at the agency it is NEVER Bryan and as far as I know, he is not a real person. Makes me wonder why this agency exists? I do NOT know what this agency's purpose is or if there a function that they serve. I would NOT recommend and do yourself a favor go with another agency.

Marcus always comes through for me and my family. My parents live in the Atlanta Metro area and I live in Tallahassee Florida. I try to take care of business for them and my sister up there. From day 1 Marcus helped me so much with my parents car insurance needs. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family. Sends everything to my email and I send and distribute info to my family. Never met him in person but he's like a brother I never had. Slater Insurance make sure you take care of him will be a major loss to your facility if you don't. That's my warning ⚠️. After getting a quote, being told I can only get my plan if I pay 6months up front, cancelling the quote now they’re charging my account monthly for insurance I didn’t even sign up to get. When I called about it I was told I had TWO policies with them. And I’ve been charged for both. Save yourself theft and frustration. Go with Allstate or Progressive. I’ve had both & NEVER had such a ridiculous issue.

Great Insurance company to be with. Have had homeowners insurance with them for many years now and they have kept me abreast of many of the changing insurance rates and savings over the years as well as helped me to improve my policy limits and effectiveness. Bryan does not answer emails and he won't get you the extra coverage you requested. Do not use this man as your rep. He is not here to support you. I am highly dissatisfied with my service.
